Description
また、請求項2に記載の発明は、前記請求項1に記載の発明において、前記駆動モータは、前記フロアパネルの車幅方向の中央部に設けられて下方が開放されたトンネル部の内側に配置されると共に前記トンネル部に取り付けられて支持され、前記フロアパネルに接合される前記フロアクロスメンバ内に、該フロアクロスメンバ内を仕切る補強部材が前記フロアクロスメンバ及び前記フロアパネルに接合されて配設され、前記補強部材は、前記トンネル部近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする。
また、請求項3に記載の発明は、前記請求項2に記載の発明において、前記フロアパネルのトンネル部の車幅方向両側に、車体前後方向に延びるトンネルフレームが設けられ、
前記補強部材は、前記トンネルフレームと車幅方向に少なくとも一部が重複して配置されていることを特徴とする。
また、請求項2に記載の発明によれば、駆動モータは、フロアパネルのトンネル部の内側に配置されると共にトンネル部に取り付けられて支持され、フロアクロスメンバ内に、該フロアクロスメンバ内を仕切る補強部材がフロアクロスメンバ及びフロアパネルに接合されて配設され、補強部材は、トンネル部近傍に配置されることにより、前記効果を有効に得ることができる。
また、請求項3に記載の発明によれば、フロアパネルのトンネル部の車幅方向両側に、車体前後方向に延びるトンネルフレームが設けられ、補強部材は、トンネルフレームと車幅方向に少なくとも一部が重複して配置されることにより、前記効果をより有効に得ることができる。

Claims (10)
- 車体前部及び車体後部の一方に配置されたエンジンと、車体前後方向に延びて前記エンジンの出力を車体前部及び車体後部の他方に配置された車輪に伝達するプロペラシャフトと、該プロペラシャフトを駆動可能に設けられると共に車体に支持される駆動モータとを備え、前記プロペラシャフトが前記駆動モータの出力を車体前部及び車体後部の少なくとも一方に配置された車輪に伝達するハイブリッド車であって、
前記プロペラシャフトは、該プロペラシャフトの車体前後方向の中央部が前記駆動モータに支持されることにより前記駆動モータを介して車体に支持され、
車体のフロアパネルに、車幅方向に延びるフロアクロスメンバが接合され、
前記駆動モータが車体のフロアパネルに取り付けられて支持される支持部と前記フロアクロスメンバとは、車体前後方向に少なくとも部分的に重複して配置されている、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車。 - 前記駆動モータは、前記フロアパネルの車幅方向の中央部に設けられて下方が開放されたトンネル部の内側に配置されると共に前記トンネル部に取り付けられて支持され、
前記フロアパネルに接合される前記フロアクロスメンバ内に、該フロアクロスメンバ内を仕切る補強部材が前記フロアクロスメンバ及び前記フロアパネルに接合されて配設され、
前記補強部材は、前記トンネル部近傍に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記フロアパネルのトンネル部の車幅方向両側に、車体前後方向に延びるトンネルフレームが設けられ、
前記補強部材は、前記トンネルフレームと車幅方向に少なくとも一部が重複して配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記駆動モータは、ステータとロータとを有するモータ部と、該モータ部が収納されるケース部と、該ケース部の車体前後方向の両端部に設けられた軸受部とを備え、
前記プロペラシャフトは、前記軸受部に挿通されて前記軸受部に支持されることにより前記駆動モータを介して車体に支持されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記駆動モータは、前記ケース部内に前記モータ部のロータの回転を減速して前記プロペラシャフトに伝達する減速機構部を備え、前記モータ部と前記減速機構部とは、前記プロペラシャフト上に車体前後方向に並んで配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記ハイブリッド車は、前記エンジンが車体前部に配置されて前記エンジンの出力を車体前部に配置された車輪に伝達するフロントエンジン・フロントドライブ車ベースの四輪駆動車であり、
前記プロペラシャフトは、車体前部に配置された車輪の車軸上に配設されて車体後部に配置された車輪に伝達する駆動力を取り出すトランスファと、車体後部に配置されて車体前部に配置された車輪と車体後部に配置された車輪とに配分する駆動力を調整するカップリングとを連結するように設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記ハイブリッド車は、前記エンジンが車体前部に配置されて前記エンジンの出力を車体後部に配置された車輪に伝達するフロントエンジン・リアドライブ車又はフロントエンジン・リアドライブ車ベースの四輪駆動車であり、
前記プロペラシャフトは、前記エンジンに連結されて車体前部に配置された変速機と、車体後部に配置された車輪用の差動装置とを連結するように設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記エンジンが、車体前部に配置され、
前記エンジンより車体後方側に排気処理装置が配設され、
車体後部に配置された車輪の車軸より車体前方側に燃料タンクが配設され、
前記駆動モータは、車体前後方向における前記排気処理装置と前記燃料タンクとの間においてフロアパネルの車幅方向の中央部に設けられて下方が開放されたトンネル部の内側に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 前記エンジンが、車体前部に配置され、
前記エンジンより車体後方側に排気処理装置が配設され、
車体後部に配置された車輪の車軸より車体前方側にバッテリが配設され、
前記駆動モータは、車体前後方向における前記排気処理装置と前記バッテリとの間においてフロアパネルの車幅方向の中央部に設けられて下方が開放されたトンネル部の内側に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車。 - 車体前部及び車体後部の一方に配置されたエンジンと、車体前後方向に延びて前記エンジンの出力を車体前部及び車体後部の他方に配置された車輪に伝達するプロペラシャフトと、該プロペラシャフトにより駆動可能に設けられると共に車体に支持される発電機とを備えた車両であって、
前記プロペラシャフトは、該プロペラシャフトの車体前後方向の中央部が前記発電機に支持されることにより前記発電機を介して車体に支持され、
車体のフロアパネルに、車幅方向に延びるフロアクロスメンバが接合され、
前記発電機が車体のフロアパネルに取り付けられて支持される支持部と前記フロアクロスメンバとは、車体前後方向に少なくとも部分的に重複して配置されている、
ことを特徴とする車両。
