Claims (17)
- 락톤환 함유 중합체를 50 내지 100 질량%의 함유비율로 함유하는 고분자 재료를 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는,락톤환 함유 중합체를 50 내지 100 질량%의 함유비율로 함유하는 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 락톤환 함유 중합체는 분자쇄 중에 히드록시기와 에스테르기를 가진 중합체를 가열처리함으로써 얻어지는 락톤환 함유 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형품이 광학용 보호 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 성형품이 편광판에 사용되는 보호 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 성형품의 면 방향의 위상차가 20 내지 500 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 성형품의 면 방향의 위상차가 20 내지 500 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 성형품이 위상차 필름으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 성형품이 위상차 필름으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형품이 광학 필름이며, 면 방향의 위상차가 20 내지 500 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성형품이 위상차 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성형품이 시야각 보상 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 락톤환 함유 중합체와 그 밖의 열가소성 수지를 락톤환 함유 중합체: 그 밖의 열가소성 수지의 함유비율이 60 내지 99:1 내지 40 질량%로 되도록 함유하는 고분자 재료를 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는,락톤환 함유 중합체와 그 밖의 열가소성 수지를 60 내지 99:1 내지 40 질량%의 함유비율로 함유하는 성형품으로, 유리전이온도가 120℃ 이상, 면 방향의 두께 100 ㎛ 당 위상차가 20 nm 이하, 전광선 투과율이 85% 이상인 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 락톤환 함유 중합체는 분자쇄 중에 히드록시기와 에스테르기를 가진 중합체를 가열처리함으로써 얻어지는 락톤환 함유 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그 밖의 열가소성 수지가 시안화 비닐계 단량체 단위와 방향족 비닐계 단량체 단위를 가지는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 그 밖의 열가소성 수지가 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌계 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
