Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.ゼオライトL以外の実質的にバインダーを含まないゼオライトの製造方法で あって、OH−:SiO2の開始モル比が1.2までであるようにヒドロキシイ オンを含み、シリカバインダーを最初に結合されたタイプか又は最初に結合され たゼオライトに結晶学的に匹敵するタイプのゼオライトに実質的に転化させるイ オン水溶液中でシリカ結合ゼオライト集合体を高温で熟成することを含む方法。
- 2.OH−:SiO2の開始モル比が0.1〜1.2である請求項1記載の方法 。
- 3.最初の結合ゼオライトがMFI、KFI、Y、ベータ、オメガ、チャバザイ ト、T、オフレタイト、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、チタノケイ酸塩、ZSM −34、X又はZSM−12型である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 4.(a)アルミン酸カリウム源を含む溶液の存在下、ストロンチウム源を含む KFI型ゼオライト;又は (b)陽性テトラプロピルアンモニウム(TPA)化合物及びNa+源を含む溶 液の存在下、MFI型ゼオライト のシリカ結合集合体を熟成することを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。
- 5.熟成が145〜155℃で行われる請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.熟成が60〜140時間行われる請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 7.KFI型ゼオライトがZK−5ゼオライトである請求項4〜6のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。
- 8.ZK−5ゼオライトを110〜130時間熟成することを含む請求項7記載 の方法。
- 9.MFI型ゼオライトを70〜80時間熟成することを含む請求項1〜6のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10.熟成されたMFI型ゼオライトを洗浄後に焼成する請求項1〜6又は9の いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 11.焼成が450〜550℃で行われる請求項10記載の方法。
- 12.MFI型ゼオライトがZSM−5である請求項1〜6又は9〜11のいず れか1項に記載の方法。
- 13.MFI型ゼオライトがシリカライトである請求項1〜6又は9〜12のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 14.アルミン酸ナトリウムを含む溶液の存在下でY型ゼオライトのシリカ結合 集合体を熟成することを含む請求項1、2又は3記載の方法。
- 15.熟成が80〜100℃で行われる請求項14記載の方法。
- 16.熟成が18〜28時間行われる請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 17.熟成ゼオライトを洗浄及び乾燥する前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。
- 18.バインダーを含まない集合粒子の30℃及びp/po=0.25における ヘキサン吸着が少なくとも9重量%である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。
- 19.前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法により調製された生成物の触媒に おける用途。
- 20.請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された生成物の分 離工程における用途。
