Abstract

本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是一种保光性好的涂料。其组分重量配比为:12~18%的醇酸树脂、20~30%的桐油、10~16%的环氧树脂、2~5%的对苯二甲酸、3~6%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、12~16%的棕榈蜡酯、5~8%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、0.5~1%的间苯二甲酸、1~3%的丙烯颜料、3~6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5~10%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、3~5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。它用途广泛,性能优异,漆膜干燥后形成高度网状结构,不易老化,保光性好,抗矿物油、抗醇类溶剂性良好,烘烤后的漆膜耐水性、绝缘性、耐油性都大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是一种保光性好的涂料。。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。
涂膜在经受光线照射时会失去原来的光泽,目前很多涂料的保光性不强。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种保光性好的涂料,它用途广泛,性能优异,漆膜干燥后形成高度网状结构,不易老化,保光性好,抗矿物油、抗醇类溶剂性良好,烘烤后的漆膜耐水性、绝缘性、耐油性都大大提高,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:12~18%的醇酸树脂、20~30%的桐油、10~16%的环氧树脂、2~5%的对苯二甲酸、3~6%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、12~16%的棕榈蜡酯、5~8%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、0.5~1%的间苯二甲酸、1~3%的丙烯颜料、3~6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5~10%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、3~5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。
在上述技术方案基础上所述丙烯颜料为亚光丙烯颜料、半亚光丙烯颜料、有光泽丙烯颜料或丙烯亚光油。
在上述技术方案基础上所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯、棕榈仁酯或棕榈油精酯。
在上述技术方案基础上所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
在上述技术方案基础上所述醇酸树脂通过以下步骤制成:
a)称取羟基物质的量为5~5.3摩尔的三羟甲基丙烷、羟基物质的量为1.5~1.7摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐、羟基物质的量为0.7~0.92摩尔的己二酸酐和羟基物质的量为0.7~0.92的异壬酸;
b)将异壬酸、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸酐放入反应釜中,升温至85~100度,开始搅拌,再以70~85度/h的升温速度升温至160士5度,放出反应所产生的水,升温至210士5度,反应至酸值为18~20KOH mg/g,停止反应,降温至140度,然后加入溶剂稀释至质量浓度为42%,即得醇酸树脂,其中所述的溶剂由200#汽油、三甲苯和醋酸乙酯按质量比为70:36:3配成。
本发明具有如下优点:用途广泛,性能优异,漆膜干燥后形成高度网状结构,不易老化,保光性好,抗矿物油、抗醇类溶剂性良好,烘烤后的漆膜耐水性、绝缘性、耐油性都大大提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:18%的醇酸树脂、20%的桐油、10%的环氧树脂、5%的对苯二甲酸、3%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、16%的棕榈蜡酯、5%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、1%的间苯二甲酸、3%的丙烯颜料、6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、3~5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。
所述丙烯颜料为亚光丙烯颜料,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
优选的,所述醇酸树脂通过以下步骤制成:a)称取羟基物质的量为5.3摩尔的三羟甲基丙烷、羟基物质的量为1.6摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐、羟基物质的量为0.7摩尔的己二酸酐和羟基物质的量为0.92的异壬酸;
b)将异壬酸、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸酐放入反应釜中,升温至90度,开始搅拌,再以80度/h的升温速度升温至1605度,放出反应所产生的水,升温至212度,反应至酸值为18KOH mg/g,停止反应,降温至140度,然后加入溶剂稀释至质量浓度为42%,即得醇酸树脂,其中所述的溶剂由200#汽油、三甲苯和醋酸乙酯按质量比为70:36:3配成。
实施例2
一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:18%的醇酸树脂、25%的桐油、16%的环氧树脂、2%的对苯二甲酸、6%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、12%的棕榈蜡酯、8%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、1%的间苯二甲酸、2%的丙烯颜料、6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。
所述丙烯颜料为光泽丙烯颜料,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈仁酯。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
优选的,所述醇酸树脂通过以下步骤制成:a)称取羟基物质的量为5.3摩尔的三羟甲基丙烷、羟基物质的量为1.7摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐、羟基物质的量为0.9摩尔的己二酸酐和羟基物质的量为0.85的异壬酸;
b)将异壬酸、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸酐放入反应釜中,升温至92度,开始搅拌,再以85度/h的升温速度升温至160度,放出反应所产生的水,升温至2105度,反应至酸值为18KOH mg/g,停止反应,降温至140度,然后加入溶剂稀释至质量浓度为42%,即得醇酸树脂,其中所述的溶剂由200#汽油、三甲苯和醋酸乙酯按质量比为70:36:3配成。
实施例3
一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:18%的醇酸树脂、30%的桐油、16%的环氧树脂、2%的对苯二甲酸、5%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、13%的棕榈蜡酯、5%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、1%的间苯二甲酸、3%的丙烯颜料、6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、10%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。
所述丙烯颜料为半亚光丙烯颜料,所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油精酯。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
优选的,所述醇酸树脂通过以下步骤制成:a)称取羟基物质的量为5.2摩尔的三羟甲基丙烷、羟基物质的量为1.6摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐、羟基物质的量为0.86摩尔的己二酸酐和羟基物质的量为0.92的异壬酸;
b)将异壬酸、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸酐放入反应釜中,升温至92度,开始搅拌,再以82度/h的升温速度升温至160度,放出反应所产生的水,升温至210度,反应至酸值为18~20KOH mg/g,停止反应,降温至140度,然后加入溶剂稀释至质量浓度为42%,即得醇酸树脂,其中所述的溶剂由200#汽油、三甲苯和醋酸乙酯按质量比为70:36:3配成。

Claims (5)

1.一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:12~18%的醇酸树脂、20~30%的桐油、10~16%的环氧树脂、2~5%的对苯二甲酸、3~6%的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、12~16%的棕榈蜡酯、5~8%的甲基丙烯酸树脂、0.5~1%的间苯二甲酸、1~3%的丙烯颜料、3~6%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5~10%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、3~5%的消泡剂,其余为稀料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯颜料为亚光丙烯颜料、半亚光丙烯颜料、有光泽丙烯颜料或丙烯亚光油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:所述棕榈蜡酯为棕榈油酯、棕榈仁酯或棕榈油精酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种保光性好的涂料,其特征在于:所述醇酸树脂通过以下步骤制成:
a)称取羟基物质的量为5~5.3摩尔的三羟甲基丙烷、羟基物质的量为1.5~1.7摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐、羟基物质的量为0.7~0.92摩尔的己二酸酐和羟基物质的量为0.7~0.92的异壬酸;
b)将异壬酸、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸酐放入反应釜中,升温至85~100度,开始搅拌,再以70~85度/h的升温速度升温至160士5度,放出反应所产生的水,升温至210士5度,反应至酸值为18~20KOH mg/g,停止反应,降温至140度,然后加入溶剂稀释至质量浓度为42%,即得醇酸树脂,其中所述的溶剂由200#汽油、三甲苯和醋酸乙酯按质量比为70:36:3配成。
