Abstract

 飽和磁化が65mT以下で強磁性共鳴半値幅ΔHが小さく、飽和磁化温度係数の絶対値が小さい高周波用磁性体材料及び高周波用回路部品を提供する。  一般式Yz-xCaxFe8-z-y-vMyVvO12で表されるガーネット型フェライトを主成分とする高周波用磁性体材料であって、上記x、y、v及びzは、1.80≦x≦2.50、0.26≦y≦0.45、3.00<z≦3.09、0.77≦v<1.00の関係を満足し、且つ、Mは、Sn、Zr及びSiから選択される少なくとも一種の4価の元素である。
