Claims (28)

1. Способ устранения дефекта в многослойном покрытии, нанесенном на автотранспортное средство в конце процесса сборки, содержащем окрашенную подложку и прозрачный верхний слой покрытия, включающий:
(a) устранение дефекта, и
(b) нанесение композиции подложки на область ремонта с получением слоя подложки, где слой подложки формируют нанесением полигидразид-содержащей отверждаемой композиции на водной основе, содержащей:
(i) диспергирующую фазу, содержащую воду, и
(ii) диспергированную фазу, содержащую:
(А) полимерные частицы, полученные полимеризацией смеси ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономерных соединений, содержащей ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу мономеры, включающие:
(1) один или больше мульти-ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономеров и
(2) один или больше ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономеров, содержащих альдо- или кето-группы, и
(c) нанесение композиции прозрачного покровного лака на слой подложки с получением верхнего слоя покрытия, и
(d) отверждение слоя подложки и верхнего слоя покрытия одновременно при температуре от 60 до 100°C.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором ремонт проводят на автотранспортном средстве в конце сборочного конвейера.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором устранение дефекта проводят шлифованием.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором слой подложки дегидратируют при температуре окружающей среды.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором слой подложки и слой покровного лака отверждают одновременно при температуре от 60 до 100°C.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором смесь ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу соединений включает один или больше ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу полиуретанов.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу полиуретаны получают реакцией органического полиизоцианата с полиолом, содержащим карбоксильные группы, и гидроксиалкил (мет)акрилатом, так что получаемые ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу полиуретаны не содержат NCO групп.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором пленка полимерных частиц имеет значение Tg менее 25°C.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором мульти-ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу мономеры присутствуют в количестве от 2 до 30 вес. % из расчета на общий вес ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономеров.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу мономеры, содержащие альдо- или кето-группы, присутствуют в количестве по меньшей мере 30 вес. % из расчета на общий вес ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономеров.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу мономеры содержат от 4 до 30 вес. % алкилового эфира (мет)акриловой кислоты, содержащего по меньшей мере 6 атомов углерода в алкильной группе; где весовые проценты рассчитывают относительно общего веса ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу мономеров.
12. Способ по п. 6 в котором ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу полиуретаны составляют от 30 до 60 вес. % от смеси ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу соединений, и ненасыщенные по этиленовому типу мономеры составляют от 40 до 70 вес. % от смеси ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу соединений; где весовые проценты рассчитываются на общий вес смесей ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу соединений.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором полигидразид представляет собой бисгидразид дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащей от 2 до 16 атомов углерода.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором соотношение эквивалентов гидразида к альдо- или кето-группам составляет от 0,5 до 1,5:1.
15. Способ по п. 1, в котором смесь ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу соединений содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, содержащее карбоксильную функциональность, которое по меньшей мере частично нейтрализовано амином.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором амин представляет собой летучий амин.
17. Способ по п. 16, который дополнительно включает (В) поликарбодиимид.
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором соотношение эквивалентов карбодиимида и карбоновой кислоты составляет от 0,5 до 1,5:1.
19. Способ по п. 1, в котором отверждаемая непигментированная композиция покрытия содержит полимер, содержащий активный водород, и полиизоцианатный отвердитель.
