一种印花蚊帐的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于家用纺织品领域,尤其涉及一种印花蚊帐的制备方法。
背景技术
蚊帐是一种避免蚊子叮咬的帐幕,是夏季比不可少的床上用品。蚊帐多为网状材质,使用蚊帐可以避蚊防风,还可以吸附空气中飘落的尘埃。
传统的蚊帐按材质可分为棉纱帐、真丝帐、化纤帐;其中,棉纱帐透气性好、耐用、价格便宜,但是清洗不方便,吸水太多,容易乱丝;真丝帐柔软、体积小、质地轻、携带方便,但容易褶皱、透气性一般,价格偏高;化纤帐有立体感,质地柔软,透气性好,轻巧耐用,方便洗涤,但是易燃。尽管,现有的蚊帐种类较为繁多,但是,目前现有的蚊帐均为纯色系,并不能呈现美观的图案,无法满足人们的需求。
尽管,专利CN201710570372.1中提出一种3D图案印花蚊帐及其制备方法,但是其印染图案是通过转印纸将提前设计好的3D图案转印到基底蚊帐布上,采用的是热转移印花方式,该专利提供的技术方案不适用于平网及圆网印花,其仅能印染简单花型,对于复杂、多彩图案不能使用,且其产量较低,仍不能满足现阶段人们的需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种印花蚊帐的制备方法,克服现有技术中蚊帐均为纯色、种类单一,无法获得复杂、种类多样图案的印花蚊帐的技术缺陷。
为了实现上述目的或者其他目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种印花蚊帐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
缝合:采用缝合线将蚊帐纱线与基底面料进行缝合;
浸轧:将缝合后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行浸轧处理;
烘干;
印花:将烘干的蚊帐和基底布进行印花处理,印花处理结束后,水溶性缝合线水解,蚊帐和基底布分离;
清洗:对蚊帐进行清洗,即得印花蚊帐;
其中水溶性缝合线的水溶解温度为85-90℃。
进一步地,蚊帐材质选自涤纶纱线,涤纶纱线规格为40S或60S,网眼密度25-30洞/平方厘米,网眼密度大易印花但蚊帐手感及透气性差,网眼密度小印花过程中糊料浪费较多且花型完整性差。
基底布材质选自棉质面料。
水溶性缝合线选自40S水溶性氨纶。
进一步地,浸轧处理采用常规的二浸二轧工艺,但是本申请中,第一浸轧槽中采用粘合剂水溶液,第二浸轧槽中采用分散剂水溶液。优选地,浸轧温度为30-40℃,车速60-80m/min。轧余率为70%-80%。
通过浸轧处理,可将缝合的蚊帐和基底布粘合在一起,便于后续的印花处理。
进一步地,所述粘合剂为低粘度淀粉类粘合剂。优选地,粘合剂选自离子型羟丙基淀粉醚,离子型羟丙基淀粉醚作为粘合剂后续洗涤工序中易稀释清除。粘合剂的种类选择使得在后续印花时不会引入新的杂质。
所述粘合剂的粘度为30-40mPa.s,粘度过高不易分离。
优选地,第一浸轧槽中,粘合剂水溶液的质量浓度为20-30g/L。
进一步地,所述分散剂选自非离子型表面活性剂,优选地,所述分散剂选自聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂(吐温),可使织物消除静电,提高其柔软性并赋予织物良好的染色性能。所述分散剂用量为粘合剂用量的1-1.2%。
进一步地,烘干处理是采用拉幅定型机进行烘干,烘干温度为60-65℃,车速80-90M/min。
进一步地,印花处理的工艺包括以下步骤:(1)色浆调制;(2)印花;(3)烘燥;(4)蒸化;(5)水洗固色;(6)还原清洗;(7)水洗;(8)烘干。

优选地,步骤(7)中水洗处理为常温下进行水洗即可。步骤(8)中烘干温度为100-110℃。
本发明中,水溶性缝合线会在印花处理工序中的水洗过程中水解,从而使蚊帐和基底布分离。为了更好的清洗掉分离后蚊帐上的助剂,经印花处理后,对蚊帐进行清洗,采用常温连续式水洗的方式,车速70-90m/min。
由于蚊帐为纱布,存在若干网眼,因此印花处理比较复杂,现有的印花处理多采用涂料印花方式。在本发明中,采用水溶性缝合线将蚊帐和基底布缝合,经过浸轧处理可使蚊帐和基底布较好的粘合在一起,再采用常规的印花工艺进行印花处理,可较好的得到印花蚊帐;而由于本发明中采用的水溶性缝合线在85-90℃下即可水解,因此经过印花处理后的蚊帐和基底布即可分离,再对印花处理后的蚊帐进一步清洗即可。本发明中的制备方法,适用于平网、圆网印花的印花蚊帐。
本发明所提供的印花蚊帐的制备方法,处理方式简单,可印染复杂、多彩的图案,且可以大批量生产,适用于不同的平网及圆网印花的印花蚊帐,满足人们的需求。

本实施例中蚊帐纱线选自40S涤纶纱线,网眼密度25洞/平方厘米,基底面料为棉质面料,缝合线为40S水溶性氨纶,在印花处理工艺中蒸化水洗过程中即可溶解。
印花蚊帐的制备方法为:
缝合:采用40S水溶性氨纶缝合线将蚊帐纱线与基底面料进行缝合;
浸轧:采用二浸二轧工艺,将缝合后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行浸轧处理;其中,第一浸轧槽中为粘合剂羟丙基淀粉醚水溶液,质量浓度为30g/L;第二浸轧槽中为分散剂水溶液,其中分散剂用量为粘合剂用量的1%;浸轧温度为30℃,车速80m/min;轧余率为70%。
烘干:采用拉幅定型机烘干,温度65℃,车速90m/min;
印花:将烘干后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行印花处理;其中,色浆配方为:分散染料1.5%、高温匀染剂0.35%、可溶性淀粉糊料50%、渗透剂JFC 0.3%、分散剂MF 0.13%、水性粘合剂消泡剂0.15%、防染盐S 0.25%,余量为水;将各组分混合搅拌均匀,加入加入醋酸调pH至4-5。并采用上述色浆对织物进行印花,印花结束后100℃下烘燥10-15s;120℃下蒸化10min,然后在加入固色剂(热升华牢度提升剂)的水中进行水洗固色,固色剂用量为2-3%,水洗温度为95℃,水洗时间为14s;水洗结束后,在加入保险粉(2.3g/L)和碳酸钠(1.7g/L)的水中进行还原清洗,清洗温度为80℃,清洗时间为15min;然后常温下水洗,烘干;
清洗:将印花处理中分离后的蚊帐,常温下连续式水洗,车速70-90m/min,即得印花蚊帐。
本实施例所得印花蚊帐,印花效果、美观性均较好,满足人们的要求。不仅可以进行简单图案的印花,还可以进行复杂、多彩图案的印花处理,从而获得不同印花图案的印花蚊帐,可以进行大规模生产。
实施例2

印花:将烘干后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行印花处理;其中,色浆配方为:分散染料1%、高温匀染剂0.3%、可溶性淀粉糊料45%、渗透剂JFC 0.23%、分散剂MF 0.1%、水性粘合剂消泡剂0.1%、防染盐S 0.2%,余量为水;将各组分混合搅拌均匀,加入加入醋酸调pH至4-5。并采用上述色浆对织物进行印花,印花结束后110℃下烘燥15s;130℃下蒸化10min,然后在加入固色剂(热升华牢度提升剂)的水中进行水洗固色,固色剂用量为2-3%,水洗温度为90℃,水洗时间为15s;水洗结束后,在加入保险粉(2.5g/L)和碳酸钠(2g/L)的水中进行还原清洗,清洗温度为85℃,清洗时间为17min;然后常温下水洗,烘干;
清洗:将印花处理中分离后的蚊帐,常温下连续式水洗,车速70-90m/min,即得印花蚊帐。
本实施例所得印花蚊帐,印花效果、美观性均较好,满足人们的要求。不仅可以进行简单图案的印花,还可以进行复杂、多彩图案的印花处理,从而获得不同印花图案的印花蚊帐,可以进行大规模生产。
实施例3
本实施例中蚊帐纱线选自40S涤纶纱线,网眼密度25洞/平方厘米,基底面料为棉质面料,缝合线为40S水溶性氨纶,在印花处理工艺中蒸化水洗过程中即可溶解。
印花蚊帐的制备方法为:
缝合:采用40S水溶性氨纶缝合线将蚊帐纱线与基底面料进行缝合;
浸轧:采用二浸二轧工艺,将缝合后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行浸轧处理;其中,第一浸轧槽中为粘合剂羟丙基淀粉醚水溶液,质量浓度为25g/L;第二浸轧槽中为分散剂水溶液,其中分散剂用量为粘合剂用量的1.1%;浸轧温度为35℃,车速70m/min;轧余率为75%。
烘干:采用拉幅定型机烘干,温度60℃,车速85M/min;
印花:将烘干后的蚊帐纱线和基底面料进行印花处理;其中,色浆配方为:分散染料2%、高温匀染剂0.4%、可溶性淀粉糊料55%、渗透剂JFC 0.2%、分散剂MF 0.2%、水性粘合剂消泡剂0.2%、防染盐S 0.3%,余量为水;将各组分混合搅拌均匀,加入加入醋酸调pH至4。并采用上述色浆对织物进行印花,印花结束后100℃下烘燥10s;120℃下蒸化10min,然后在加入固色剂(热升华牢度提升剂)的水中进行水洗固色,固色剂用量为2-3%,水洗温度为100℃,水洗时间为10s;水洗结束后,在加入保险粉(2g/L)和碳酸钠(1.5g/L)的水中进行还原清洗,清洗温度为85℃,清洗时间为20min;然后常温下水洗,烘干;
清洗:将印花处理中分离后的蚊帐,常温下连续式水洗,车速90m/min,即得印花蚊帐。
对比例1
本对比例中,与实施例1不同的是,在对比例1中,不采用基底布与蚊帐进行缝合,而是直接将蚊帐进行常规的印花处理、清洗,且处理的条件均与实施例1相同。
结果显示,不经缝合线与基底布进行缝合变进行常规的印花处理所得的蚊帐,印花效果较差,图案印花不完整或不清晰,尤其对于复杂、多彩的图案印花效果更差,不够美观;同时不能进行大规模化印花处理。
对比例2
本对比例中,与实施例1不同的是,不采用浸轧处理,而是直接将缝合的蚊帐和基底布进行常规的印花处理、清洗,且处理的条件均与实施例1相同。
最终所得印花蚊帐,由于未经过浸轧处理,印花效果比实施例1-3所得印花蚊帐的差,美观性较实施例1-3所得印花蚊帐差。
对比例3
本对比例中,采用现有技术中所采用的蚊帐热转移印花的方式,获得印花蚊帐。
包括以下步骤:利用喷墨打印机将分散染料喷印到转印纸上,用热辊压机器将转印纸上的图案热压到蚊帐布上。分散染料包括如下重量百分比的组分:1-20%的染料,5-25%的改性剂,55-99%的水,分散染料中添加质量百分数为1-5%的碱剂、0.5-2%的固色剂和0.5-1.5%的吸水剂中的至少一种,热压的压力为1MPa,热压时间为3-4秒,温度为180℃-220℃。
结果显示,对于较为简单的图案,所得印花蚊帐的印花效果及美观性可满足需求。但对于较为复杂、多彩的图案,印花蚊帐的印花效果和美观性均较差。
性能测试
将实施例1至3、对比例2至3所获得的印花蚊帐分别进行不同的性能测试试验。其中所参考的标准如下:
参考标准GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》对印花蚊帐进行耐摩擦色牢度试验;
参考标准GB/T3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》对印花蚊帐进行耐皂洗色牢度试验;
参考标准GB/T3922-1995《纺织品耐汗渍色牢度试验》对印花蚊帐进行耐汗渍色牢度试验;
参考标准GB/T8427-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》对印花蚊帐进行耐人造光色牢度:氙弧试验。
检测结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,采用本发明的印花蚊帐色牢度较好,尤其在耐皂洗及耐光色牢度方面较其他印花工艺牢度高1级。

Claims (7)

1.一种印花蚊帐的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
缝合:采用水溶性缝合线将蚊帐与基底布进行缝合;
浸轧:将缝合后的蚊帐和基底布进行浸轧处理;
烘干;
印花:将烘干的蚊帐和基底布进行印花处理,印花处理结束后,水溶性缝合线水解,蚊帐和基底布分离;
清洗:对蚊帐进行清洗,即得印花蚊帐;
其中水溶性缝合线的水溶解温度为85-90℃;
水溶性缝合线选自40S水溶性氨纶;
浸轧处理采用二浸二轧工艺,其中,第一浸轧槽中采用粘合剂水溶液,第二浸轧槽中采用分散剂水溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,第一浸轧槽中,粘合剂水溶液的浓度为20-30g/L;
第二浸轧槽中,所述分散剂用量为粘合剂用量的1-1.2%;
浸轧温度为30-40℃,车速60-80m/min;
轧余率为70%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,印花处理的工艺包括:(1)色浆调制;(2)印花;(3)烘燥;(4)蒸化;(5)水洗固色;(6)还原清洗;(7)水洗;(8)烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,色浆调制中,以色浆原料的总质量为基准计,色浆原料组分及重量百分比为:分散染料1-2%,匀染剂0.3-0.4%,糊料45-55%,渗透剂0.2-0.3%,分散剂0.1-0.2%,消泡剂0.1-0.2%,防染盐0.2-0.3%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)的烘燥温度为100-110℃,时间为10-15s。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)水洗固色处理时,在水中加入固色剂,水洗温度为90-100℃,水洗时间为10-15s。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)还原清洗处理时,在水中加入保险粉、碳酸钠;清洗温度80-85℃,清洗时间15-20min。
