Abstract

【課題】 高いHcと高いキュリー点とを有し、且つ、これらの磁気特性を制御可能でありながら、稀少または高価な原料を必要としない磁性材料を提供する。一般式ε-AxByFe2-x-yO3または、ε-AxByCzFe2-x-y-zO3(但し、A、B、Cは、Feを除く互いに異なる金属、0<x,y,z<1)にて表記されるε-Fe2O3を主相とする磁性酸化鉄粒子が上記課題を解決する磁性材料であることを見出した。
