- 스택을 형성하는 여러겹의 금속호일층을 포함하고 단열영역 및 히트싱크영역을 포함하는 캐드에 있어서, 상기 층들이 수직방향으로 하나위에 다른 하나가 배열되고, 상기 스택(stack)이 하나 이상의 히트싱크(heat sink)영역 및 히트싱크영역에 인접한 하나이상의 단열영역을 포함하고, 상기 층들이 상기 단열영역에서보다 상기 히트싱크영역에서 수직방향으로 보다 우수한 열전도를 체공하고, 2개이상의 층이 틈을 이들 사이에 제공하기 위하여 상기 단열영역내의 인접한 하나의 층으로부터 하나의 층을 분리시키는 이들내의 여러겹의 엠보싱(embossing)을 포함하고, 상기 단열영역내의 하나의 층이 다른 한나의 층에 인접하면서 야금학적으로 결합되며, 상기 히트싱크영역이 스택의 압축된 부위를 포함하고 패드에 성형성을 체공하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로하는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서. 하나이상의 단열영역이 단지 하나의 단열영역을 포함하고, 상기 히트싱크영역이 단열영역 주위에 수직방향에 수직인 횡단방향으로 수평으로 완전히 연장시킨 스택의 압축된 외벽을 포함하며, 상기 외벽에 상기 층들이 고정수단에 의하여 함께 고정되고, 상기 층들이 상기 단열명역에서보다 상기 히트싱크영역에서 수직방향으로 함께 더욱 촘촘한 캐드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고정수단이 하나이상의 전단(shear)층의 표면을 포함하고, 상기 전단표면이 상기 2개의 층의 마주보는 표면과 동일평면을 이루는 표면에 대하여 상하 수직방향으로 연장되어 이들 사이에 기계적 결합을 제공하는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로에 인접한 2개이상의 층이 엠보싱의 형태를 포함하고, 상기 층이 수개이상의 엠보싱이 수직방향으로 배열되지 않도록 상호간에 옵셋(offset)되는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수개이상의 엠보싱이 각각의 층의 한면위에 함몰(depressions)을 형성하고, 각 층의 반대면위에 융기를 형성하는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 층이 이들위에 열복사수단을 포함하는 패드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열복사수단이 하나이상의 층의 하나이상의 면의 하나이상의 부분위에 흑색표면을 포함하는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 면직물층을 추가로 포함하고. 상기 면직물이 서로 인접한 2개의 층의 마주 보는 표면사이에 끼워지고, 상기 면직물이 내열성물질을 포함하는 패드.
- 제1항에 있어서. 수개의 엠보싱이 다른 하나의 엠보싱의 수직방향 높이보다 더큰 수직방향의 높이를 지니는 캐드.
- 스택을 형성하는 여러겹의 금속호일층을 포함하고 단열영역 및 히트싱크영역을 포함하는 패드에 있어서, 상기 층들이 수직방향으로 하나위에 다른 하나가 배열되고, 상기 스택(skack)이 하나 이상의 히트싱크(heatsink)영역 및 히트싱크영역에 인접한 하나이상의 단열영역을 포함하고. 상기 층들이 상기 단열영역에서보다 상기 히트싱크영역에서 수직방향으로 보다 우수한 옅전도를 체공하고, 2개이상의 층이 틈을 이들 사이에 제공하기 위하여 상기 단열영역내의 인접한 하나의 층으로부터 하나의 층을 분리시키는 이들내의 여러겹의 엠보싱(embossing)을 포함하고, 패드에 성형성을 제공하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 패드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형수단이 패드내에 하나이상의 열의 퍼포레이팅(perforation)을 포함하는 패드.
- 제11항에 있어서, 퍼포레이팅이 패드를 완전히 관통하는 패드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형수단이 패드의 층의 한 외부층중에 압입화(indentation)의 형태를 포함하는 패드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 형태가 최소한 패드의 외벽을 따라서 제공되는 패드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 압입화가 외부층의 두께이하의 깊이로 연장된 패드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 접착제의 층을 패드의 층의 외벽의 하나이상의 면위에 추가로 포함하는 패드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 접착제의 층을 패드의 층의 외면의 반대면상에 추가로 포함하는 패드.
- 제16항에 있어서, 접착제가 열경화성 플라스틱 접착제인 패드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 접착제의 층이 패드의 층의 외면의 하나이상의 면위에 추가로 포함하는 패드.
- 금속호일층, 금속호일층의 하나이상의 면위 피복된 접착제, 및 성형성을 상기 금속호일층에 제공하고, 여러겹의 압입화 또는 퍼포레이팅을 상기 금속호일층내에 퐁함하는 수단으로 이루어진 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 수단이 하나이상의 퍼포레이팅의 열을 금속호일층내에 포함하는 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 수단이 압입화의 반복형태를 금속호일층내에 포함하는 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 수단이 임의의 압입화의 형태를 금속호일층내에 포함하는 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 금속호일층이 이위에 열복사수단을 포함하는 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제24항에 있어서, 열복사수단이 금속호일층의 하나이상의 면의 하나이상의 부분위에 흑색표면을 포함하는 성형성 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 접착제가 금속호일층의 반대면위에 피복된 성형성 라미네이트.
- 여러겹의 금속호일층을 층이 수직방향으로 하나위에 다른하나가 배열된 스택내에 조립시키고 2개이상의 층이 하나이상의 층위의 여러겹의 엠보싱에 의하여 서로 분리되는 단계, 및 히트싱크영역 및 단열영역이 단열영역에서보다 히트싱크영역에서 수직방향으로 보다 우수한 단열을 제공하는 층으로 형성되고 상기 단열영역내의 엠보싱이 이들 사이의 틈을 제공하기 위하여 층을 분리시키는 스택을 압축하는 단계를 포함하는 단열영역 및 히트싱크영역을 지니는 단열패드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 여러겹의 엠보싱이 층내에 형성되도록 여러겹의 층을 추가로 엠보싱하고, 상기 엠보싱 단계가 여러겹의 겹치는 금속호일의 시트를 동시에 엠보싱함으로써 수행되고, 옘보싱 단계후의 각 시트가 각 층을 포함하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 조립단계가 엠보싱 단계후 시트를 분리하고 서로 마주보고 있는 2개의 시트위의 수개 이상의 엠보싱이 수직방향으로 정렬되지 않도록 이들 시트를 서로에 대하여 옵셋팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 하나이상의 면직물층을 스택내에 삽입시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 하나이상의 층의 하나이상의 부분을 열복사 수단을 피복시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 열복사수단 흑색코팅을 포함하고 코팅단계가 히트싱크영역의 하나이상의 부분을 흑색 코팅으로 피복함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
