Claims (16)
- 내연엔진으로부터의 출력을 출력부에 전달함과 함께, 이 출력부에 제2 전기모터로부터의 출력을 입력하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치에 있어서,제1 전기모터와, 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어를 구비하고,상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어는, 내연엔진으로부터의 출력이 전달되는 제1 회전요소와, 상기 제1 전기모터에 연동하는 제2 회전요소와, 상기 출력부에 연동하는 제3 회전요소를 가지며,상기 제2 전기모터와 상기 출력부의 사이에, 변속장치를 개재시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는, 동력전달(傳動)경로가 다른 복수의 변속단으로 이루어지는 자동변속장치인 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는, 다른 감속비로 이루어지는 복수의 감속회전을 출력하는 자동변속장치인 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는, 1축상으로 배치된 플래니터리 기어유닛을 가지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 플래니터리 기어유닛은, 라비뇨 타입인 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는, 적어도 2개의 마찰맞물림요소를 가지고, 이들 마찰맞물림요소의 작동을 선택함으로써, 상기 플래니터리 기어유닛의 동력전달경로를 절환(switching)하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는, 케이스에 수납되고,상기 마찰맞물림요소는, 상기 플래니터리 기어유닛의 다른 2 요소와 상기 케이스와의 사이에 개재하는 제2 브레이크 및 제1 브레이크이며,이들 브레이크를, 상기 플래니터리 기어유닛의 외경측으로 둘러싸도록 배치하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 케이스는, 상기 제2 전기모터를 수납하는 모터 케이스와, 확장 하우징(extension housing)이고,상기 모터 케이스의 후단면과 상기 확장 하우징의 전단면을 접합한 케이스 공간 내에 상기 변속장치를 수납하며,상기 모터 케이스에 상기 제1 및 제2 브레이크의 어느 일방을, 상기 확장 하우징에 상기 제1 및 제2 브레이크의 어느 타방을 배치하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 지지부에, 상기 제2 또는 제1 브레이크를 작동시키는 엑츄에이터를 배치하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 모터 케이스는, 상기 제2 전기모터의 로터를 지지하는 베어링을 장착한 격벽을 가지고,이 격벽에, 상기 베어링과 축방향으로 중첩(overlap)하여 상기 엑츄에이터를 배치하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.

- 제7항에 있어서,상기 플래니터리 기어유닛은, 롱 피니언 및 숏 피니언을 지지하는 공통 캐리어를 가지고, 상기 롱 피니언은 대경(大徑)기어와 소경(小俓)기어를 가지며, 상기 숏 피니언을 상기 소경기어, 제1 선기어 및 제1 링기어에 치합(齒合)하고, 상기 대경기어를 제2 선기어에 치합하여 이루어지며,상기 제1 선기어를 상기 전기모터의 로터에 연결하고, 상기 공통 캐리어를 상기 출력부에 연결하며, 상기 제1 링기어를 상기 제2 브레이크에 연결하고, 상기 제2 선기어를 상기 제1 브레이크에 연결하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1 브레이크를, 상기 제2 선기어 및 상기 대경기어의 외경측에 배치하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 내연엔진과, 구동차륜과, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 하이브리드 구동장치를 구비하고,상기 출력부로부터의 출력을 상기 구동차륜에 전달하여 이루어지는 자동차.
- 내연엔진과, 구동차륜과, 하이브리드 구동장치를 구비하고,상기 하이브리드 구동장치는, 제1 전기모터와, 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어와, 제2 전기모터와, 변속장치를 가지며, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어에서, 상기 내연엔진의 출력을 상기 제1 전기모터를 제어하여 출력부에 출력하고,또한 이 출력부에, 상기 제2 전기모터의 출력을 상기 변속장치에서 복수단으로 변속하여 입력하며, 또한 이 출력부를 상기 구동차륜에 연동시켜 이루어지는 자동차.
- 제14항에 있어서,차체의 전방 부분에 상기 내연엔진을, 그 크랭크축이 상기 차체의 전후방향으로 향하도록 배치하고,상기 내연엔진의 뒷부분에, 1축상으로 또한 이 내연엔진에서 순차 후방으로 향하여, 상기 제1 전기모터, 상기 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어, 상기 제2 전기모터, 상기 변속장치를 배치하며,상기 출력부에 연동하는 구동차륜이 뒷 차륜인 자동차.
