Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有降温效果的印花浆料及其制备方法和应用,由以下重量份的组分组成:环己烷40‑80份;异丙醇10‑50份;颜料0‑5份;粘合剂10‑20份;助剂0~5份。该印花浆料的制备包括:在分散机中将上述组分混合均匀,即可得到。本发明中,环己烷和异丙醇作为粘合剂的溶剂,能够快速溶解粘合剂,便于后续印花。粘合剂能够将颜料固定到织物表面,并赋予织物更高的水分蒸发效率,从而产生降温效果。该产品适用于棉、麻、涤纶等织物,制备工艺简单,并具有长期的降温效果,有利于市场化推广利用,具备广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及印花浆料领域,具体涉及一种具有降温效果的印花浆料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
织物良好的体感舒适性是人们长期以来需要解决的目标。棉麻等天然纤维由于亲水性而具有优异的透气性,但容易因吸收汗液而粘附到皮肤。而聚酯纤维的吸水较差,却由于低透气性而感觉闷热。针对上述缺点,目前市场上已开发出多种功能型面料,满足人们的多方面需求。
申请公布号为CN104420332A(申请号为201310415167.X)公开了一种超柔凉感面料,是由凉感尼龙丝或凉感尼龙丝与其它长丝的复合丝织造而成,所述凉感尼龙丝为添加了凉感矿物质的尼龙长丝,所述凉感尼龙丝或复合丝的单纤纤度为1.1~2.3dtex,所述凉感尼龙丝与其它长丝的复合方式为空包和机包方式。该技术方案通过在尼龙长丝中添加凉感矿物质而具有良好的接触凉感效果与吸湿速干性能,面料手感柔软,悬垂性好。
申请公布号为CN 106671500 A(申请号为201611241267.5)公开了一种具有超强透气及防滑功能的凉感面料,该技术方案利用高强聚乙烯纤维的凉感功能,搭配表面缓冲层和防滑层制成凉感面料,舒适度高,散热能力良好。
申请公布号为CN 105986354 A(申请号为201610553091.0)的中国发明专利申请公开了一种单向导湿面料,由丙纶和改性涤纶通过双面机进行织造形成双面结构的坯布,其中丙纶在内层形成用于与皮肤直接接触的疏水面,改性涤纶在外层形成亲水面,丙纶和改性涤纶在中间进行交织形成中间交织层,丙纶所占总质量的质量份数为40-50%,改性涤纶所占总质量的质量份数为50-60%,所述丙纶为改性丙纶,所述改性丙纶的染色采用原液着色,即先按照事先测定的配方,在纤维液态的情况下加入染料形成溶液后,再进行喷丝,直接生成有色丝。该技术方案采用非极性的丙纶与极性的改性涤纶通过双面机进行织造,所制得的成品能达到保持身体干爽、快速排汗、大幅提升衣物穿着的舒适指数的效果,而且非常耐洗。
本发明开发的印花浆料可在棉、麻、涤纶等织物上印花工艺,得到具有降温效果的新型面料,尚未有研究报道。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有降温效果的印花浆料及其制备方法和应用,该产品适用于棉、麻、涤纶等织物,制备工艺简单,并具有长期的降温效果。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有降温效果的印花浆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
所述的粘合剂采用以下重量份的原料制成:
所述的粘合剂的制备包括:将活性树脂溶解于溶剂中,混合均匀,加入改性剂和引发剂,在50℃~70℃反应10h~24h,用乙醇沉淀并洗涤,干燥后得到粘合剂。作为优选,所述的粘合剂的制备在氮气保护下进行。在50℃~70℃搅拌反应10h~24h。
颜料能够赋予织物美观性,所述的颜料可选择分散型颜料,所述颜料包括红色、黄色、蓝色、绿色、黑色中的一种或两种以上,如选用酞菁绿、酞菁蓝、碳黑等中的一种或两种以上(包括两种),可以根据自己需要印花颜色,选择所需要的颜料颜色。
所述的助剂为分散剂、消泡剂中的一种或两种,助剂能够调节印花浆料的综合性能。
所述的活性树脂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)、聚丁二烯、丁羟胶中的一种或两种以上(包括两种)。
所述的溶剂为1,2-二氯乙烷。
所述的改性剂为马来酸酐、丙烯酸、氯磺酸中的一种或两种以上(包括两种)。
所述的引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
环己烷和异丙醇作为粘合剂的溶剂,能够快速溶解粘合剂,便于后续印花。
粘合剂能够将颜料固定到织物表面,并赋予织物更高的水分蒸发效率,从而产生降温效果。所述粘合剂含有大量非极性链段和少量强极性官能团,所述非极性链段包含丁二烯、乙烯、苯乙烯中的一种或两种以上(包括两种),所述强极性官能团包含马来酸酐、丙烯酸、苯磺酸中的一种或两种以上(包括两种)。
所述的具有降温效果的印花浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在分散机中将粘合剂、环己烷、异丙醇、颜料、助剂混合均匀,即可得到具有降温效果的印花浆料。
具有降温效果的印花浆料在织物印花中的应用,将具有降温效果的印花浆料印在织物上,之后在汽蒸箱进行烘干,完成印花。
烘干温度为80℃~105℃,烘干时间为0.5~3分钟,进一步优选,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为1.5分钟。
本发明的印花织物在红外热像仪下能够观察到2~3℃的降温效果,提高运动时的体感舒适性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明中,环己烷和异丙醇作为粘合剂的溶剂,能够快速溶解粘合剂,便于后续印花。粘合剂能够将颜料固定到织物表面,并赋予织物更高的水分蒸发效率,从而产生降温效果。本发明的印花织物在红外热像仪下能够观察到2~3℃的降温效果,提高运动时的体感舒适性。该产品适用于棉、麻、涤纶等织物,制备工艺简单,并具有长期的降温效果,有利于市场化推广利用,具备广阔的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是限制本发明的范围。
本发明的使用方法为:粘合剂制备→印花色浆制备→印花→烘干。本发明实施例与对比例的印花色浆制备方法工艺相同,区别在于原料选择与配比,原料说明详见表1。
粘合剂制备:在反应釜中将活性树脂溶解于溶剂中,加入适量的改性剂和引发剂,加热至反应完全,用乙醇沉淀并洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
印花色浆制备:在分散机中将粘合剂、环己烷、异丙醇、颜料、助剂混合均匀即可。
印花:将印花色浆喂入丝网或镍网,启动圆网印花机,导带带动织物或面料运动,镍网随导带同步转动时,印花色浆通过镍网上的小孔溢出,然后印在织物或面料上。
烘干:将印花后的织物或面料在汽蒸箱进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为1.5分钟。

实施例1
粘合剂制备:氮气保护下,在70℃的反应釜中,将10份SBS添加到90份1,2-二氯乙烷中,搅拌至溶解。再加入1份马来酸酐和0.1份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应10小时,加入200份的乙醇沉淀洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
实施例2
粘合剂制备:氮气保护下,在60℃的反应釜中,将16份聚丁二烯添加到85份1,2-二氯乙烷中,搅拌至溶解。再加入4份丙烯酸和0.1份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应24小时,加入300份的乙醇沉淀洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
实施例3
粘合剂制备:氮气保护下,在50℃的反应釜中,将20份SEBS添加到80份1,2-二氯乙烷中,搅拌至溶解。再加入1份氯磺酸,搅拌反应18小时,加入200份的乙醇沉淀洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
实施例4
粘合剂制备:氮气保护下,在65℃的反应釜中,将30份丁羟胶添加到70份1,2-二氯乙烷中,搅拌至溶解。再加入3份马来酸酐和0.2份偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌反应12小时,加入300份的乙醇沉淀洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
实施例5
粘合剂制备:氮气保护下,在50℃的反应釜中,将15份SBS添加到85份1,2-二氯乙烷中,搅拌至溶解。再加入2份氯磺酸,搅拌反应24小时,加入100份的乙醇沉淀洗涤,干燥即得粘合剂。
实施例6
印花色浆制备:将15份粘合剂(实施例1)添加到60份环己烷和25份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,再加入1份分散剂、1份酞菁蓝和1份消泡剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可。
实施例7
印花色浆制备:将10份粘合剂(实施例2)添加到40份环己烷和50份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,再加入1份分散剂、0.2份碳黑,搅拌至混合均匀即可。
实施例8
印花色浆制备:将20份粘合剂(实施例3)添加到80份环己烷和10份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,再加入1份分散剂、2份酞菁绿和1份消泡剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可。
实施例9
印花色浆制备:将13份粘合剂(实施例4)添加到55份环己烷和32份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,再加入0.5份分散剂、1份红色颜料和1.5份消泡剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可。
实施例10
印花色浆制备:将17份粘合剂(实施例5)添加到50份环己烷和33份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,即得所述印花浆料。
对比例1
印花色浆制备:将15份SEBS树脂添加到60份环己烷和25份异丙醇的混合溶液中,在分散机中搅拌至完全溶解,再加入1份分散剂、1份酞菁蓝和1份消泡剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可。
降温效果测试
在25℃、50%湿度的无风环境下,将印花后的织物挂在衣架上,用38℃的热水喷洒湿润,用德图Testo 868红外热像仪在距离织物20cm处观察,明显发现印花处与未印花处显示不同颜色和温差,结果如表2所示。

8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的具有降温效果的印花浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在分散机中将粘合剂、环己烷、异丙醇、颜料、助剂混合均匀,即可得到具有降温效果的印花浆料。
9.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的具有降温效果的印花浆料在织物印花中的应用,其特征在于,将具有降温效果的印花浆料印在织物上,之后在汽蒸箱进行烘干,完成印花。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,烘干温度为80℃~105℃,烘干时间为0.5~3分钟。
