Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.絶縁窓ガラスを構成することができる2枚のガラスの間に真空を形成する 方法であって、2枚のガラスの一方がその厚さを貫通する孔を有し、2枚のガラ スの間にスペーサが置かれた後に2枚のガラスの周縁にシール接合部を形成し、 真空を形成し前記孔を閉鎖する、2枚のガラスの間に真空を形成する方法におい て、スペーサが1枚のガラスの上にこのガラスの少なくとも結合領域を被覆する 無機組成物との結合によって固定され、2枚目のガラスがスペーサと周縁のシー ル接合部との上に置かれ、周縁のシールと、無機組成物との結合とが、温度の上 昇により同時に行われることを特徴とする、2枚のガラスの間に真空を形成する 方法。 2.無機組成物が水溶液の硅酸ソーダであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の方法。 3.無機組成物がエナメルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4.スペーサの結合が、例えばスクリーン印刷によるエナメルの点と、前記ス ペーサより小さく得られたエナメルの点と同じピッチの孔があけられた吸引工具 によるスペーサとの、連続した配置によって行われることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の方法。 5.吸引工具がプレート上に予め配置されたスペーサを摘み上げ移送し、吸引 工具がスペーサを、吸引を停止することによりエナメルの点の上に置くことを特 徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 6.スペーサの結合が前記スペーサをガラスのシートの表面上に置くことによ り行われ、前記スペーサが前もって、ガラスと接触するようになる領域にわたっ て無機結合組成物で被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちの1項に 記載の方法。 7.圧力がシール中に加えられることを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項 に記載の方法。 8.真空形成段階の間ストッパーが孔の近くに保持され空気が通過するように し前記ストッパーがガラスに半田づけされることを特徴とする請求項1から7の うちの1項に記載の方法。 9.真空形成段階の前に銀基剤のエナメルが孔の周りに形成され、焼成後に前 記リングが錫メッキされ、前記リングが錫メッキされた無機ディスクに部分的に 半田づけされることを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちの1項に記載の方法。 10.真空形成段階の過程で、錫が溶融するまで温度が孔の周りで局部的に上昇 されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11.スペーサと周縁のシール接合部とによって相互に離間して保持された2枚 のガラスからなる絶縁真空窓ガラスにおいて、前記スペーサがセラミックで作ら れた平行の向き合う2截頭球体であることを特徴とする絶縁真空窓ガラス。 12.平行の向き合う2截頭球体が、単一の層の上に分布され、注入することが できかつスペーサから直後に熱的及び/又は化学的及び/又は機械的作用により 分離することができる材料で被覆されたボールから得られ、前記層はその2つの 面が腐食されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の窓ガラス。 13.シール接合部が、焼成温度が450℃より低いエナメルであることを特徴と する請求項11又は12に記載の窓ガラス。 14.外側表面上にガラスに半田づけされた無機質のペレット又はディスクを含 んでいることを特徴とする請求項11から13のうちの1項に記載の窓ガラス。 15.半田づけが錫半田でありガラスとの接触が銀基剤のエナメル層により形成 されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の窓ガラス。 16.少なくとも1枚のガラスが強化工程を受けていることを特徴とする請求項 11から15のうちの1項に記載の窓ガラス。 17.少なくとも1枚のガラスが、その面の少なくとも一方が1つ又は複数の機 能的な層で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項11から16のうちの1項に記載 の窓ガラス。
