Claims (5)
- 第1ガラスパネルと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと対向するように配置された第2ガラスパネルと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとを枠状に気密に接合するシールと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルと前記シールとで囲まれた真空空間と、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとの間に配置された少なくとも1つのスペーサと、を備え、
前記スペーサは、少なくとも1つの樹脂フィルムを含む2以上のフィルムの積層体である、
ガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記スペーサは、少なくとも2つの前記樹脂フィルムを含み、
2つの前記樹脂フィルムは、前記積層体の積層方向の両側に配置されている、
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記樹脂フィルムは、ポリイミドフィルムである、
請求項1又は2に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記スペーサは、ガラス、金属、セラミック、及びグラファイトから選ばれる1つ以上の材料を含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記2以上のフィルムは、ポリアミド酸で接着されている、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
