Claims (3)
- 第1ガラス板を含む第1パネル又は第2ガラス板を含む第2パネルの上に、熱接着剤を配置する接着剤配置工程と、
前記第1パネルに対向させて前記第2パネルを配置し、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤とを含み、かつ、前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤のうちの少なくともいずれかに形成される排気口を有する組立品を形成する組立品形成工程と、
前記組立品を加熱して前記熱接着剤を溶融させ、前記熱接着剤により前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとを接合し、前記排気口を除いて前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルと前記熱接着剤の溶融物とで囲まれた内部空間を形成する第1溶融工程と、
前記内部空間の気体を前記排気口から排出して前記内部空間を減圧する減圧工程と、
減圧した状態を維持したまま、前記組立品を加熱して前記熱接着剤を溶融させることにより前記排気口を閉塞して、前記内部空間を封止し、密閉された減圧空間を形成する第2溶融工程と、を備え、
前記第1溶融工程は、前記組立品の温度を前記熱接着剤の軟化点以上の温度に昇温させる昇温工程と、前記組立品の温度を前記軟化点以上の温度に維持する保温工程と、前記組立品の温度を前記軟化点未満の温度に降温させる降温工程と、を順に有し、
前記降温工程は、前記組立品の温度を降温させる前降温工程と、前記組立品の温度を維持する5分以上の中維持工程と、前記組立品の温度を降温させる後降温工程と、を順に有し、
前記減圧工程は、前記第1溶融工程が行われている前記降温工程の途中で開始する
ガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 前記昇温工程は、前記組立品の温度を昇温させる前昇温工程と、前記組立品の温度を維持する中維持工程と、前記組立品の温度を昇温させる後昇温工程と、を順に有する
請求項1記載のガラスパネルユニットの製造方法。 - 前記降温工程の前記中維持工程において前記組立品の温度を前記軟化点未満の温度に維持し、前記降温工程の前記中維持工程の途中で前記減圧工程が開始する
