Claims (24)
1. Копия сыра, включающая:
миндальное молоко,
молочнокислые бактерии,
трансглютаминазу,
соль, и
воду.
2. Копия сыра по п.1, где указанные молочнокислые бактерии выбраны из группы, состоящей из Lactobacillus sps., Lactococcus, Streptococcus thermophilus и Pediococcus sps.
3. Копия сыра по п.1, дополнительно включающая один или более используемых при изготовлении сыров микроорганизмов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Penicillium camemberti, Penicillium candidum, Geotrichum candidum, Penicillium roqueforti, Penicillium nalgiovensis, Verticillium lecanii, Kluyveromyces lactis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis, Debaryomyces hansensii, Rhodosporidum infirmominiatum, Candida jefer, Cornybacteria, Micrococcus sps., Staphylococcus, Halomonas, Brevibacterium, Psychrobacter, Leuconostocaceae, Propionibacteria и их комбинаций.
4. Копия сыра по п.1, где указанная копия изготовлена в виде мягкого свежего сыра, козьего сыра, мягкого зрелого сыра, рикотты или домашнего сыра.
5. Копия сыра по п.4, дополнительно включающая ароматизаторы.
6. Копия сыра по п.5, где указанные ароматизаторы выбраны из группы, состоящей из трав, пыльцы, специй, перца, приправленных масел, семян, подсластителей, других вкусовых добавок и их комбинаций.
7. Копия сыра по п.6, где вкусовая добавка представляет собой трюфель.
8. Копия сыра по п.6, где указанные ароматизаторы включают шнитт-лук.
9. Копия сыра по п.1, где указанное миндальное молоко является пастеризованным.
10. Копия сыра по п.1, дополнительно включающая кислоту.
11. Копия сыра по п.10, где указанная кислота представляет собой органическую кислоту.
12. Копия сыра по п.1, дополнительно включающая добавленный олигосахарид, дисахарид или моносахарид.
13. Копия сыра по п.1, где содержание полисахарида составляет менее 1%.
14. Копия сыра по п.13, где указанная копия сыра изготовлена в виде сливочного сыра.
15. Копия сыра по п.14, дополнительно включающая ароматизаторы.
16. Копия сыра по п.15, где указанные ароматизаторы выбраны из группы, состоящей из трав, специй, перца и их комбинаций.
17. Копия сыра по п.14, дополнительно включающая подсластитель, фрукт, вкусовую добавку или их комбинацию.
18. Копия сыра по п.12, где указанная копия сыра изготовлена в виде йогурта.
19. Копия сыра по п.18, дополнительно включающая подсластитель, фрукт, вкусовую добавку или их комбинацию.
