Abstract
本发明的一种形态的混合动力车具备配置于车身前部的发动机(14);将发动机(14)的输出向配置于车身后部的车轮(12R)传递的传动轴(30);以及设置为能驱动传动轴(30)并支持于车身的驱动马达(40);在传动轴(30)将驱动马达(40)的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的至少一方的车轮(12F、12R)传递的混合动力车(10)中,传动轴(30)通过将车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达(40)以此通过驱动马达(40)支持于车身。

技术领域
本发明涉及具备在车身前后方向上延伸的传动轴(propeller shaft)的混合动力车等车辆。
背景技术
近年来,具备发动机和驱动马达作为驱动源、并通过发动机的输出和驱动马达的输出中的至少一方驱动车辆的混合动力车已实用化,已知有在车身前部配置发动机同时在车身后部配置后轮用差动装置、传动轴在车身前后方向上延伸地配设的四轮驱动车或后轮驱动车等的混合动力车。
例如专利文献1公开了在车身前部配置发动机同时在车身后部配设后轮用差动装置、传动轴在车身前后方向上延伸地配设、在传动轴的后部配置有驱动马达的四轮驱动车的混合动力车。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题:
上述专利文献1记载的混合动力车中,传动轴经由旋转自如地支持该传动轴的中央部的轴承部和将该轴承部支持于车身的支持托架而支持于车身,同时配置于传动轴后部的驱动马达支持于车身,因此为了分别将传动轴和驱动马达支持于车身,支持构件、组装工作量等变多,期望简化传动轴的支持结构。
因此,本发明的技术问题在于在具备沿车身前后方向延伸的传动轴的混合动力车等车辆中,简化相对于车身的传动轴的支持结构。
解决问题的手段:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明形成为如下结构。
首先,本申请的第一发明为具备:配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机;在车身前后方向上延伸并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴;以及设置为能驱动该传动轴并且支持于车身的驱动马达、且所述传动轴将所述驱动马达的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的至少一方的车轮传递的混合动力车;通过使该传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部支持于所述驱动马达以此使所述传动轴通过所述驱动马达支持于车身。
又,第二发明是在上述第一发明中,所述驱动马达具备具有定子和转子的马达部、容纳该马达部的壳体部、以及设于该壳体部的车身前后方向的两端部的轴承部,所述传动轴通过插通于所述轴承部而支持于所述轴承部,以此通过所述驱动马达支持于车身。
又,第三发明是在上述第二发明中,所述驱动马达在所述壳体部内具备将所述马达部的转子的旋转减速后传递至所述传动轴的减速机构部,所述马达部和所述减速机构部在所述传动轴上在车身前后方向上并列配设。
又,第四发明是在上述第一至第三发明的任一个中,所述混合动力车为所述发动机配置于车身前部并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部的车轮传递的以前置引擎・前轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,所述传动轴设置为将传动装置和联轴器连结,所述传动装置配设于配置在车身前部的车轮的车轴上并取出向配置在车身后部的车轮传递的驱动力,所述联轴器配置于车身后部并对分配至配置在车身前部的车轮和配置在车身后部的车轮的驱动力进行调节。
又,第五发明是在上述第一至第三发明的任一个中,所述混合动力车为所述发动机配置于车身前部并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身后部的车轮传递的前置引擎・后轮驱动车或者以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,所述传动轴设置为将与所述发动机连结并配置于车身前部的变速器和配置于车身后部的车轮用的差动装置连结。
又,第六发明是在所述第一至第五发明的任一个中,所述发动机配置于车身前部,在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有燃料罐,所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述燃料罐之间配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
又,第七发明是在所述第一至第五发明的任一个中,所述发动机配置于车身前部,在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有电池,所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述电池之间配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
而且,第八发明是具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机、在车身前后方向上延伸并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴、以及设置为能被该传动轴驱动并且支持于车身的发电机的车辆,通过使该传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部支持于所述发电机,以此使所述传动轴通过所述发电机支持于车身。
发明效果:
根据本申请的第一发明,混合动力车具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机、将发动机的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴、以及设置为能驱动传动轴并且支持于车身的驱动马达,传动轴通过将车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达以此通过驱动马达支持于车身。
由此,在具备车身前后方向延伸的传动轴的混合动力车中,能够通过支持于车身的驱动马达使传动轴支持于车身,以此与使传动轴和驱动马达分别支持于车身的情况相比,可简化相对于车身的传动轴的支持结构。又,由于传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部受到支持,因此能够稳定地支持传动轴。
又,根据第二发明,驱动马达具备具有定子和转子的马达部、容纳马达部的壳体部、以及设置于壳体部的车身前后方向两端部的轴承部,传动轴插通于轴承部并通过驱动马达支持于车身,从而能够具体地实现上述效果。
又,根据第三发明,驱动马达在壳体部内具备减速机构部,通过使马达部和减速机构部在传动轴上在车身前后方向上并列配设,从而能够通过减速机构部增大转矩,因此能够谋求驱动马达的小型化,同时通过将马达部和减速机构部并列配设能够抑制驱动马达的径向尺寸,能够改善驱动马达的车载性。
又,根据第四发明,混合动力车是以前置引擎・前轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,通过将传动轴设置为连结配置于车身前部的传动装置和配置于车身后部的联轴器,以此在发动机横置式四轮驱动的混合动力车中,能够有效获得上述效果。
又,根据根据第五发明,混合动力车是前置引擎・后轮驱动车或以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,通过将传动轴设置为连结配置于车身前部的变速器和配置于车身后部的车轮用差动装置,以此在发动机纵置式的二轮驱动或四轮驱动的混合动力车中,能够有效获得上述效果。
又,根据第六发明,通过使驱动马达在车身前后方向上的排气处理装置和燃料罐之间配置于在底板设置的隧道部的内侧,从而在将排气处理装置配设于比配置在车身前部的发动机靠近车身后方侧、并将燃料罐配设于比配置在车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧的混合动力车中,能够利用配置在车身前后方向上的排气处理装置和燃料罐之间的驱动马达稳定地支持传动轴。
又,根据第七发明,通过使驱动马达在车身前后方向上的排气处理装置和电池之间配置于在底板设置的隧道部的内侧,从而在将排气处理装置配设于比设置在车身前部的发动机靠近车身后方侧、并将电池配设于比配置在车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧的混合动力车中,能够利用配置于车身前后方向上的排气处理装置和电池之间的驱动马达稳定地支持传动轴。
而且,根据第八发明,车辆具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机、将发动机的输出向配置在车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴、以及设置为能被传动轴驱动并且支持于车身的发电机,传动轴通过将车身前后方向的中央部支持于发电机从而通过发电机支持于车身。
由此,在具备在车身前后方向上延伸的传动轴的车辆中,能够通过支持于车身的发电机使传动轴支持于车身,因此与使传动轴和发电机分别支持于车身的情况相比,能够简化相对于车身的传动轴的支持结构。又,由于对传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部进行支持,因此能够稳定地支持传动轴。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施形态。
图1是本发明第一实施形态的混合动力车的概略结构图。本发明第一实施形态的混合动力车是发动机配置于车身前部并将发动机的输出向配置于车身前部的车轮传递的以前置引擎・前轮驱动车为基础的发动机横置式四轮驱动车。
如图1所示,本发明第一实施形态的混合动力车的车身10具有:作为驱动源配置于车身前部的发动机14;与发动机14连结并将发动机14的输出向配置于车身前部的车轮(前轮)12F和配置于车身后部的车轮(后轮)12R传递的变速器16;将来自于变速器16的驱动力经由车轴18向左右的前轮12F传递的前轮用的差动装置20;配设于前轮12F的车轴18上并取出向后轮12R传递的驱动力的传动装置(transfer )22;与传动装置22连结并在车身前后方向上延伸的传动轴30;在车身后部与传动轴30连结并对分配至前轮12F和后轮12R的驱动力进行调节的联轴器(coupling)28;以及与联轴器28连结并将来自于传动装置22的驱动力经由车轴24向左右的后轮12R传递的后轮用的差动装置26。另外,变速器16和前轮用差动装置20配备于变速箱(transmission case)17中。
车身10还具备作为驱动源配置于车身前后方向中央部的动马达40,驱动马达40被设为能驱动传动轴30。驱动马达40的输出从传动轴30经由联轴器28及后轮用差动装置26传递至后轮12R,并且从传动轴30经由传动装置22及前轮用差动装置20传递至前轮12F。
本实施形态中,形成为发动机14的输出向前轮12F传递并且也能向后轮12R传递的结构,形成为驱动马达40的输出能向前轮12F及后轮12R中的至少一方传递的结构。发动机14及驱动马达40的动作由未图示的控制单元控制。
联轴器28可使用电磁式等的联轴器,形成为对于发动机14及驱动马达40中的至少一方的输出,调节分配至前轮12F和后轮12R的驱动力的结构。通过联轴器28使前轮12F和后轮12R的驱动力的分配在前轮:后轮=100:0~50:50内可变。另外,联轴器28的动作由控制单元控制。
传动轴30如后述那样与驱动马达40一起配置于在构成车室底面的车身结构构件即底板(floor panel)的车宽方向中央部设置且下方开放的隧道(tunnel)部的内侧,传动轴30的前端部经由第一万向接头35与传动装置22连结,传动轴30的后端部经由第二万向接头36与联轴器28连结。
传动轴30从车身前方侧分割成第一分割轴31、第二分割轴32及第三分割轴33地构成,第一分割轴31和第二分割轴32经由第三万向接头37连结,第二分割轴32和第三分割轴33经由第四万向接头38连结。
作为第一万向接头35、第二万向接头36、第三万向接头37,可使用十字轴形接头,万向接头35、36、37分别形成为能使由万向接头35、36、37连结的两个构件的旋转轴屈曲的结构,并形成为能通过由万向接头35、36、37连结的两个构件进行旋转传递的结构。
另一方面,作为第四万向接头38,可使用滑动式等速球窝接头,万向接头38形成为能够使由万向接头38连结的两个构件的旋转轴屈曲的结构,并且形成为能够通过由万向接头38连结的两个构件进行旋转传递的结构。万向接头38还形成为以下结构:通过使万向接头38的至少一部分与由万向接头38连结的两个构件的一方一起向另一方侧移动而嵌入另一方内部,以此使由万向接头38连结的两个构件整体能在轴方向伸缩。
驱动马达40配置于传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部上,具体而言配置于传动轴30的第二分割轴32的车身前后方向的中央部上。通过使传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部、具体而言第二分割轴32的中央部支持于驱动马达40从而使传动轴30通过驱动马达40支持于车身10。
图2是示意性示出混合动力车的图。如图2所示,车身10还具备从发动机14往车身后方侧延伸的排气管60,排气管60在传动轴30的附近配置于底板2的隧道部4的内侧。
排气管60上,在比发动机14靠近车身后方侧,作为处理发动机14的排气的排气处理装置而从车身前方侧依次配设:收集排气所含的粒子状物质(PM)的GPF(汽油机颗粒捕集器;Gasoline Particulate Filter)62、以及降低将排气释放到大气时的声音的消声器64。
GPF62配置于底板2的隧道部4的内侧并在车身前后方向上配置于传动装置22和驱动马达40之间。消声器64在车身后部配置于后轮用差动装置26的车身后方侧。
车身10还具备储存向发动机14供给的燃料的燃料罐66、和储存向驱动马达40供给的电力的电池68。驱动马达40还形成为可被传动轴30驱动的结构,可在车辆减速时通过传动轴30驱动进行再生发电,将发电产生的电力向电池68供给。
燃料罐66和电池68分别配置于比后轮12R的车轴24靠近车身前方侧,在车身前后方向上配置于驱动马达40和联轴器28之间。燃料罐66和电池68在车身后部在车宽方向上并列配置。
本实施形态中,驱动马达40在车身前后方向上的GPF62和燃料罐66之间配置于设置在底板2的车宽方向中央部的隧道部4的内侧。又,驱动马达40在车身前后方向上的GPF62和电池68之间配置于设置在底板2的车宽方向中央部的隧道部4的内侧。
接着,说明驱动马达40及传动轴30的向车身10的支持结构。
图3是示出混合动力车的驱动马达及其附近的仰视图,图4是沿图3中的Y4-Y4线的、混合动力车的剖视图,图5是沿图3中的Y5-Y5线的混合动力车的剖视图,图6是示出驱动马达的支持结构的图。
如图3所示,驱动马达40及传动轴30配置于底板2的隧道部4内侧。车身10中,传动轴30的第二分割轴32贯通驱动马达40内并支持于驱动马达40,驱动马达40中,驱动马达40的车身前后方向的两端部分别经由支持托架70支持于底板2的隧道部4。
如图4所示,驱动马达40具备由第一壳体构件41、第二壳体构件42、第三壳体构件43及第四壳体构件44分段构成的壳体部45,壳体部45的车身前后方向的两端部设有在车身前方侧及车身后方侧延伸的筒状部46。
在壳体部45的车身前后方向的两端部的内周面分别配设轴承部47,传动轴30的第二分割轴32插通并支持于轴承部47。第二分割轴32分割成车身前方侧的第一轴32a和车身后方侧的第二轴32b地构成,第一轴32a能旋转地支持于设置在壳体部45的车身前方侧的轴承部47,第二轴32b能旋转地支持于设置在壳体部45的车身后方侧的轴承部47。
第二分割轴32具备与第一轴32a的车身前方侧花键嵌合的连结构件32c、和与第二轴32b的车身后方侧花键嵌合的连结构件32d,连结于第一轴32a的连结构件32c与第三万向接头37连结,连结于第二轴32b的连结构件32d与第四万向接头38连结。
驱动马达40还在壳体部45内具备具有固定于壳体部45的定子48和配置于定子48的径向内侧的转子49的马达部50。马达部50的转子49上,以与转子49一体旋转的形式在转子49的径向内侧固定有转子轴51。
定子48由多匝线圈在由磁性体构成的定子芯上卷绕构成。转子49由筒状的磁性体构成,通过在向定子48供给电力时产生的磁力旋转。
转子轴51与传动轴30的第二分割轴32的外侧嵌合,转子轴51的车身前后方向的两端部分别经由轴承部52能旋转地支持于壳体部45,具体而言分别能旋转地支持于第二壳体构件42及第三壳体构件43。
驱动马达40还在壳体部45内具备将马达部50的转子49的旋转进行减速并传递至传动轴30的减速机构部53。减速机构部53配置于马达部50的车身后方侧,减速机构部53和马达部50在车身前后方向上并列地配设于传动轴30上。
减速机构部53具备行星齿轮组(行星齿轮机构)PG(planetary gear),行星齿轮组PG是支持于齿轮架(carrier)的小齿轮与太阳轮及环形齿轮直接啮合的单小齿轮型,作为旋转元件,具有太阳轮53a、环形齿轮53b和齿轮架53c。
太阳轮53a与配置于车身前方侧的转子轴51花键嵌合并与转子轴51一体旋转,环形齿轮53b与壳体部45、具体而言是与第三壳体构件43花键嵌合而固定,齿轮架53c形成为车身后方侧延伸的套管53d与第一轴32a及第二轴32b分别花键嵌合而与第一轴32a及第二轴32b一体旋转。由此,转子49的旋转经由减速机构部53减速后传递至传动轴30。
驱动马达40中,还在壳体部45上设置油存储部54,油存储部54中储存有用于冷却马达部50并对减速机构部53或轴承部47、52等进行润滑的油。储存于油存储部54的油经由油路55供给至配设于减速机构部53的车身后方侧的齿轮式油泵56,从油泵56向驱动马达40的各润滑场所供给。驱动马达40中,在壳体部45的车身前后方向的两端部且在轴承部47的车身前方侧及车身后方侧设置油封57,将油封入壳体部45内。
车身10还具备将驱动马达40支持于车身的支持托架70,分别设于壳体部45的车身前后方向两端部的筒状部46分别通过支持托架70支持于车身的底板2的隧道部4。
图5及图6示出驱动马达40的车身前方侧的支持结构。如图5及图6所示,支持托架70具备与设置于驱动马达40的壳体部45上的筒状部46的外周通过压入而嵌合的圆筒部71、以及从圆筒部71向外方在径向且水平方向上延伸的两个突缘部72,圆筒部71和两个突缘部72形成为一体。支持托架70的突缘部72上分别形成有贯通突缘部72的开口部72a,开口部72a上固定安装有安装构件80。
安装构件80包括筒状的外筒构件81、筒状的内筒构件82、设置于外筒构件81和内筒构件82之间并与外筒构件81及内筒构件82结合的筒状的弹性构件83。
内筒构件82可使用金属材料形成,内筒构件82的轴方向两端部与在径向上向外方延伸的环状的上侧板构件84及下侧板构件85结合。下侧板构件85的上侧板构件84侧还固定安装有由橡胶等弹性材料构成的环状的弹性体86。
外筒构件81可使用金属材料形成,配置于上侧板构件84和下侧板构件85之间,插入于支持托架70的突缘部72的开口部72a并通过焊接等与突缘部72结合。外筒构件81还在与内筒构件82结合的上侧板构件84侧的端部具备向径向外方延伸的突缘部81a,在突缘部81a的上侧板构件84侧,固定安装有由橡胶等弹性材料构成的环状的弹性体87。
弹性构件83可使用橡胶等弹性材料形成,配置于上侧板构件84和下侧板构件85之间,外周侧与外筒构件81结合,内周侧与内筒构件82结合。安装构件80还经由安装架90将内筒构件82固定并安装于底板2的隧道部4。
如图6所示,安装架90具备:在大致水平方向上延伸并形成为大致矩形状的底面部91;从底面部91的车身前方侧在大致垂直方向上向上方延伸的前侧纵面部92;从底面部91的车身后方侧在大致垂直方向上延伸的后侧纵面部93;以及从底面部91的车宽方向内方侧在大致垂直方向上延伸的内侧纵面部94,如图5所示,底面部91中,在大致中央处形成螺栓插通孔91a,并与螺栓插通孔91a对应地在底面部91的上侧焊接有螺母N。
安装架90还具备:从底面部91的车宽方向外方侧沿着底板2的隧道部4向下方延伸的突缘部95;从前侧纵面部92的车宽方向外方侧沿着底板2的隧道部4向车身前方侧延伸的突缘部96;从后侧纵面部93的车宽方向外方侧沿着底板2的隧道部4向车身后方侧延伸的突缘部97;以及从内侧纵面部94的上方侧沿着底板2的隧道部4向上方侧延伸的突缘部98。
如图6所示,固定于支持托架70的突缘部72的安装构件80通过使上侧板构件84与安装架90的底面部91重叠,然后将紧固螺栓B从下侧板构件85的下方侧通过内筒构件82及螺栓插通孔91a而与螺母N螺纹固定,以此安装于安装架90的底面部91。
在安装构件80已安装于底面部91的安装架90中,安装架90的突缘部95、96、97、98分别通过焊接等与底板2的隧道部4接合从而安装于车身10。
使固定于支持托架70两侧的突缘部72上的安装构件80分别经由安装架90安装于车身10,从而使驱动马达40的车身前方侧支持于车身10。
驱动马达40的车身后方侧也与驱动马达40的车身前方侧同样地,设于壳体部45的车身后方侧端部的筒状部46支持于支持托架70,固定于支持托架70两侧的突缘部72上的安装构件80分别经由安装架90安装于车身10,从而将驱动马达40的车身后方侧支持于车身10。
如此,传动轴30、具体而言第二分割轴32的车身前后方向的中央部能旋转地支持于驱动马达40的壳体部45,驱动马达40支持于车身10。传动轴30通过使该传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达40以此经由驱动马达40支持于车身10。
而且车身10中,如图3及图5所示,形成为剖面帽子(hat)状的地板横梁6以在车宽方向延伸的形式与底板2的隧道部4的车宽方向两侧接合。地板横梁6内配设有具备对地板横梁6内进行分隔的分隔面部7a的增强构件7,增强构件7形成为分别设于分隔面部7a的上边部及下边部的突缘部7b、7c分别与地板横梁6及底板2接合而强化底板2。
又,如图5所示,在底板2的隧道部4的车宽方向两侧,形成为剖面帽子状的通道框架8以在车身前后方向上延伸的形式与底板2的下表面接合从而强化底板2。
本实施形态中,传动轴30分割成三根分割轴31、32、33地构成,但亦可使传动轴30由一根轴构成。在该情况下,亦可使驱动马达40配置于传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部上,传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达40而通过驱动马达40支持于车身10。
本实施形态中,对于具备配置于车身前部的发动机14、将发动机14的输出传递至后轮12R的传动轴30、和设置为能驱动传动轴30并支持于车身10的驱动马达40的混合动力车10,使传动轴30支持于驱动马达40从而通过驱动马达40支持于车身10,但也可以对于具备配置于车身后部的发动机、将发动机的输出传递至前轮的传动轴、和设置为能驱动传动轴并支持于车身的驱动马达的混合动力车,同样地使传动轴支持于驱动马达从而通过驱动马达支持于车身。
如此,本实施形态的混合动力车10具备:配置于车身前部及车身后部的一方的发动机14;将发动机14的输出传递至配置在车身前部及车身后部的另一方的车轮12R的传动轴30;以及设置为能驱动传动轴30并且支持于车身10的驱动马达40,传动轴30通过支持于车身前后方向的中央部的驱动马达40,以此通过驱动马达40支持于车身10。
由此,在具备在车身前后方向延伸的传动轴30的混合动力车10中,能够通过支持于车身10的驱动马达40而使传动轴30支持于车身10,因此与将传动轴和驱动马达分别支持于车身的情况相比,能够简化相对于车身10的传动轴30的支持结构。又,由于传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部受到支持,因此能够使稳定地支持传动轴30。
又,驱动马达40在壳体部45内具备减速机构部53,马达部50和减速机构部53在传动轴30上在车身前后方向上并列配设,从而可通过减速机构部53增大转矩,因此可谋求驱动马达40的小型化,并且可通过将马达部50和减速机构部53并列配设来抑制驱动马达40的径向尺寸,能够提高驱动马达40的车载性。
又,通过使驱动马达40在车身前后方向上的排气处理装置62和燃料罐66之间配置于在底板2上设置的隧道部4的内侧,从而在排气处理装置62配设于比在车身前部配置的发动机14靠近车身后方侧、并且燃料罐66配设于比在车身后部配置的车轮12R的车轴24靠近车身前方侧的混合动力车10中,能够利用配置于车身前后方向上的排气处理装置62和燃料罐66之间的驱动马达40稳定地支持传动轴30。
又,通过使驱动马达40在车身前后方向上的排气处理装置62和电池68之间配置于在底板2上设置的隧道部4的内侧,从而在排气处理装置62配设于比在车身前部配置的发动机14靠近车身后方侧并且电池68配设于比在车身后部配置的车轮12R的车轴24靠近车身前方侧的混合动力车10中,能够利用配置于车身前后方向上的排气处理装置62和电池68之间的驱动马达40稳定地支持传动轴30。
本实施形态中,在具备在车身前后方向延伸的传动轴30的混合动力车10中,通过使传动轴30的中央部支持于驱动马达40以此使传动轴30通过驱动马达40支持于车身10,但亦可代替驱动马达40,在具备发电机的车辆中,通过使传动轴支持于发电机从而通过发电机支持于车身。
如此,在具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机14、将发动机14的输出传递至配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮12R的传动轴30、以及设置为可通过传动轴30驱动并且支持于车身10的发电机的车辆中,可通过将该传动轴30的车身前后方向的中央部支持于发电机以此通过发电机将传动轴30支持于车身10。
该情况下,在具备在车身前后方向上延伸的传动轴的车辆中,能够经由支持于车身的发电机使传动轴支持于车身,因此与使传动轴和发电机分别支持于车身的情况相比,能够简化相对于车身的传动轴的支持结构。又,由于传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部受到支持,以此能够稳定的支持传动轴。
第一实施形态的混合动力车10是以前置引擎・前轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,但也可以在以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的的四轮驱动车中,同样地通过驱动马达使传动轴支持于车身。
图7是本发明第二实施形态的混合动力车的概略结构图。本发明第二实施形态的混合动力车是将发动机配置于车身前部并将发动机的输出传递至配置于车身后部的车轮的以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的发动机纵置式的四轮驱动车,对于与第一实施形态的混合动力车相同的结构,标记相同符号并省略说明。
如图7所示,本发明第二实施形态的混合动力车的车身10´具有:作为驱动源配置于车身前部的发动机14;与发动机14连结并将发动机14的输出传递至前轮12F和后轮12R的变速器16;将来自于变速器16的驱动力经由车轴24传递至左右的后轮12R的后轮用差动装置26;以及连结变速器16和后轮用差动装置26并在车身前后方向上延伸的后传动轴30´。
车身10´还具有:与变速器16连结并取出向前轮12F传递的驱动力的传动装置22´;配备于传动装置22´并对分配至前轮12F和后轮12R的驱动力进行调节的联轴器28´;与传动装置22´连结并在车身前方延伸的前传动轴30´´;与前传动轴30´´连结并将来自于传动装置22´的驱动力经由车轴18传递至左右的前轮12F的前轮用差动装置20。
后传动轴30´的前端部经由第一万向接头35´与传动装置22´连结,后传动轴30´的后端部经由第二万向接头36´与后轮用差动装置26连结。又,前传动轴30´´的前端部经由第三万向接头37´与前轮用差动装置20连结,前传动轴30´´的后端部经由第四万向接头38´与传动装置22´连结。
车身10´还具备作为驱动源配置于车身前后方向的中央部的驱动马达40,驱动马达40设置为能驱动后传动轴30´。驱动马达40的输出从后传动轴30´经由后轮用差动装置26向后轮12R传递,并且从后传动轴30´经由传动装置22´、前传动轴30´´、前轮用差动装置20向前轮12F传递。
车身10´也与车身10同样地,驱动马达40配置于传动轴30´的车身前后方向的中央部上,具体而言配置于后传动轴30´的车身前后方向的中央部上。通过使传动轴30´的车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达40,以此使传动轴30´通过驱动马达40支持于车身10´。
本实施形态中,对于具备配置于车身前部的发动机14、将发动机14的输出传递至后轮12R的传动轴30´、和设置为能驱动传动轴30´并支持于车身10´的驱动马达40的混合动力车10´,使传动轴30´支持于驱动马达40从而通过驱动马达40支持于车身10,但亦可对于具备配置于车身后部的发动机、将发动机的输出传递至前轮的传动轴、和设置为能驱动传动轴并且支持于车身的驱动马达的混合动力车,同样地使传动轴支持于驱动马达从而通过驱动马达支持于车身。
又,第二实施形态的混合动力车10´是以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,但亦可对于发动机配置于车身前部并将发动机的输出向配置于车身后部的车轮传递的前置引擎・后轮驱动的二轮驱动车,同样地使传动轴支持于驱动马达从而通过驱动马达支持于车身。
如此,本实施形态的混合动力车10´也具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机14、将发动机14的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮12R传递的传动轴30´、和设置为能驱动传动轴30´并且支持于车身10的驱动马达40,传动轴30´通过使车身前后方向的中央部支持于驱动马达40以此通过驱动马达40支持于车身10´。
由此,在具备在车身前后方向延伸的传动轴30´的混合动力车10´中,能够通过支持于车身10´驱动马达40使传动轴30´支持于车身10´,与使传动轴和驱动马达分别支持于车身的情况相比,能够简化相对于车身10´的传动轴30´的支持结构。又,由于传动轴30´的车身前后方向的中央部受到支持,因此能够稳定地支持传动轴30´。
本实施形态中,在具备在车身前后方向上延伸的传动轴30´的混合动力车10´中,通过使传动轴30´的中央部支持于驱动马达40以此使传动轴30´通过驱动马达40支持于车身10´,但亦可取代驱动马达40,在具备发电机的车辆中,通过使传动轴支持于发电机以此通过发电机支持于车身。
在上述实施形态中,传动轴中,传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部受到支持,但亦可对从传动轴的车身前后方向中央部向车身前侧或车身后侧偏移的部分进行支持,可以在能够稳定地支持传动轴的范围内,对包含从传动轴的车身前后方向中央部向车身前侧或车身后侧偏移的部分的、传动轴的车身前后方向的大致中央部进行支持。
本发明并非限定于所例示的实施形态,可以在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,进行各种改良及设计上的变更。
工业应用性:
如以上,根据本发明,在具备传动轴的混合动力车等车辆中,能够简化相对于车身的传动轴的支持结构,因此可良好利用于该种车辆的制造产业领域。

Claims (13)
1.一种混合动力车,其特征在于,
是具备:配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机;在车身前后方向上延伸并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴;以及设置为能驱动该传动轴并且支持于车身的驱动马达、且所述传动轴将所述驱动马达的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的至少一方的车轮传递的混合动力车;
通过使该传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部支持于所述驱动马达,以此使所述传动轴通过所述驱动马达支持于车身;
在车宽方向延伸的地板横梁与所述车身的底板接合;
使所述驱动马达安装并支持于车身的底板的支持部和所述地板横梁在车身前后方向上以至少一部分交错的形式配置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述驱动马达具备:具有定子和转子的马达部;容纳该马达部的壳体部;以及设于该壳体部的车身前后方向的两端部的轴承部,
所述传动轴通过插通于所述轴承部而支持于所述轴承部,以此通过所述驱动马达支持于车身。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述驱动马达在所述壳体部内具备将所述马达部的转子的旋转减速后传递至所述传动轴的减速机构部,所述马达部和所述减速机构部在所述传动轴上在车身前后方向上并列配设。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述混合动力车为所述发动机配置于车身前部并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部的车轮传递的以前置引擎・前轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,
所述传动轴设置为将传动装置和联轴器连结,所述传动装置配设于配置在车身前部的车轮的车轴上并取出向配置在车身后部的车轮传递的驱动力,所述联轴器配置于车身后部并对分配至配置在车身前部的车轮和配置在车身后部的车轮的驱动力进行调节。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述混合动力车为所述发动机配置于车身前部并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身后部的车轮传递的前置引擎・后轮驱动车或者以前置引擎・后轮驱动车为基础的四轮驱动车,所述传动轴设置为将与所述发动机连结并配置于车身前部的变速器和配置于车身后部的车轮用的差动装置连结。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有燃料罐,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述燃料罐之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
7.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有燃料罐,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述燃料罐之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
8.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有燃料罐,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述燃料罐之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
9.根据权利要求1至3、7、8中任一项所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有电池,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述电池之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
10.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有电池,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述电池之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
11.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有电池,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述电池之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
12.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
所述发动机配置于车身前部,
在比所述发动机靠近车身后方侧配设有排气处理装置,
在比配置于车身后部的车轮的车轴靠近车身前方侧配设有电池,
所述驱动马达在车身前后方向上的所述排气处理装置和所述电池之间,配置于设置在底板的车宽方向中央部且下方开放的隧道部的内侧。
13.一种车辆,其特征在于,
是具备配置于车身前部及车身后部中的一方的发动机、在车身前后方向上延伸并将所述发动机的输出向配置于车身前部及车身后部中的另一方的车轮传递的传动轴、以及设置为能被该传动轴驱动并且支持于车身的发电机的车辆,
通过使该传动轴的车身前后方向的中央部支持于所述发电机,以此使所述传动轴通过所述发电机支持于车身;
在车宽方向延伸的地板横梁与所述车身的底板接合;
使所述发电机安装并支持于车身的底板的支持部和所述地板横梁在车身前后方向上以至少一部分交错的形式配置。
