Claims (10)
- 少なくとも第1ガラス板からなる第1パネルと、
前記第1パネルに対向し、少なくとも第2ガラス板からなる第2パネルと、
前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの互いに向かい合う周縁部に気密に接着されて枠状に形成された封止材と、
前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間の内部空間に設けられたスペーサと、
を備え、
前記内部空間は減圧空間であり、
前記スペーサは、樹脂製の本体と、前記樹脂製の本体の表面に設けられた少なくとも1つの紫外線防御層とを含む、
ガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記紫外線防御層は、金属薄膜である、
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記紫外線防御層は、紫外線防御能を有する樹脂層である、
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記紫外線防御層は、前記第1パネルに隣接する第1紫外線防御層と、前記第2パネルに隣接する第2紫外線防御層とを含む、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記樹脂製の本体は、ポリイミドを含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記樹脂製の本体は、少なくとも1つの樹脂シートから形成されている、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記第2パネルに対向して位置し、少なくとも第3ガラス板からなる第3パネルと、
前記第2パネルと前記第3パネルとの互いに向かい合う周縁部に気密に接着されて枠状に形成された第2封止材と、
前記第2パネルと前記第3パネルと前記第2封止材とで密閉された第2内部空間内に封入された乾燥ガスと
をさらに備える、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニットと、
前記ガラスパネルユニットの周縁部に取り付けられた窓枠と
を備える、ガラス窓。 - 樹脂シートの少なくとも一方の面に紫外線防御層を形成する複合シート形成工程と、
前記樹脂シートと前記紫外線防御層とを含む複合シートを打ち抜いて、複数のスペーサを形成するスペーサ形成工程と、
少なくとも第1ガラス基板からなる第1基板と少なくとも第2ガラス基板からなる第2基板との間に前記複数のスペーサを配置するスペーサ配置工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に枠状のガラス接着剤を配置するガラス接着剤配置工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間における前記ガラス接着剤で囲まれた空間内の気体を排出する排気工程と、
前記枠状のガラス接着剤で前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを接着する接着工程と、
を含む、ガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 樹脂シートの少なくとも一方の面に紫外線防御層を形成する複合シート形成工程と、
前記樹脂シートと前記紫外線防御層とを含む複合シートを打ち抜いて、複数のスペーサを形成するスペーサ形成工程と、
少なくとも第1ガラス基板からなる第1基板のいずれかの一面に、前記第1基板の周縁部に枠状のガラス接着剤を配置し、前記接着剤に囲まれた部分に前記複数のスペーサを配置する工程と、
少なくとも第2ガラス基板からなる第2基板を、前記第1基板におけるガラス接着剤を配置した側の面に対向させるように配置する対向配置工程と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間における前記ガラス接着剤で囲まれた空間内の気体を排出する排気工程と、
前記枠状のガラス接着剤で前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを接着する接着工程と、
を含む、ガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。
