Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para obtener un organoide hepático, caracterizado porque comprende: cultivar al menos una célula madre epitelial de un fragmento hepático o un conducto biliar hepático en contacto con una matriz extracelular en la presencia de un medio, el medio comprende un medio basal para células de animal o de humano al cual se agrega: factor de crecimiento epidérmico (EGF), un agonista Wnt, un factor de crecimiento de fibroblasto (FGF) y Nicotinamida.
