- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 소고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기, 양고기 및 오리고기, 햄버거용 고기패티, 햄, 쏘세이지, 핫도그, 베이컨, 우유, 요구르트, 아이스크림 및 치즈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열수추출물은 상기 식물체와 물을 1 : 10 ~ 4 : 10의 비율로 섞은 후 100℃에서 2 ~ 8시간 동안 추출함으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에탄올추출물은 60~95% 에탄올 속에 상기 식물체를 1 : 10 ~ 4 : 10 비율로 넣고 60℃~80℃에서 1 ~ 8시간 동안 추출함으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 식품.
- 제 1항 기재의 식물체 건조분말, 열수추출물 또는 에탄올추출물을 소고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기, 양고기 및 오리고기, 햄버거용 고기패티, 햄, 쏘세이지, 핫도그, 베이컨, 우유, 요구르트, 아이스크림 및 치즈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 식품에 첨가하여 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 식품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 식물체 건조분말, 열수추출물 또는 에탄올추출물과 함께 고추장, 고춧가루, 토마토 소스, 토마토추출물, 비타민류, 아미노산류 및 셀레늄(Se)으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 식품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 간장 15.0중량부, 고추장 17.6중량부, 후락토 올리고당 18.0중량부, 소주 또는 와인 20.8중량부, 후추 0.1중량부, 참깨가루 0.40중량부, 건마늘분말 1.10중량부, 건양파분말 1.10중량부, 생강분말 3.60중량부, 레시틴 3.60중량부, 타우린 3.60중량부, 감귤피추출물 3.60중량부, 감잎추출물분말 1.80중량부, 메밀잎추출물분말 1.80중량부, 구기자잎추출물분말 3.60중량부 및 녹차추출물 3.60중량부로 구성되는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 양념조성물임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 토마토 소스 45중량부, 양파분말 5중량부, 마늘분말 5중량부, 생강분말 5중량부, 타우린 5중량부, 레시틴 5중량부, 감귤피추출물 5중량부, 감잎추출물 5중량부, 메밀잎추출물 5중량부, 구기자잎추출물 5중량부, 녹차잎추출물 5중량부 및 소금 5중량부로 구성되는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 양념조성물임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 햄버거용 고기 100중량부, 양파분말 1.5중량부, 마늘분말 1.5중량부 및 생강분말 1.5중량부를 섞은 후에 메밀잎 분말, 감잎 분말, 구기자잎 분말 및 녹차잎분말로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 2~10중량부씩 첨가하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 햄버거 고기패티조성물임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 토마토 소스 50중량부, 비타민 C 5중량부, 타 우린 5중량부, 후추가루 5중량부, 소금 5중량부, 메밀잎 5중량부, 마늘 5중량부, 양파 5중량부, 생강 5중량부, 감귤류 과피 추출물 5중량부 및 옥수수시럽 5중량부로 구성되는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 양념조성물임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 인삼추출물 2중량부, 구기자잎추출물 3중량부, 산딸기추출물 2중량부 및 감귤류 과피 추출물 3중량부로 구성되는 비만증 및 고지혈증 예방용 양념조성물임을 특징으로 하는 식품.
