Abstract

1. Пористая частица привитого сополимера, содержащая привитый сополимер в форме пористых частиц, причем привитый сополимер содержит по меньшей мере одну смолу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из олефиновой смолы, водонерастворимой модифицированной смолы на основе поливинилового спирта, амидной смолы, целлюлозной смолы, хитозановой смолы и (мет)акрилатной смолы; причем смола содержит введенную в нее привитую цепь, и средний диаметр пор на поверхности частицы находится в диапазоне от 0,01 мкм до 50 мкм.2. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой водонерастворимая модифицированная смола на основе поливинилового спирта представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилового спирта.3. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее функциональную группу.4. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 2, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее функциональную группу.5. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, амидной группы, простой эфирной группы, карбоксильной группы, тиомочевинной группы, изотиомочевинной группы, фосфорнокислотной группы, фосфоновокислотной группы, амидоксимной группы, нитрильной группы, сульфонильной группы, N-метилглюкаминовой группы, эпоксигруппы и тиольной группы.6. Claims (25)

1. Пористая частица привитого сополимера, содержащая привитый сополимер в форме пористых частиц, причем привитый сополимер содержит по меньшей мере одну смолу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из олефиновой смолы, водонерастворимой модифицированной смолы на основе поливинилового спирта, амидной смолы, целлюлозной смолы, хитозановой смолы и (мет)акрилатной смолы; причем смола содержит введенную в нее привитую цепь, и средний диаметр пор на поверхности частицы находится в диапазоне от 0,01 мкм до 50 мкм.
2. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой водонерастворимая модифицированная смола на основе поливинилового спирта представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилового спирта.
3. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее функциональную группу.
4. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 2, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее функциональную группу.
5. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, амидной группы, простой эфирной группы, карбоксильной группы, тиомочевинной группы, изотиомочевинной группы, фосфорнокислотной группы, фосфоновокислотной группы, амидоксимной группы, нитрильной группы, сульфонильной группы, N-метилглюкаминовой группы, эпоксигруппы и тиольной группы.
6. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 2, в которой привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, амидной группы, простой эфирной группы, карбоксильной группы, тиомочевинной группы, изотиомочевинной группы, фосфорнокислотной группы, фосфоновокислотной группы, амидоксимной группы, нитрильной группы, сульфонильной группы, N-метилглюкаминовой группы, эпоксигруппы и тиольной группы.
7. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 5, в которой привитая цепь содержит структурное звено, содержащее по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, простой эфирной группы, изотиомочевинной группы и тиомочевинной группы.
8. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 6, в которой привитая цепь содержит структурное звено, содержащее по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аминогруппы, простой эфирной группы, изотиомочевинной группы и тиомочевинной группы.
9. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 3, в которой количество вводимых функциональных групп составляет 1,0 ммоль/г или более.
10. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 4, в которой количество вводимых функциональных групп составляет 1,0 ммоль/г или более.
11. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 5, в которой количество вводимых функциональных групп составляет 1,0 ммоль/г или более.
12. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 6, в которой количество вводимых функциональных групп составляет 1,0 ммоль/г или более.
13. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 1, размер частицы которой составляет от 10 мкм до 2000 мкм.
14. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 2, размер частицы которой составляет от 10 мкм до 2000 мкм.
15. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 5, размер частицы которой составляет от 10 мкм до 2000 мкм.
16. Пористая частица привитого сополимера по п. 6, размер частицы которой составляет от 10 мкм до 2000 мкм.
17. Способ получения пористых частиц привитого сополимера, имеющих средний диаметр пор на поверхности частицы в диапазоне от 0,01 мкм до 50 мкм, включающий
(I) перемешивание в расплаве по меньшей мере одной смолы, упоминаемой как полимер A, выбранной из группы, состоящей из олефиновой смолы, водонерастворимой модифицированной смолы на основе поливинилового спирта, амидной смолы, хитозановой смолы, целлюлозной смолы и (мет)акрилатной смолы; и другой смолы, упоминаемой как полимер B и отличающейся от полимера A; охлаждение и отвердевание полученной в результате расплавленной смеси смол с получением затвердевшей смеси;
(II) извлечение и удаление полимера B из затвердевшей смеси с получением пористой подложки, состоящей из полимера A;
(III) гранулирование затвердевшей смеси или пористой подложки после стадии (I) или (II) с получением частиц; и
(IV) введение в пористые частицы привитой цепи (цепей).
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором полимер A представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилового спирта, и полимер B представляет собой водорастворимый полимер.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором водорастворимый полимер представляет собой поливиниловый спирт.
20. Способ по п. 17, в котором введение привитой цепи осуществляют посредством прививочной полимеризации, индуцированной облучением с применением ионизирующего излучения.
21. Способ по п. 18, в котором введение привитой цепи осуществляют посредством прививочной полимеризации, индуцированной облучением с применением ионизирующего излучения.
22. Способ по п. 19, в котором введение привитой цепи осуществляют посредством прививочной полимеризации, индуцированной облучением с применением ионизирующего излучения.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 17-22, в котором привитая цепь включает структурное звено, содержащее функциональную группу, преобразуемую после прививочной полимеризации в другую функциональную группу.
24. Адсорбент, содержащий пористые частицы привитого сополимера по любому из пп. 1-16.
25. Адсорбент по п. 24, в котором адсорбент представляет собой адсорбент для адсорбции металлов.
