Claims (15)

1. Применение одного или более полисахаридов для приготовления жидкой пищевой композиции, для использования в способе лечения или предотвращения избыточного веса млекопитающих с одним желудком, причем указанный способ включает введение млекопитающим с одним желудком жидкой пищевой композиции с рН более 5, вязкостью ниже 50 mPas при скорости сдвига 100с-1 и 20°С, и вязкостью, по меньшей мере, 125% от указанного выше значения при рН 3 и температуре 37°С; и калорийностью 0-500 ккал/л, причем указанная композиция содержит:
а. 0,01-5 мас.% одного или более полисахаридов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из пектина и альгината: и
b. 0,01-3 мас.% кальция.
2. Применение по п.1, в котором композиция дополнительно содержит 0,01-15 мас.% трудно перевариваемого, способного к брожению ингредиента.
3. Применение по п.2, в котором трудно перевариваемый, способный к брожению ингредиент представляет собой олигосахарид и/или полиол.
4. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором композиция содержит 10-150 г на литр воднорастворимого, трудно перевариваемого, способного к брожению волокна.
5. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором жидкая пищевая композиция содержит 0-1 мас.% глицеридов и/или жирных кислот в расчете на общую массу жидкой композиции.
6. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором жидкая пищевая композиция дополнительно содержит пищевой ароматизатор.
7. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором жидкая пищевая композиция содержит 0-3% масс перевариваемых углеводов в расчете на общую массу жидкой композиции.
8. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором жидкая пищевая композиция имеет вязкость менее 25 mPas при скорости сдвига 100с-1 и 20°С, и вязкость, по меньшей мере, 250 mPas при скорости сдвига 100с-1, рН 3 и 37°С.
9. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором, по меньшей мере, 96 мас.% жидкой пищевой композиции состоит из пектина и/или альгината, соли кальция, воды и при его присутствии трудно перевариваемого, способного к брожению ингредиента.
10. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором млекопитающее с одним желудком представляет собой человека.
11. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором способ включает применение стандартной дозы, содержащей 50-2000 мл жидкой композиции.
12. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором композиция дополнительно содержит низкокалорийное подслащивающее вещество.
13. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором жидкая, пищевая композиция содержит 0,1-2,5 мас.% пектина.
14. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов в способе уменьшения аппетита.
15. Жидкая пищевая композиция, предназначенная для применения млекопитающим с одним желудком, с рН более 5, вязкостью ниже 50 mPas при скорости сдвига 100 с-1 и 20°С, и вязкостью составляющей, по меньшей мере, 125% от указанного выше значения при рН 3 и температуре 37°С; и калорийностью 0-500 ккал/л, причем указанная композиция содержит:
а. 0,01-5 мас.% одного или более полисахаридов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из пектина и альгината: и
b. 0,01-3 мас.% кальция.
