Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 縁部の周囲が断熱内部真空によって密封された2枚の板ガラスと、これら 板ガラス間に配置された支持ピラー列とを有する真空複層ガラスであって、前記 ピラーは、少なくとも一方の端部が軟質材料からなる層を備えた、高い圧縮強度 を有する材料から形成されるコアからなる。 2. 請求項1の複層ガラスであって、前記支持ピラーは、高さが0.1〜0. 2mm、直径が0.2〜0.3mmである。 3. 請求項1又は2の複層ガラスであって、前記ピラーの片方または両方の端 部上の軟質材の層は、厚みが30μm(0.03mm)以下である。 4. 前記請求項のいずれかの複層ガラスであって、前記軟質材は、ニッケル、 鉄、クローム、銅、銀、金、アルミニウム、及びこれらの合金のような金属、又 は、炭素の軟質膜である。 5. 縁部の周囲を、断熱真空によって密封された2枚の板ガラスと、これら板 ガラス間に設けられた支持ピラー列とを有する真空複層ガラスであって、前記列 は、比較的圧縮強度の高いピラー間において、前記複層ガラスの表面上に配置さ れた少数の融着ソルダーガラス ピラーを有している。 6. 請求項5の真空複層ガラスであって、前記ソルダーガラスピラーは、直径 が0.2〜2mmである。 7. 請求項5又は6の真空複層ガラスであって、前記複数のピラーの内の10 %以下が、ソルダーガラスから形成されている。 8. 真空複層ガラス用の支持ピラーであって、これらピラーが板ガラス上に載 置されたときに、確実に前記平担面の一方の上に落下し、その後、この面上に配 置されるように、安定した均衡状態を提供するように形成された2つの平担な平 行端部と、不安定な均衡状態を提供するように形成された側部とを有する。 9. 請求項8の支持ピラーであって、前記両側部は、外側に向けてカスプ状、 もしくは、外側に向けてテーパ状に湾曲形成されている。 10.請求項9の支持ピラーであって、前記カスプ又はテーパ形状は、前記ピラ ーの両側に対して互いに対称である。 11.請求項8〜10のいずれかの支持ピラーであって、前記ピラーは、断面が 円形である。 12.縁部の周囲を、断熱真空によって密封された2枚の板ガラスと、これら板 ガラス間に設けられた支持ピ ラー列とを有する真空複層ガラスであって、前記各支持ピラーは、これらピラー が板ガラス上に載置されたときに、確実に前記平担面の一方の上に落下し、その 後、この面上に配置されるように、安定した均衡状態を提供するように形成され た2つの平担な平行端部と、不安定な均衡状態を提供するように形成された側部 とを有する。 13.縁部の周囲を、断熱内部真空によって密封された2枚の板ガラスと、これ ら板ガラス間に設けられた支持ピラー列とを有する真空複層ガラスであって、前 記板ガラスの少なくとも一方は、前記真空複層ガラスの製造後においてラミネー ト加工される。 14.真空複層ガラスの製造方法であって、以下の工程を有する、 ソルダーガラス縁部シールが形成されている間、板ガラスを高い温度に保持 する工程、そして 前記両板ガラスの少なくとも一方に、更に別の板ガラスをラミネートする工 程。 15.請求項14の方法であって、前記工程は、 前記複層ガラスの片方の表面上にプラスチック材の層を載置し、その後、前 記追加の板ガラスをこの材料の上に載置する工程と、 前記全アセンブリを互いに押し付ける工程と、 その後、前記アセンブリを、前記プラスチック材が軟化して両板ガラスに結 合する温度にまで加熱する工程、 とからなる。 16.請求項15の方法であって、前記ラミネート加工工程は、前記真空複層ガ ラスの両側に対して行われる。
