Description
PET基材の一方側にPVDF層を形成し、前記PET基材の他方側に放熱インク層を25μmの厚さで形成して、太陽電池用バックシートを作製した(実施例1、図3)。変形例として、PET基材の一方側にPVDF層を形成し、前記PET基材の他方側にアルミニウム(Al)層を80μmの厚さで形成し、前記アルミニウム(Al)層に放熱インク層を25μmの厚さで形成して、太陽電池用バックシートを作製した(実施例2、図4)。他の変形例として、PET基材の一方側にPVDF層を形成し、前記基材の他方側にアルミニウム(Al)層を80μmの厚さで形成し、前記アルミニウム(Al)層にフォスフェイト系金属腐食防止層を1μmの厚さで形成し、前記金属腐食防止層に放熱インク層を25μmの厚さで形成して、太陽電池用バックシートを作製した(実施例3、図5)。
Claims (17)
- 基材と、
前記基材の一方側に位置するフッ素樹脂層と、
前記基材の他方側に位置する放熱インク層と、
を含み、前記放熱インク層が金属フィラーを含む太陽電池用バックシート。 - 前記基材と放熱インク層との間に金属層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記金属層と放熱インク層との間に金属腐食防止層をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記放熱インク層は、金属フィラーとしてAl、Au、Ag、Cu、Ni、Sn、Zn、W及びFeからなる群より選択される一種以上及びバインダー樹脂を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記放熱インク層の厚さは、5μm〜90μmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記フッ素樹脂は、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)またはポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記基材は、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、または紙からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記基材は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリブチレンナフタレート(PBN)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、及びポリプロピレン(PP)からなる群より選択された一種以上からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記金属層の金属は、アルミニウム、金、銀、銅、ニッケル、スズ、亜鉛、タングステン、ステンレス、及び鉄からなる群より選択される一種以上である、請求項2または3に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記金属層の厚さは、15μm〜120μmである、請求項2、3または9に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記金属腐食防止層は、フォスフェイト系またはクロム系腐食防止層である、請求項3に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 前記金属腐食防止層の厚さは、0.5μm〜10μmである、請求項3または11に記載の太陽電池用バックシート。
- 基材の一方側にフッ素樹脂層を形成するステップ、及び
前記基材の他方側に放熱インク層を形成するステップ
を含み、前記放熱インク層が金属フィラーを含む、太陽電池用バックシートの製造方法。 - 前記基材の他方側に金属層を形成するステップ、及び
前記金属層に放熱インク層を形成するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記基材の他方側に金属層を形成するステップ、
前記金属層に金属腐食防止層を形成するステップ、及び
前記金属腐食防止層に放熱インク層を形成するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記放熱インク層は、金属フィラーとしてAl、Au、Ag、Cu、Ni、Sn、Zn、W及びFeからなる群より選択される一種以上及びバインダー樹脂を含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用バックシートを含む太陽電池。
