前記軸受は、円筒状に形成されて内周面に前記第1の摺動面が形成されたラジアル軸受からなり、
前記吐出側油室の少なくとも一部が形成されると共に接合面が形成され、該接合面によりポンプボディと前記駆動シャフトの軸方向に接合されるポンプカバーと、前記ラジアル軸受と、が一体に構成されたケース部材を備え、
前記ポンプカバーに形成された吐出側油室は、該ポンプカバーの接合面から前記軸方向へ前記ラジアル軸受の外周側に向けて形成され、
前記ポンプカバーに形成された吐出側油室の前記軸方向に沿っての端部でかつ該吐出側油室の内周側に開口する入口側開口部を有するように前記ケース部材に直線状に穿設され、前記吐出側油室と前記第1の摺動面とを連通させる潤滑油孔を設けた、

本発明に係るオイルポンプの潤滑構造は、例えば自動車に搭載されるハイブリッド駆動装置に適用することができる。
図2,図5を参照して、本実施の形態に係るオイルポンプの潤滑構造を示す。このうち図2は、前述のように、オイルポンプ30近傍の縦断面図を示すものである。また、図5は、図2中のC−C線矢視図、すなわち分割ケース(トランスミッションハウジング)15Aを後方から見た図である。ただし、同図においては、分割ケース15A以外の部材等は省略してある。なお、図2中の分割ケース15Aは、図5の分割ケース15AのD−D線矢視図に相当するものである。

Claims (3)
- 入力軸に対して平行に配置された駆動シャフトと、前記駆動シャフトの外周面を回転自在に支持する第1の摺動面を有する軸受と、前記駆動シャフトにより駆動回転されて吸入側油室の潤滑油を昇圧して吐出側油室に送るロータとを備え、前記入力軸の回転が増速されて前記駆動シャフトに伝達されるオイルポンプにおける潤滑構造において、
前記軸受は、円筒状に形成されて内周面に前記第1の摺動面が形成されたラジアル軸受からなり、
前記吐出側油室の少なくとも一部が形成されると共に接合面が形成され、該接合面によりポンプボディと前記駆動シャフトの軸方向に接合されるポンプカバーと、前記ラジアル軸受と、が一体に構成されたケース部材を備え、
前記ポンプカバーに形成された吐出側油室は、該ポンプカバーの接合面から前記軸方向へ前記ラジアル軸受の外周側に向けて形成され、
前記ポンプカバーに形成された吐出側油室の前記軸方向に沿っての端部でかつ該吐出側油室の内周側に開口する入口側開口部を有するように前記ケース部材に直線状に穿設され、前記吐出側油室と前記第1の摺動面とを連通させる潤滑油孔を設けた、
ことを特徴とするオイルポンプの潤滑構造。 - 前記潤滑油孔は、前記第1の摺動面のうちの、前記駆動シャフトの軸方向に沿ってのほぼ中央に開口する出口側開口部を有する、
