Claims (24)

1. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие, в частности, напольное или настенное покрытие, обладающее низким выделением летучих органических соединений (ЛОС), где указанное облицовочное покрытие содержит один или более прилегающих пластифицированных поливинилхлоридных слоев и полиуретановый верхний слой, содержащий кислотные функциональные группы.
2. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1, обладающее выделением общих летучих органических соединений (ОЛОС), измеренным через 28 дней в соответствии с ISO 16000-6, ISO 16000-9 или ISO 16000-10, менее 100 мкг/м3.
3. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1 или 2, где сумма выделения общих летучих органических соединений (ОЛОС), выделения полулетучих органических соединений (ПЛОС) и выделения формальдегида, измеренная через 28 дней в соответствии с ISO 16000-6, ISO 16000-9 или ISO 16000-10, составляет менее 10 мкг/м3.
4. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1 или 2, содержащее механически тисненую текстурированную и/или рисунчатую структуру.
5. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что один или более поливинилхлоридных слоев содержат 100 частей поливинилхлорида и 5-250 частей одного или более пластификаторов.
6. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что полиуретановый верхний слой содержит кислотные функциональные группы, выбранные из группы, состоящей из -SO3H, -OSO3H, -СООН, -OPO3H2 и -OPO2HO-.
7. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 1 или 2, где полиуретановый верхний слой получают в результате радиационного отверждения радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава, содержащего 50-100 масс. %, предпочтительно 60-90 масс. % соединений, содержащих этиленненасыщенную группу, где указанные соединения включают:
а) 5-95 масс. %, предпочтительно 20-80 масс. % по меньшей мере одного радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретана,
б) 0,1-10 масс. %, предпочтительно 1-8 масс. % по меньшей мере одного кислотного усилителя адгезии,
в) 5-90 масс. %, предпочтительно 20-75 масс. % по меньшей мере одного моно- и/или полифункционального реактивного разбавителя.
8. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 7, где радиационно-отверждаемый полиуретан (а) радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава представляет собой алифатический полиуретановый акрилат.
9. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 7, где кислотный усилитель адгезии (б) радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава содержит одну или более карбоксильных групп.
10. Декоративное облицовочное покрытие по п. 7, где реактивный разбавитель (в) радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава содержит по меньшей мере две этиленненасыщенные группы, предпочтительно по меньшей мере две (мет)акрилатные группы.
11. Способ получения декоративного облицовочного покрытия по любому из пп. 1-10, включающий следующие стадии:
I. обеспечение подложки;
II. приведение подложки в контакт с пластизольной композицией, содержащей поливинилхлорид и один или более пластификаторов;
III. плавление и желатинирование указанной пластизольной композиции;
IV. охлаждение расплавленного и желатинизированного пластизольного слоя;
V. нанесение радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава, как определено в п. 7;
VI. облучение указанного радиационно-отверждаемого полиуретанового состава.
12. Способ по п. 11, где стадия (II) содержит более чем один прилегающий пластизольный слой, и где плавление и желатинирование на стадии (III) выполняют после нанесения каждого отдельного пластизольного слоя или после нанесения всех пластизольных слоев.
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, включающий плавление и желатинирование одного или более прилегающих пластизольных слоев на стадии (III) при температуре 130-200°C.
14. Способ по п. 11 или 12, включающий дополнительную стадию тиснения расплавленного и желатинизированного пластизольного слоя до охлаждения на стадии (IV).
15. Способ по п. 11 или 12, включающий охлаждение одного или более расплавленных и желатинизированных прилегающих пластизольных слоев на стадии (IV) до температуры 15-40°C.
