Abstract
1. Абразивное изделие, содержащее:удлиненное тело;связующий слой, лежащий на поверхности удлиненного тела;абразивные зерна, содержащиеся в связующем слое со средней концентрацией абразивных зерен в пределах между примерно 0,02 кар/м и примерно 0,30 кар/м, при этом абразивные зерна выбираются из негауссового распределения зернистости, включающего по меньшей мере две различных средних зернистости.2. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где удлиненное тело представляет собой проволоку.3. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где удлиненное тело имеет длину по меньшей мере примерно 1 км.4. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где негауссовое распределение зернистости представляет собой бимодальное распределение зернистости, включающее первую моду и вторую моду.5. Абразивное изделие по п. 4, где бимодальное распределение зернистости включает по меньшей мере одну зернистость, которая значительно больше другой зернистости.6. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где негауссовое распределение зернистости включает по меньшей мере три различных моды.7. Абразивное изделие по п. 1 где абразивные зерна выбираются из широкого распределения зернистости, характеризующегося диапазоном средних зернистостей по меньшей мере 50 мкм.8. Claims (15)
1. Абразивное изделие, содержащее:
удлиненное тело;
связующий слой, лежащий на поверхности удлиненного тела;
абразивные зерна, содержащиеся в связующем слое со средней концентрацией абразивных зерен в пределах между примерно 0,02 кар/м и примерно 0,30 кар/м, при этом абразивные зерна выбираются из негауссового распределения зернистости, включающего по меньшей мере две различных средних зернистости.
2. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где удлиненное тело представляет собой проволоку.
3. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где удлиненное тело имеет длину по меньшей мере примерно 1 км.
4. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где негауссовое распределение зернистости представляет собой бимодальное распределение зернистости, включающее первую моду и вторую моду.
5. Абразивное изделие по п. 4, где бимодальное распределение зернистости включает по меньшей мере одну зернистость, которая значительно больше другой зернистости.
6. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где негауссовое распределение зернистости включает по меньшей мере три различных моды.

12. Абразивное изделие по п. 11, где покрывающий слой содержит металл.
13. Абразивное изделие по п. 12, где покрывающий слой содержит никель.
14. Абразивное изделие по п. 1, где связующий слой имеет среднюю толщину в пределах между примерно 10 мкм и примерно 50 мкм.
15. Абразивное изделие по п. 14, где связующий слой содержит наполнитель.
