技术领域  属于真空平板玻璃领域,特别是由玻璃和塑料之间粘接复合板组成的真空玻璃。
背景技术  现在的真空平板玻璃,由于是玻璃和玻璃之间通过支撑并抽真空,存在当玻璃的面积和厚度加大的同时变形破碎的机率也越大,并且重量也很大,缩小了适用范围。
发明内容  为了解决玻璃和玻璃之间通过支撑并抽真空,存在当玻璃的面积和厚度加大的同时容易变形破碎,重量大的问题。
本专利的技术要点是:复合材料真空平板玻璃,由两张透明板材四周通过封接材料密封,两张透明板材之间通过支撑柱或支撑条支撑,并抽为真空,腔内含消气剂。
透明板材的材料为塑料、玻璃或它们之间粘接的复合材料。
封接材料为玻璃材料或金属材料。
本专利的有意效果是:减轻了真空玻璃的重量,更加适合拉动式窗玻璃和大面积玻璃幕墙和冰箱的应用。

具体实施方式在图1中,复合材料真空平板玻璃,由两张玻璃板(1)四周通过封接材料(2)密封,玻璃板内通过透明环氧树脂胶粘接的两张塑料板(3)之间通过支撑物(4)支撑,并抽为真空,腔内含消气剂。
这样做的作用就是可以根据客户要求,降低玻璃的厚度和提高塑料的厚度,制作成为重量轻,保温性好和破碎后不脱落的幕墙玻璃。

1.复合材料真空平板玻璃,由两张透明板材四周通过封接材料密封,两张透明板材之间通过支撑柱或支撑条支撑,并抽为真空,腔内含消气剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板玻璃,其特征是:透明板材的材料为塑料、玻璃或它们之间粘接的复合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空平板玻璃,其特征是:封接材料为玻璃材料或金属材料。
