Claims (2)
- 第1ガラス板と、前記第1ガラス板の第1面に設けられた熱反射膜とを備えた第1ガラス体から、前記熱反射膜を枠状に除去し、且つ、前記第1ガラス体の中央付近において前記熱反射膜を部分的に除去する熱反射膜除去工程と、
少なくとも、前記第1ガラス体において前記熱反射膜が部分的にかつ枠状に除去された部分に、枠を形成するように第1ガラス接着剤を配置し、前記第1ガラス接着剤で囲まれた範囲内で前記熱反射膜が部分的に除去された部分に、壁状の第2ガラス接着剤を配置する接着剤配置工程と、
第2ガラス板を備えた第2ガラス体と、前記第1ガラス体とを対向させて配置する対向配置工程と、
前記第1ガラス体と前記第2ガラス体との間を排気する排気工程と、
前記第1ガラス体と前記第2ガラス体とを、前記第1ガラス接着剤と前記第2ガラス接着剤を含むガラス接着剤で接着することで、真空空間を含む一体化パネルを形成する接着工程と、
前記接着工程の後に、前記一体化パネルを前記真空空間が破壊されない箇所で切断することにより、前記一体化パネルを、枠体とガラス板とが直接接した二つ以上の真空ガラスパネルに個別化する切断工程と、を含む
真空ガラスパネルの製造方法。 - 前記接着剤配置工程は、前記ガラス接着剤を前記熱反射膜に接触させて配置する工程である、
請求項1に記載の真空ガラスパネルの製造方法。
