Claims (17)
- α-탄소가 4 차 탄소인 방향족 비닐계 화합물 단위를 주된 단위로 하는 중합체 블록 (A) 및 플렉시블 중합체 블록 (B) 를 구성 성분으로 하고,중합체 블록 (A) 에서 α-탄소가 4 차 탄소인 방향족 비닐계 화합물 단위의 백분율이 50 질량% 이상이며,중합체 블록 (A) 가 이온 전도성기를 갖는 블록 공중합체를 함유하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이온 전도성기가 1 가의 양이온 전도성기이거나, 또는 이온 전도성기가 음이온 전도성기로서, 중합체 블록 (A) 가 1 가의 음이온 전도성기를 갖거나, 다가의 음이온 전도성기가 중합체 블록 (A) 끼리를 가교하는 형태로 결합되어 있고/있거나 중합체 블록 (A) 내에서 방향족 비닐계 화합물 단위끼리를 가교하는 형태로 결합되어 있는 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체 블록 (A) 와 중합체 블록 (B) 의 질량비가 95 : 5 ∼ 5 : 95 인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, α-탄소가 4 차 탄소인 방향족 비닐계 화합물 단위가, α-탄소 원자에 결합된 수소 원자가 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 할로겐화 알킬기 또는 페닐기로 치환된 방향족 비닐계 화합물 단위인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 플렉시블 중합체 블록 (B) 가 탄소수 2 ∼ 8 의 알켄 단위, 탄소수 5 ∼ 8 의 시클로알켄 단위, 탄소수 7 ∼ 10 의 비닐시클로알켄 단위, 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위 및 탄소수 5 ∼ 8 의 공액 시클로알카디엔 단위; 및 탄소-탄소 이중 결합의 일부 또는 전부가 수소 첨가된 탄소수 7 ∼ 10 의 비닐시클로알켄 단위, 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위 및 탄소수 5 ∼ 8 의 공액 시클로알카디엔 단위로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 블록인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 플렉시블 중합체 블록 (B) 가 탄소수 2 ∼ 8 의 알켄 단위, 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위, 및 탄소-탄소 이중 결합의 일부 또는 전부가 수소 첨가된 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 블록인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, α-탄소가 4 차 탄소인 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위가 α-메틸스티렌 단위이고, 플렉시블 중합체 블록 (B) 가 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위 및 탄소-탄소 이중 결합의 일부 또는 전부가 수소 첨가된 탄소수 4 ∼ 8 의 공액 디엔 단위로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 블록인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이온 전도성기가 양이온 전도성기이고, 양이온 전도성기가 -SO3M 또는 -PO3HM (식 중, M 은 수소 원자, 암모늄 이온 또는 알칼리 금속 이온을 나타낸다) 으로 표시되는 기인 전해질막.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 3 질량% 의 과산화수소 수용액에 D-글루코오스 및 염화철 (Ⅱ)·4 수화물을 용해시켜 수득되는 라디칼 반응 시약에 블록 공중합체를 첨가하여 실시하는 60℃ 에서의 라디칼 안정성 시험에 있어서, 8 시간 후의 블록 공중합체의 이온 교환 용량 유지율이 50% 이상인 전해질막.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, R1 ∼ R9 및 R11 이 메틸기 또는 에틸기이고, X- 가 수산화이온인 전해질막.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, R1 ∼ R11 이 메틸기인 전해질막.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 3 질량% 의 과산화수소 수용액에 블록 공중합체를 첨가하여 실시하는 60℃ 에서의 산화 안정성 시험에 있어서, 8 시간 후의 블록 공중합체의 질량 유지율이 85% 이상인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체의 이온 교환 용량이 0.30meq/g 이상인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해질막을 사용한 막-전극 접합체.
- 제 15 항에 기재된 막-전극 접합체가 이용된 고체 고분자형 연료 전지.
