Abstract

고전류 소형 인덕터(10,88)은 내부 코일 단부(26,92) 및 외부 코일단부(28,94)을 가지는 와이어 코일(24,90)을 포함한다. 자기 재료가 인덕터 몸체(14,88)을 형성하기 위하여 와이어 코일을 완전히 둘러 싼다. 내부 코일 단부(26,92) 및 외부 코일 단부(28,94)에 접속된 제1(16,98) 및 제2(18,100) 리드는 자기 재료를 통하여 인덕터 몸체의 외부로 연장된다. 작동 방법은 와이어 코일 주위에 자기 재료를 압출 몰딩하는 것을 포함한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 제1(26,92) 및 제2(28,104) 코일 단부를 가지는 하나 이상의 와이어 코일(24,90)을 포함하는 고전류 소형 인덕터(10,88)(1HLP)에 있어서, 인덕터 몸체(14,88)을 형성하기 위하여 상기 하나 이상의 와이어 코일 주위를 완전하게 둘러싸는 자기 재료를 포함하며, 상기 각각의 제1코일 단부는 인덕터 몸체 내에서 제1리드(34,102)에 접속되며, 상기 각각의 제2코일 단부는 상기 언덕터 몸체 내에서 제2리드(38,104)에 접속되며, 상기 제1 및 제2리드는 상기 인덕터 몸체의 상기 자기 재료를 통하여 상기 인덕터 몸체 외부로 연장되며, 상기 자기 재료는 서로 다른 전기적 특성을 가지는 제1분말 철 재료 및 제2분말 철 재료를 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2철 재료는 상기 인덕터 몸체를 형성하기 위하여 함께 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
  2. 고전류 소형 인덕터를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 내부 코일 단부(26,92) 및 외부 코일 단부(28,94)를 가지는 와이어 코일(24,90)을 형성하는 단계; 제1(26,98) 및 제2(28,100) 자유 단부를 가지는 제1 및 제2리드(16,18)를 상기 내부 및 외부 코일 단부에 부착하는 단계; 전기적으로 다른 특성을 가지는 제1분말 철 및 제2분말 철을 함께 혼합함으로서 분말 자기 재료를 형성하는 단계; 및 인덕터 몸체를 만들기 위하여 상기 코일 주위를 완전하게 둘러싸도록 상기 분말 자기 재료를 압출 몰딩하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2리드의 상기 자유 단부는 상기 인덕터 몸체 외부로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터 제조 방법.
