Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,包括旋风除尘器、袋式除尘器、旋流洗涤塔、过滤吸附箱、风机、烟囟、检测平台、检测口;所述旋风除尘器通过风道与袋式除尘器连通,所述袋式除尘器通过风道与旋流洗涤塔连通;所述旋流洗涤塔设置有塔层,所述塔层内设置有塔板叶片、其顶部设置有洗涤喷口;所述循环洗涤塔顶部出口通过风道与过滤吸附箱连通;所述过滤吸附箱内设置有初效过滤器和活性炭抽屉,所述风机与烟囟连通,所述烟囟旁设有检测平台和检测口;本新型采用前置旋风除尘器,采用旋流板式洗涤塔,不易堵塞;活性炭吸附设备设计成抽屉式,方便更换与清理;处理装置除灰吸附效果好,保证初效过滤棉及活性炭更换周期,处理效果佳。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种除尘及废气处理技术设备领域,特别涉及一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置。
背景技术
[0002] 喷漆是一种常见表面处理工艺,广泛使用的油漆中,苯、甲苯、二甲苯、非甲烷总烃等有机溶剂占有很大比例。在喷漆和干燥过程中,有机溶剂挥发形成对空气的污染;现有的喷漆流水线在喷漆房和烘干房都设有排风装置,将油漆中挥发出的有机物排出,喷漆流水线设计安装废气处理装置较少,这些废气处理装置中多数是采用吸附材料对有机污染物进行处理。
[0003] 活性炭等吸附材料是利用材料表面的微小孔隙将污染物的分子颗粒固定住,而喷漆废气中含有很大比例的未干燥漆雾,这些漆雾附着在吸附材料表面,干燥以后会将吸附材料的微孔堵住,阻止吸附材料进一步的吸附,同时由于油漆干燥后异常牢固,使得吸附材料无法再生,必须更换。因此采用吸附法处理喷漆废气具有很大的难度,特别是在喷漆废气中灰分含量高的工况下,通用的填料洗涤塔与固定式活性炭吸附设备,针对大灰量喷漆废气,填料洗涤塔容易堵塞,影响后需处理系统,大类灰量也导致初效过滤棉及活性炭更换频繁,处理效果差,固定式活性炭吸附设备不易清理。
实用新型内容
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,针对现有技术中的不足,采用前置除尘器系统,去除大部分漆灰,有利于后续处理;将洗涤塔改为旋流板洗涤塔,不易堵塞;活性炭吸附设备改用抽屉式,不易堵塞,方便更换与清理;处理装置除灰效果好,不易堵塞,保证初效过滤棉及活性炭更换周期,处理效果佳。
[0005] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,包括废气进口、旋风除尘器、风道、袋式除尘器、袋室、阀板、排风腔、框架、锥筒、灰斗、旋流洗涤塔、观察窗、过滤吸附箱、箱体、初效过滤器、活性炭抽屉、支脚、风机、电机、烟因、检测平台、检测口,其特征在于:
[0006] 所述大灰量喷漆废气处理装置将喷漆废气送入到旋风除尘器的废气进口,所述废气进口沿旋风除尘器切向进入,所述旋风除尘器为圆筒形,所述圆筒形下方焊接设置有锥筒,所述锥筒下方设置有灰斗,所述旋风除尘器筒内顶部设置有圆形的出风管,所述出风管由顶部与所述风道连通;所述旋风除尘器通过风道与袋式除尘器连通,所述袋式除尘器包括框架、袋室、阀板、排风腔、锥筒和灰斗,所述框架与袋室、阀板、锥筒焊接固定,所述框架为矩形架,所述袋室上方设置有阀板,所述阀板上设置有多组阀孔,所述阀板上方设置有排风腔,所述锥筒下方设置有灰斗;所述袋式除尘器的锥筒侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口与风道连通;所述排风腔侧面设置有排风口,所述排风口通过风道与旋流洗涤塔连通;所述旋流洗涤塔设置有塔层,所述塔层内设置有塔板叶片、其顶部设置有洗涤喷口,所述旋流洗涤塔外部设置有循环水箱,所述循环水箱通过水泵与所述旋流洗涤塔循环连通;所述循环洗涤塔从底部引入废气,从顶部出口通过风道与过滤吸附箱连通;所述过滤吸附箱包括箱体、初效过滤器、活性炭抽屉、支脚;所述箱体底部设置有支脚,所述箱体一侧顶部设置有进风口,另一侧侧面设置有出风口,所述出风口与所述风机连通,所述箱体内设置有初效过滤器和活性炭抽屉,所述初效过滤器与所述活性炭抽屉为一体式成型;所述风机通过电机驱动,所述风机排风口通过烟道与所述烟因连通,所述烟因旁侧设置有检测平台和检测口。
[0007] 所述袋室内设置有多个过滤袋,所述袋室下方设置有多个锥筒。
[0008] 所述旋流洗涤塔设置有多个塔层,每个塔层上均设置有观察窗。

[0010] 本实用新型的工作原理是:喷漆车间排口产生的废气经收集后通过管道进入旋风除尘器,经过旋风除尘后,去除比重较大的颗粒物,然后进入袋式除尘器去除较粗颗粒物,然后进入旋流洗涤塔进一步去除细微颗粒物,然后进入初效活性炭吸附一体式设备净化有机废气,经设备吸附净化后的喷漆废气,通过风机进入烟®达标排放。
[0011] 所述旋风除尘器利用旋转气流所产生的离心力将尘粒从合尘气流中分离出来,旋转气流的绝大部分沿内壁圆形旋转,呈螺旋状由上向下向锥筒底部运动,形成下降的外旋含尘气流,在强烈旋转过程中所产生的离心力将密度远远大于气体的尘粒甩向器壁,尘粒一旦与器壁接触,便失去惯性力而靠入口速度的动量和自身的重力沿壁面下落进入灰斗;旋转下降的气流在到达锥筒底部后,沿除尘器的轴心部位转而向上,形成上升的内旋气流,并由除尘器的排气管排出;自进气口流人的另一小部分气流,则向旋风除尘器顶盖处流动,然后沿排气管外侧向下流动,当达到排气管下端时,即反转向上随上升的中心气流一同从诽气管排出,分散在其中的尘粒也随同被带走。
[0012] 所述袋式除尘器将含尘废气由进风口进入锥筒,由于气体体积的急速膨胀,一部分较粗的尘粒受惯性或自然沉降等原因落入灰斗,其余大部分尘粒随气流上升进入袋室,经过滤袋过滤后,尘粒被滞留在滤袋的外侧,净化后的气体由滤袋内部进入上箱体,再由阀板孔、排风腔、经过出风口折返送入旋流洗涤塔。
[0013] 旋流洗涤塔将废气引入洗涤塔底部入风口,废气由塔底向上流动,由于切向进塔,尤其是塔板叶片的导向作用而使废气旋转上升,使在塔板上将逐板下流的液体喷成雾滴,使气液间有很大的接触面积;液滴被气流带动旋转,产生的离心力强化气液间的接触,最后甩到塔壁上沿壁下流,经过溢流装置到下一层塔板上,再次被气流雾化而进行气液接触,从而使废气得以净化排放;所述旋流洗涤塔设有循环水箱,通过水泵不断将水循环送入塔内,并根据水箱内水质情况定期更换清水或补水。
[0014] 所述过滤吸附箱为初效活性炭吸附一体式设备,初效过滤器起到初级过滤作用,去除水雾等,延长后续活性炭使用寿命;活性炭是一种多孔性的含炭物质,它具有高度发达的孔隙构造,活性炭的多孔结构为其提供了大量的表面积,能与气体(杂质)充分接触,从而赋予了活性炭所特有的吸附性能,使其非常容易达到吸收收集杂质的目的,从而去除各种有毒有害气体和杂质。
[0015] 通过上述技术方案,本实用新型技术方案的有益效果是:采用前置旋风除尘器系统,去除大部分漆灰,有利于后续处理;设计洗涤塔为旋流板式洗涤塔,不易堵塞;活性炭吸附设备采用抽屉式,维护检修、方便更换与清理;处理装置除灰吸附效果好,不易堵塞,保证初效过滤棉及活性炭更换周期,处理效果佳。

1.一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,其特征在于,包括废气进口、旋风除尘器、风道、袋式除尘器、袋室、阀板、排风腔、框架、锥筒、灰斗、旋流洗涤塔、观察窗、过滤吸附箱、箱体、初效过滤器、活性炭抽屉、支脚、风机、电机、烟因、检测平台、检测口 ;所述大灰量喷漆废气处理装置将喷漆废气送入到旋风除尘器的废气进口,所述废气进口沿旋风除尘器切向进入,所述旋风除尘器为圆筒形,所述圆筒形下方焊接设置有锥筒,所述锥筒下方设置有灰斗,所述旋风除尘器筒内顶部设置有圆形的出风管,所述出风管由顶部与所述风道连通;所述旋风除尘器通过风道与袋式除尘器连通,所述袋式除尘器包括框架、袋室、阀板、排风腔、锥筒和灰斗,所述框架与袋室、阀板、锥筒焊接固定,所述框架为矩形架,所述袋室上方设置有阀板,所述阀板上设置有多组阀孔,所述阀板上方设置有排风腔,所述锥筒下方设置有灰斗;所述袋式除尘器的锥筒侧面设置有进风口,所述进风口与风道连通;所述排风腔侧面设置有排风口,所述排风口通过风道与旋流洗涤塔连通;所述旋流洗涤塔设置有塔层,所述塔层内设置有塔板叶片、其顶部设置有洗涤喷口,所述旋流洗涤塔外部设置有循环水箱,所述循环水箱通过水泵与所述旋流洗涤塔循环连通;所述循环洗涤塔从底部引入废气,从顶部出口通过风道与过滤吸附箱连通;所述过滤吸附箱包括箱体、初效过滤器、活性炭抽屉、支脚;所述箱体底部设置有支脚,所述箱体一侧顶部设置有进风口,另一侧侧面设置有出风口,所述出风口与所述风机连通,所述箱体内设置有初效过滤器和活性炭抽屉,所述初效过滤器与所述活性炭抽屉为一体式成型;所述风机通过电机驱动,所述风机排风口通过烟道与所述烟因连通,所述烟因旁侧设置有检测平台和检测口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述袋室内设置有多个过滤袋,所述袋室下方设置有多个锥筒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大灰量喷漆废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述旋流洗涤塔设置有多个塔层,每个塔层上均设置有观察窗。
