Abstract
Utilizarea: în industria alimentară, în special a morăritului şi de elevator, pentru extinderea sortimentului produsului final şi simplificarea procedeului. Esenţa invenţiei: materialul, cel puţin, de două ori se trece prin etaje de triturare cu patru valţuri fără ciuruire între triturările duble şi apoi în mod corespunzător se ciuruieşte după triturarea dublă. Materialul după ciuruire este supus unei triturări, după care materialul se ciuruieşte suplimentar. Triturarea dublă poate fi efectuată de 4-6 ori, iar triturarea ordinară este stabilită în limitele de 2-6 ori. În conformitate cu procedeul de triturare, moara de măcinat include sisteme de triturare, din care cel puţin două sunt executate duble fără sistem de ciuruire între două perechi de valţuri.
