- 제 1 항에 있어서,R1이 NR4R5인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R4가 수소, (C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐, (C2-C6)알키닐 또는 (C3-C10)사이클로알킬이며, 이때 알킬, 알케닐 및 알키닐 기가 하이드록시, 아미노, 트리플루오로메틸, (C1-C6)아실옥시, (C1-C6)알킬아미노, ((C1-C6)알킬)2아미노 또는 (C1-C6)아실아미노로 치환되거나 치환되고, 사이클로알킬 기가 하이드록시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 (C1-C6)아실옥시로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 화합물.

- (a) 장기 이식 거부, 루프스, 다발성 경화증, 류마티스 관절염, 건선, 유형 I의 당뇨병 및 당뇨에 의한 합병증, 암, 천식, 아토피성 피부염, 자가면역 갑상선 질환, 궤양성 대장염, 크론병(Crohn's disease), 알쯔하이머병(Alzheimer's disease), 백혈병 및 다른 자가면역 질환으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 질병 또는 질환을 치료 또는 예방하거나, (b) 인간을 포함한 포유동물에서 단백질 티로신 키나아제 또는 야누스 키나아제 3(Janus Kinase; JAK3)을 저해하기 위한, 상기 질병 및 질환의 치료 효과량의 제 1 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 약학 조성물.
- (a) 장기 이식 거부, 루프스, 다발성 경화증, 류마티스 관절염, 건선, 유형 I의 당뇨병 및 당뇨에 의한 합병증, 암, 천식, 아토피성 피부염, 자가면역 갑상선 질환, 궤양성 대장염, 크론병, 알쯔하이머병, 백혈병 및 다른 자가면역 질환으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 질병 또는 질환을 치료 또는 예방하거나, (b) 인간을 포함한 포유동물에서 단백질 티로신 키나아제 또는 야누스 키나아제 3(JAK3)을 저해하기 위한, 상기 질병 및 질환의 치료 효과량의 제 1 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 단독으로 또는 포유동물 면역 시스템을 조절하는 1종 이상의 첨가제 또는 소염제와 조합하여 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체와 함께 포함하는 약학 조성물.
- 효과량의 제 1 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 인간을 포함한 포유동물에게 투여함을 포함하는, 상기 포유동물에서 단백질 티로신 키나아제 또는 야누스 키나아제 3(JAK3)을 저해하는 방법.

- 효과량의 제 1 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 단독으로 또는 포유동물 면역 시스템을 조절하는 1종 이상의 첨가제 또는 소염제와 조합하여 인간을 포함한 포유동물에게 투여함을 포함하는, 상기 포유동물에서 단백질 티로신 키나아제 또는 야누스 키나아제 3(JAK3)을 저해하는 방법.
