Claims (20)
- 1.低圧空間を封入し、かつ溶合されたソルターガラスの周縁接合部分と柱の配 列により互いに結合された2枚の互いに離れたガラス板からなり,しかもこれら の柱の少なくともいくつかは完全に金属製であることを特徴とする熱絶縁ガラス パネル。
- 2.4mm厚さのガラス仮については、柱の直径は0.1mmから0.2mmの 範囲にあり、また柱間隔は15mmから30mmの範囲にあるこヒを特徴とする 請求項1記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 3.パネルの製造中に,金属柱のある程度の非弾性的変形が生じることを特徴と する請求項1または2記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 4.金属はニッケル、鉄、モリブデン、タングステン、タンタル、チタン、アル ミニウム、鋼、またはこれらの金属を含むステンレス合金であることを特徴とす る前記請求項のいずれかに記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 5.低圧空間を封入し、かつ溶合されたソルダーガラスの周縁接合部分と柱の配 列により互いに結合された2枚の互いに離れたガラス板からなり、しかもこれら の柱の配列は柱を含むソルダーガラスと柱を含む非ソルダーガラスの組み合わせ から構成されることを特徴とする熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 6.柱を含む非ソルダーガラスはガラス、セラミックまたは金属材料を含むこと を特徴とする請求項5記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 7.低圧空間を封入し、かつ溶合されたソルダーガラスの周縁接合部分と柱を含 むソルダーガラスの配列により互いに結合された2枚の互いに離れたガラス板か らなり、しかもソルダーガラスの周縁接台部分が溶合される前に支持片がガラス 板間に配置されることを特徴とする熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 8.支持片はソルダーガラスが溶合される時にはガラス板の間隔を維持するが、 その後に低圧空間が創出される時には破断することを特徴ヒする請求項7記載の 熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 9.支持片はガラス、セラミックまたは金属材料から作られることを特徴とする 請求項8記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 10.溶合されたソルダーガラスの周縁接合部分と柱の配列により互いに結合さ れた低圧空間を封入した2枚の互いに離れたガラス板からなる熱絶縁ガラスパネ ルを製造する方法において、(a)帯状ソルダーガラスをガラス板の周縁に付着 させる;(b)柱の配列をガラス板の一方に付着させる;(c)支持片をガラス 版の間に取り付ける;(d)ガラス板を合わせる、つまりガラス板が支持片と接 触するまでガラス板を近付ける;(e)パネルを加熱してソルダーガラスを溶解 させる;およひ(f)ガラス板の間に低圧空間を創出する各工程からなることを 特徴とする熱絶縁ガラスパネルを製造する方法。
- 11.支持片はソルグーガラスが溶合される時には2枚のガラス板の間隔を維持 するが、低圧空間が創出される時には破断することを特徴とする請求項10記載 の熱絶縁ガラスパネルを製造する方法。
- 12.支持片はガラス、セラミックまたは金属材料から作られることを特徴とす る請求項10記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネルを製造する方法。
- 13.柱の密度はパネルのある区域においては他の区域のものよりも大きいこと を特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいすれかに記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 14.柱はパネルのある区域においては他の区域のものよりもコンプライアンス が低いことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネ ル。
- 15.パネルはソルダーガラスが溶合される前にプレストレスを与えられること を特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 16.少なくとも一方のガラス板の縁区域が厚くされることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし9のいずれかに記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 17.厚みを増すために、板がガラス板の少なくとも一方の縁区域の片側または 両側に接着剤により固定されることを特徴とする請求項16記載の熱絶縁ガラス パネル。
- 18.低圧空間を封入し、かつ溶合されたソルダーガラスの周縁接合部分と柱の 配列により互いに結合された互いに離れた2枚のガラス板と、前記低圧空間の創 出中にパネルの内部と外部との間の連通をもたらす排気チューブとからなる熱絶 縁ガラスパネルであって、前記排気チューブは一方のガラス板の外面の凹所の底 から該ガラス板の内面まで延びる穴を通って延び、またこのチユーブは排気チュ ーブの外面と該ガラス板の内面との間に作られたソルターガラス接合部分により 該ガラス板に接合されることを特徴ヒする熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 19.凹所は前記穴と合致した他方のガラス板の内面に設けられることを特徴と する請求項18記載の熱絶縁ガラスパネル。
- 20.2枚のガラス板の間には、部分的に前記穴の同囲に延びる溶合されたソル ダーガラス接合部分が設げられることを特徴とする請求項18記載の熱絶縁ガラ スパネル。
