Description
図1Aと図1Bに示すとおり、実施形態の電子キーシステムは、車両1に搭載された認証ECU10、NFC通信機12及びBT通信機16を備える車両制御装置と、車両1のユーザが携帯する携帯通信端末2からなる。なお、Bluetoothを略して記載するための用語として、BTとの表記を用いる。
認証ECU10の制御部11が実行する位置判別処理の第1実施形態の手順について、図2のフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。制御部11は、位置判別処理を次のようなタイミングで実施する。駐車中に所定の制御間隔で繰返し実施する。タッチセンサ20において接触が検知される、エンジンスイッチ21が押下される、ドアが開閉される等といった、特定のイベントが発生したときに実施する。あるイベントが発生してから、所定時間後に実施する。
上記第1実施形態によれば、以下の効果を奏する。
認証ECU10の制御部11が実行する位置判別処理の第2実施形態の手順について、図3及び図4のフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。制御部11は、位置判別処理を次のようなタイミングで実施する。駐車中に所定の制御間隔で繰返し実施する。タッチセンサ20において接触が検知される、エンジンスイッチ21が押下される、ドアが開閉される等といった、特定のイベントが発生したときに実施する。あるイベントが発生してから、所定時間後に実施する。
第2実施形態によれば、以下の効果を奏する。
第1実施形態の位置判別処理(図2参照)におけるS104、及び第2実施形態における位置判別処理(図3,4参照)のS208,S304,S312では、携帯通信端末2と車両1との距離を、近距離と遠距離の2通りに区別する事例について説明した。これに限らず、距離を更に細分化して区別し、細分化した各区分に応じて異なる処理を認証ECU10が実行するようにしてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 自車両(1)の外に通信範囲を有し、携帯通信端末(2)との間で所定の第1の無線通信方式による通信を行う第1通信部(16)と、
自車両(1)の車室内に通信範囲を有し、前記携帯通信端末(2)との間で前記第1の無線通信方式とは異なる第2の無線通信方式による通信を行う第2通信部(12)と、
前記第1通信部(16)を用いて前記携帯通信端末(2)から識別情報を受信し、受信した識別情報に対する認証を行う第1認証部(11)と、
前記第2通信部(12)を用いて前記携帯通信端末(2)から識別情報を受信し、受信した識別情報に対する認証を行う第2認証部(11)と、
前記第1認証部(11)により前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立し、かつ、前記第2認証部(11)による前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立していないことを条件に、前記携帯通信端末(2)が自車両外の所定範囲内に存在すると判断する一方、前記第1認証部(11)により前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立し、かつ、前記第2認証部(11)による前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立していることを条件に、前記携帯通信端末(2)が自車両(1)の車室内に存在すると判断する判断部(11)と、
前記判断部(11)により判断された前記携帯通信端末(2)の位置に対応する所定動作を、自車両(1)の動作を制御する電子制御装置に対して許可又は実行させる制御部(11)と、
を備える車両制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記第1通信部(16)が備える第1通信アンテナ(19)は、車室内に進入する電波を制限する車体構造物を車室内との間に介して車外側に設置されており、
前記第2通信部(12)が備える第2通信アンテナ(15)は、車室内に面して設置されている、
車両制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記判断部(11)は、前記第1認証部(11)により前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立し、かつ、前記第2認証部(11)による前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立していないときに、前記第1通信部(16)による前記携帯通信端末(2)との通信状態に基づいて、車外において前記携帯通信端末(2)が存在する自車両(1)からの距離範囲を判別し、
前記制御部(11)は、車外において前記携帯通信端末(2)が存在する距離範囲ごとに対応する所定動作を許可又は実行させる、
車両制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記携帯通信端末(2)が備えるカメラ(33,34)によって撮像された画像情報を、前記第1通信部(16)による通信を介して取得する取得部(11)を備え、
前記判断部(11)は、前記第1認証部(11)により前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立し、かつ、前記第2認証部(11)による前記携帯通信端末(2)に対する認証が成立していないと判断した場合、前記判断部(11)が判断した時点で前記携帯通信端末(2)に撮像させた画像情報を前記取得部(11)により取得し、取得した画像情報を解析した解析結果に応じて、前記携帯通信端末(2)が車外に存在するか、前記第2認証部(11)による認証が成立しない状態で車室内に存在するかを判別する、
車両制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記判断部(11)は、前記第2認証部(11)による認証が成立せず、かつ、前記第1認証部(11)による認証が成立した前記携帯通信端末(2)が複数検出された場合、検出された複数の前記携帯通信端末(2)に撮像させて前記取得部(11)により取得した画像情報に基づいて、複数の前記携帯通信端末(2)のそれぞれについて、車外に存在するか前記第2認証部(11)による認証が成立しない状態で車室内に存在するかを判別し、
前記制御部は、複数の前記携帯通信端末(2)の位置の分布状況に対応する所定動作を、自車両(1)の動作を制御する電子制御装置に対して許可又は実行させる、

前記制御部(11)は、複数の前記携帯通信端末(2)が車外及び車室内に混在する場合、車室内に前記携帯通信端末(2)が置かれている旨を、所定の情報提示部(36)を介してユーザに通知する通知動作を実行させる、
