Definitions
- the present invention relates to an enethiol-based curable composition and a cured product thereof.
- This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2013-126951 filed in Japan on June 17, 2013, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- Non-Patent Document 1 The reaction between a thiol compound and a carbon-carbon double bond compound is known as a thiolene reaction, and a review is reported in Non-Patent Document 1 academically.
- the (meth) allyl compound and the thiol compound react with each other at a functional group molar ratio of approximately 1: 1 to generate a thioether bond, thereby obtaining a cured product having homogeneous functionality. Moreover, it is known that it is hard to receive oxygen inhibition, and while being excellent in productivity, high flexibility and transparency are attracting attention.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a thermosetting composition that utilizes a thiolene reaction by a thermopolymerizable initiator, and may be applicable in the fields of coating agents such as paints, molding agents, adhesives, and inks. Are listed. Patent Document 1 describes a thiolene cured product using a copolymer compound of a (meth) acrylate compound and a primary thiol compound. However, in a (meth) acrylate compound, a homopolymer of the (meth) acryl group itself together with the thiolene reaction. Since polymerization does not proceed and a uniform composition is not obtained, the cured product may have insufficient elasticity and flexibility.
- Patent Document 2 describes a photocurable resin composition for a lens sheet, and discloses a technical disclosure of a thiolene cured product obtained from a (meth) allyl compound and a primary thiol compound.
- An allyl compound of 300 or less is used, and a thiolene cured product by an ene oligomer having a large molecular weight is not disclosed.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a thiolene curable resin composition that becomes a cured product excellent in flexibility, fracture resistance, and solvent resistance by selecting a specific ene compound and a thiol compound.
