Description
乾燥過程では、布地表面は80℃〜200℃の温度にさらされるようになっている。
これらの方法を利用する装置は、コーティングドクターブレードが、パラフィンおよび/またはポリシロキサンおよび/またはフッ素化合物の各乳剤か分散剤を有するペーストか、吸水性ポリマーを有するペーストを塗布するために用いられることを特徴とする一方、布地表面が通されるソーキングバスか、液剤が収められた槽で回転するアプリケーターロールか、スプレーヘッドが、パラフィンおよび/またはポリシロキサンおよび/またはフッ素化合物の各乳剤か分散剤を有する液剤か、吸水性ポリマーを有する液剤を塗布するために用いられ、ソーキングバスの場合には、布地表面が、沈められた後に一対以上のプレッシャーロールに通されるようになっている。
一の塗布物質の製法:
1.
10〜30部のジルコン塩含有パラフィン乳剤、90〜70部の水、1〜5部の合成増粘剤(例えばイソパラフィンを含む水溶性のポリマー分散剤)、または天然増粘剤(例えばヒドロキシエチルセルロース);ペーストの粘度5000〜10000ミリパスカル秒、固形物含有量2.5%。

10〜30部のポリシロキサン乳剤、90〜70部の水、1〜5部の合成増粘剤(例えばイソパラフィンを含む水溶性のポリマー分散剤)、または天然増粘剤(例えばヒドロキシエチルセルロース);ペーストの粘度5000〜10000ミリパスカル秒、固形物含有量2.5%。
5〜30部のフッ素化合物またはフルオロポリマーの各乳剤か分散剤と、95〜70部の水、1〜5部の合成増粘剤(例えばイソパラフィンを含む水溶性ポリマー分散剤)、または天然増粘剤(例えばヒドロキシエチルセルロース);ペーストの粘度5000〜10000ミリパスカル秒、固形物含有量1〜4%
100部の改質フッ化炭化水素からできた化合物;ペーストの粘度5000〜10000ミリパスカル秒、固形物含有量2〜4%。

5〜30部の吸水性ポリマー(固形物含有量約20%)、95〜70部の水、1〜5部の合成増粘剤(例えばイソパラフィンを含む水溶性ポリマー)、または天然増粘剤(例えばヒドロキシエチルセルロース);ペーストの粘度5000〜10000ミリパスカル秒、固形物含有量1〜6%。
1〜20部の吸水性ポリマー(固形物含有量約20%)、99〜80部の水。

Claims (7)
- 一方の面(1’)に疎水特性を有し、他方の面(1’’)に吸水特性を有する、全断面にわたって吸水性である布地表面(1)の製造方法であって、
パラフィン、ポリシロキサン及び/又はフッ素化合物の粘性乳剤又は分散剤と、1〜10部の合成増粘剤又は天然増粘剤とを有する第一ペースト(11)が、布地表面(1)の一方の面(1’)に連続的に塗布され、
次に、第一ペースト(11)によって形成された層が乾燥過程(4)によって安定化され、
次に、吸水性ポリマーから形成された第二ペースト(12)が、布地表面(1)の他方の面(1’’)に塗布され、別の乾燥過程(5)で安定化され、
ペースト(11,12)はそれぞれの場合に断面の一部領域にのみわたり布地表面(1)に入り込む方法において、
疎水作用するペースト(11)が、約140℃〜170℃の温度で30〜100g/m 2 の量で少なくとも1分の接触時間内に布地表面(1)に塗布され、
ペースト(11又は12)が、コーティングドクターブレード(13又は14)を用いて、又は回転プレッシャーロール(31,32)を用いて、布地表面(1)の片面又は両面に塗布されることを特徴とする方法。 - 第2ペースト(12)が、ソーキングバス(23)、アプリケーターロール(27)又はスプレーヘッド(29)によって液剤(22)として布地表面(1)に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液剤(22)が初めに布地表面(1)に塗布され、次にペースト(11)が布地表面(1)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- パラフィン、ポリシロキサン及び/又はフッ素化合物の各乳剤か分散剤が、液剤(21)として布地表面(1)に塗布され、吸水性ポリマーが、ペースト(12)として布地表面(1)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ペースト(11、12)が、布地表面の一方の面(1’)にコーティング(13)によって、他方の面(1”)に加圧(32)によって塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥過程(4又は5)において、布地表面(1)が80℃〜200℃の温度にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 外側面(1’)に疎水特性を有し、内側面(1’’)に吸水特性を有する布地表面(1)からなる布地製品であって、
布地表面(1)は請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られ、
布地表面(1)は全断面の部分領域にわたって疎水性であり、全断面の残りの部分領域にわたって吸水性であり、
布地表面(1)の一方の面(1’)にペースト(11)が連続的に塗布され、このペーストは、パラフィン、ポリシロキサン及び/又はフッ素化合物の粘性乳剤又は分散剤と、1〜10部の合成増粘剤又は天然増粘剤とからなり、
ペーストが断面の一部領域のみにわたり布地表面(1)に入り込み、疎水特性を有する布地表面(1)の面(1’)の創出のために貢献する布地製品。
