Claims (35)

1. Способ изготовления фотохромного оптического изделия, включающий в себя:
(I) нанесение первого органического растворителя на поверхность оптической подложки, в результате чего на вышеупомянутой оптической подложке создается поверхность, смоченная органическим растворителем;
(II) нанесение отверждаемого состава фотохромного покрытия на вышеупомянутую поверхность, смоченную органическим растворителем вышеупомянутой оптической подложки, в результате чего на поверхности вышеупомянутой оптической подложке образуется отверждаемый слой фотохромного покрытия, причем вышеупомянутый отверждаемый состав фотохромного покрытия содержит второй органический растворитель,
причем первый органический растворитель, используемый на этапе (I) и второй органический растворитель вышеупомянутого отверждаемого фотохромного состава покрытия могут смешиваться друг с другом.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый органический растворитель, используемый на этапе (I), и второй органический растворитель вышеупомянутого фотохромного состава покрытия являются одинаковыми.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором первый органический растворитель, используемый на этапе (I), выбран из группы, состоящей из N-метил-2-пирролидона, монобутилового эфира диэтиленгликоля, 2-бутоксиэтилового эфира уксусной кислоты, моногексилового эфира этиленгликоля n-бутилацетата, эфиров гликолей и смесей углеводородов, в том числе ароматических углеводородных смесей.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором первый органический растворитель, используемый на этапе (I), является N-метил 2-пирролидоном.
5. Способ по п. 4, дополнительно включающий в себя отверждение вышеупомянутого слоя фотохромного покрытия, в результате чего создается отвержденный слой фотохромного покрытия, который содержит уретановые связи.
6. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя:
нанесение отверждаемого состава защитного покрытия на отверждаемый слой фотохромного покрытия, в результате чего на вышеупомянутом отверждаемом слое фотохромного покрытия создается отверждаемый слой защитного покрытия, и
отверждение, по меньшей мере частичное, отверждаемого слоя защитного покрытия.
7. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя:
обработку вышеупомянутой поверхности вышеупомянутого оптического изделия плазмой до выполнения этапа (i), в результате чего вышеупомянутая поверхность оптического изделия превращается в поверхность с плазменной обработкой.
8. Способ изготовления фотохромного изделия, включающий в себя:
(a) крепление оптической подложки на вращающемся держателе бака для нанесения покрытия в устройстве для нанесения оптического покрытия;
(b) нанесение первого органического растворителя на поверхность вышеупомянутой оптической подложки при вращении оптической подложки вышеупомянутым вращающимся держателем, в результате чего создается поверхность вышеупомянутой оптической подложки, смоченная органическим растворителем;
(c) нанесение отверждаемого состава фотохромного покрытия на смоченную органическим растворителем поверхность оптической подложки при вращении оптической подложки вращающимся держателем, в результате чего на поверхности оптической подложки создается отверждаемый слой фотохромного покрытия;
причем вышеупомянутый отверждаемый фотохромный состав покрытия содержит второй органический растворитель, причем первый органический растворитель и второй органический растворитель могут смешиваться друг с другом.
9. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий себя:
(d) отверждение, по меньшей мере частичное, вышеупомянутого слоя фотохромного покрытия в первом блоке отверждения, в результате чего на вышеупомянутой оптической подложке создается отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, слой фотохромного покрытия;
(е) крепление оптической подложки, содержащей вышеупомянутый по меньшей мере частично отвержденный слой фотохромного покрытия, на вышеупомянутом вращающемся держателе бака для нанесения покрытия в устройстве для нанесения покрытия способом центрифугирования;
(f) нанесение отверждаемого состава защитного покрытия на вышеупомянутый по меньшей мере частично отвержденный слой фотохромного покрытия вышеупомянутой оптической подложки путем вращения вышеупомянутого вращающегося держателя, в результате чего на по меньшей мере частично отвержденном слое фотохромного покрытия создается слой защитного покрытия;
(g) отверждение, по меньшей мере частичное, вышеупомянутого слоя защитного покрытия на оптической подложке во втором блоке отверждения.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый первый блок отверждения и вышеупомянутый второй блок отверждения являются различными.
11. Способ по п. 8, в котором первый органический растворитель и второй органический растворитель являются одинаковыми.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором первый органический растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из N-метил-2-пирролидона, монобутилового эфира диэтиленгликоля, 2-бутоксиэтилового эфира уксусной кислоты, моногексилового эфира этиленгликоля, n-бутилацетата, эфиров гликолей и смесей углеводородов, в том числе ароматических углеводородных смесей.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором первый органический растворитель является N-метил-2-пирролидоном.
14. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно предусматривающий отверждение вышеупомянутого отверждаемого слоя фотохромного покрытия, в результате чего создается отвержденный слой фотохромного покрытия, который содержит уретановые связи.
15. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно включающий в себя:
обработку до начала этапа (b) вышеупомянутой поверхности вышеупомянутого оптического изделия плазмой, в результате чего вышеупомянутая поверхность оптического изделия превращается в поверхность с плазменной обработкой.
16. Способ по п. 9, в котором состав фотохромного покрытия хранится во втором резервуаре, а вышеупомянутый состав защитного покрытия – в третьем резервуаре, причем как вышеупомянутый второй резервуар, так и вышеупомянутый третий резервуар находятся на индексируемой платформе с резервуарами для покрытий;
и способ дополнительно предусматривает:
перемещение вышеупомянутого второго резервуара в положение для нанесения вышеупомянутого отверждаемого состава фотохромного покрытия на поверхность вышеупомянутой оптической подложки, смоченную вышеупомянутым органическим растворителем;
перемещение вышеупомянутого третьего резервуара в вышеупомянутое положение для нанесения вышеупомянутого отверждаемого защитного состава покрытия на вышеупомянутый отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, слой фотохромного покрытия.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором вышеупомянутый второй резервуар и вышеупомянутый третий резервуар содержат бесклапанное выпускное отверстие, расположенное на дистальном конце каждого резервуара, через которое независимо друг от друга наносятся вышеупомянутый состав фотохромного покрытия и вышеупомянутый состав защитного покрытия.
