Abstract
진공 글레이징 및 그 제조방법이 설명되어 있다 ; 이 글레이징은 진공 글레이징이 에지(4) 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 내부진공부를 가진 2매의 유리판(2, 3) 및 이 유리판(2, 3) 사이에 위치된 지지필러(5)의 배열로 구성되며, 여기에서 이 필러(5)는 고압축강도의 재료로 제조되고, 연질재료(14)의 층으로 덮인 적어도 하나의 끝부를 가진 코어(13)로 구성되는 점에서 개량된 전단응력저항을 제공한다. 대안적으로 진공 글레이징은 에지(4) 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 진공부를 가진 2매의 유리판(2, 3), 및 이 유리판(2, 3) 사이에 위치된 지지필러(5)의 배열로 구성되며, 여기에서 이 배열은 고압축강도의 필러 사이에서 글레이징의 표면에 걸치어 위치된 소량의 용용솔더 유리필러를 포함한다. 유리하게도 지지필러(5)는 안정된 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 2개의 편평한 평행끝부(15, 16), 및 필러가 유리판상에 위치되었을 때 편평한 면(15, 16) 중의 하나의 면상으로 하강하여 그후 이 면상에 놓이는 것을 보장하기 위해 불안정한 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 측면부(17)로 구성된다.

Claims (16)
- 에지 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 내부 진공부위를 가진 2매의 유리판, 및 이 유리판 사이에 위치된 지지필러의 배열로 구성되는 진공 글레이징에 있어서, 필러는 고압축강도의 재료로 제작되었으며 연질 재료의 층으로 덮인 적어도 한쪽끝을 가진 코어로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지필러는 높이가 0.1 내지 0.2㎜이며 직경이 0.2 내지 0.3㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필러의 한쪽끝 또는 양쪽끝 상의 연질재료의 층은 두께가 30㎛(0.03㎜)까지도 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연질재료는 니켈, 철, 크롬, 동, 은, 금, 알루미늄, 및 이들 재료의 합금, 또는 탄소의 연질필름과 같은 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 에지 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 진공부를 가진 2매의 유리판, 및 이 유리판 사이에 위치된 지지필러의 배열로 구성되는 진공 글레이징에 있어서, 이 배열은 고압축강도의 필러 사이에서 글레이징 표면에 걸치어 위치된 소수량의 용융솔더 유리필러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제5항에 있어서, 솔더유리필러는 직경이 0.2 내지 2㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 10%의 필러까지는 솔더유리로 제작되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 안정된 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 2개의 편평한 평행 끝부, 및 필러가 유리판상에 위치되었을 편평한 면중의 한 면상으로 하강하여그후 이 면상에 놓이는 것을 보장하기 위해 불안정한 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 측면부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제8항에 있어서, 측면부는 첨단의 형상으로 외부로 만곡되어 있거나 또는 외부로 테이퍼져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제9항에 있어서, 첨당형상 또는 테이퍼 형상은 필러의 양쪽 측면에 대칭으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 제8항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 필러는 단면이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징용 지지 필러.
- 에지 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 진공부를 가진 2매의 유리판, 및 이 유리판 사이에 위치된 지지필러의 배열로 구성되는 진공 글레이징에 있어서, 지지필러의 각각은 안정된 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 2개의 편평한 평행끝부, 및 필러가 유리판상에 위치되었을 때 편평한 면중의 하나의 면상으로 하강하여 그후 이 면상에 놓이는 것을 보장하기 위해 불안정한 평형을 구비하도록 형상이 이루어진 측면부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 에지 주위를 허메틱 실로 밀봉하고 단열상태의 내부 진공부를 가진 2매의 유리판, 및 이 유리판 사이에 위치된 지지필러의 배열로 구성되는 진공 글레이징에 있어서, 유리판중의 하나는 진공 플레이징에 제조된 후에 적층으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징.
- 솔더유리에이지실이 형성되는 동안 유리판을 고온으로 유지하는 단계 ; 및 적어도 1매의 유리판을 그 이상의 유리판과 함께 계속해서 적층시키는 단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료의 층을 하나의 글레이징 표면상에 위치시키며, 그 다음에 그 이상의 유리판을 이 재료위에 위치시키는 순서 ; 전체 조립체가 함께 가압되는 순서 ; 및 플라스틱 재료가 연화(軟化)되어 양쪽 판에 접착되는 온도까지 조립체를 가열시키는 순서;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 적층형성 공정은 진공 글레이징의 양쪽 측면상에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 글레이징 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
