Abstract

Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung betrifft eine Mahl-Anordnung (1) zum Herstellen von Mehl aus Getreide, wobei dieses insbesondere Brotweizen, Durumweizen, Mais oder Buchweizen ist. Die Mahl-Anordnung ist gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein Mahlwerk (2), welches insbesondere als eine Gutbettwalzenmühle (16) ausgebildet ist. Das Mahlwerk weist mindestens eine Zufuhröffnung (3) und mindestens eine Abgabeöffnung (4) auf. Die Mahl-Anordnung umfasst wenigstens eine Trennstufe (5) zum Trennen von Mahlprodukten in feineres Mahlprodukt und gröberes Mahlprodukt sowie eine Rückführungsanordnung (8) zum Rückführen wenigstens eines Teils des gröberen Mahlprodukts in die Zufuhröffnung des Mahlwerks.
