Claims (97)
- 2 이상의 중합체 말단 블록 A와 1 이상의 중합체 내재 블록 B를 함유하고,a. 각 A 블록은 하나 이상의 중합된 파라 치환된 스티렌 또는 1,3-부타디엔 단량체의 분절을 함유하고, 상기 파라 치환된 스티렌은 파라-메틸스티렌, 파라-에틸스티렌, 파라-n-프로필스티렌, 파라-이소프로필스티렌, 파라-n-부틸스티렌, 파라-sec-부틸스티렌, 파라-이소부틸스티렌, 파라-t-부틸스티렌, 파라-데실스티렌의 이성질체, 및 파라-도데실스티렌의 이성질체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고,상기 중합된 분절은 이후에 수소화되며, 중합된 1,3-부타디엔 단량체의 분절을 함유하는 A 블록은 50℃ 초과의 융점을 갖고,각 B 블록은 하나 이상의 중합된 비치환 스티렌 단량체, 또는 비치환 스티렌 및 1,3-부타디엔의 공중합체의 분절을 포함하는 블록이며,b. 각 A 블록은 독립적으로 수평균분자량이 1,000 내지 60,000 사이이고 각 B 블록은 독립적으로 수평균분자량이 10,000 내지 300,000 사이이며;c. 상기 B 블록은 10 내지 100mol%로 설폰화되어 있고;d. 상기 블록 공중합체는 물에서 비분산성이며, ASTM D412에 따른 물 존재 하에서의 인장 강도가 100psi보다 크고, 블록 공중합체의 잔류 올레핀 불포화가 중합체 1g당 탄소-탄소 이중 결합이 2.0밀리당량 미만인,물에서 고체인 설폰화된 블록 공중합체.
