Claims (4)
- 第1パネル又は第2パネルの上に、熱接着剤を配置する接着剤配置工程と、
前記第1パネルに対向させて前記第2パネルを配置し、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤とを含み、かつ、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと後にシールとなる前記熱接着剤の第1部分のうちの少なくともいずれかに形成される排気口と、前記第1部分と前記熱接着剤の第2部分とに挟まれて前記排気口に到る排気経路と、を有するガラス複合物を生成するガラス複合物生成工程と、
前記ガラス複合物を加熱して、前記熱接着剤を溶融させ、前記排気口を除いて前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤の溶融物とで囲まれた内部空間を形成する内部空間形成工程と、
前記内部空間の気体を排出して前記内部空間を減圧する減圧工程と、
減圧した状態を維持したまま、前記第1部分と前記第2部分の少なくともいずれかの一部を加熱するとともに治具で押して力を加えて変形させることで前記排気経路を閉塞して、前記内部空間を封止し、密閉された減圧空間を形成する減圧空間形成工程と、を備える
ガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 前記ガラス複合物が、前記第1部分と前記熱接着剤の第3部分とに挟まれる一又は複数の通気経路を有し、
前記減圧空間形成工程において、前記第1部分と前記第3部分の少なくともいずれかの一部を加熱するとともに力を加えて変形させることで前記通気経路を閉塞して、前記内部空間を複数の前記減圧空間に分割する
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 第3パネルと、前記第3パネルと前記第1パネル又は前記第2パネルとの間に第3熱接着剤が配置された状態として、前記第3パネルと前記第1パネル又は前記第2パネルと前記第3熱接着剤とで囲まれる第2内部空間を形成する第2内部空間形成工程をさらに備える
請求項1又は2に記載のガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載されたガラスパネルユニットの製造方法により製造されるガラスパネルユニットを、窓枠に嵌め込んでガラス窓を製造する工程を備える
