Claims (23)

- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer textilen Fläche (1), die auf der einen Seite (1") hydrophobe und auf der anderen Seite (1') hydrophile Eigenschaften aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer Seite (1') der textilen Fläche (1) eine erste Paste (11) kontinuierlich aufgetragen wird, die eine dickflüssigen Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder Fluorverbindungen und 1 bis 10 % eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels umfasst, und nachfolgend die durch die erste Paste (1) gebildete Schicht durch einen Trocknungsvorgang (4) stabilisiert wird und dass anschließend auf der anderen Seite (1') der textilen Fläche (1) eine aus hydrophilen Polymeren gebildete zweite dickflüssigen Paste (12) aufgetragen wird, die durch einen weiteren Trocknungsvorgang (5) stabilisiert wird, wobei die Pasten (11, 12) jeweils nur über einen Teilbereich des Querschnittes in die textile Fläche (1) eindringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flotte (22) mittels eines Tauchbades (23), einer Auftragwalze (27) oder eines Sprühkopfes (29) auf der textilen Fläche (1) aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass zunächst die Flotte (22) und nachfolgend die Paste (11) auf der textilen Fläche (1) aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder Fluorverbindungen als Flotte (21) und die hydrophylen Polymere als Paste (12) auf die textile Fläche (1) aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Pasten (11 bzw. 12) jeweils mittels eines Beschichtungsrakels (13 bzw. 14) auf die textile Fläche (1) aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pasten (11, 12) auf einer oder beiden Seiten (1', 1") der textilen Fläche (1) mittels Rotationsdruckwalzen (31, 32) auf der textilen Fläche (1) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pasten (11, 12) auf einer Seite (1') der textilen Fläche durch Beschichten (13) und auf der anderen Seite (1") durch Bedrucken (32) aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die textile Fläche (1) während der Trocknungsvorgänge (4 bzw. 5) einer Temperatur von 80 bis 200 °C ausgesetzt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophob wirkende Paste (11) in einer Menge von 30 bis 100 g/m2 mit einer Temperatur von ca. 140°C bis 170°C und innerhalb einer Kontaktzeit von mindestens 1 min auf die textile Fläche (1) aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die hydrophil wirkende Paste (12) in einer Menge von 30 bis 100 g/m2 mit einer Temperatur 140°C bis 170°C und innerhalb einer Kontaktzeit von mindestens 10s auf die textile Fläche (1) aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das synthetische Verdickungsmittel eine wasserlösliche isoparaffinhaltige Polymerdispersion umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das natürliche Verdickungsmittel Hydroxyethylzellulose umfasst.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer textilen Fläche (1), die auf der einen Seite (1") hydrophobe und auf der anderen Seite (1') hydrophile Eigenschaften aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Auftragen einer als dickflüssige Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder Fluorverbindungen und 1 bis 10% eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels ausgebildeten Paste (11) oder einer aus hydrophilen Polymeren zusammengesetzten Paste (12) jeweils eine Beschichtungsrakel (13 bzw. 14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer textilen Fläche (1), die auf der einen Seite (1") hydrophobe und auf der anderen Seite (1') hydrophile Eigenschaften aufweise, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass zum Auftragen einer als Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder Fluorverbindungen und 1 bis 10 % eines synthetischen oder natürlichen verdickungsmittels zusammengesetzten Flotte (21) ein Tauchbad (23), durch das die textile Fläche (1) geführt ist, eine Auftragwalze (27), die in einem die Flotte (21 bzw. 22) aufnehmenden Trog (28) umläuft, oder ein Sprühkopf (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Tauchbad (23) ein oder mehrere auf die textile Fläche (1) einwirkende Druckwalzenpaare (25, 26) nachgeschaltet sind.
- Auftragmittel zur Anwendung bei den Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die hydrophob wirkende Paste (11) eine dickflüssige Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder F1uorverbindungen und 1 bis 10 Teile eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels umfasst.
- Auftragmittel nach Anspruch 17 zur Anwendung bei den vorgenannten Verfahren sowie den vorgenannten Vorrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophob wirkende Paste (11) aus 2 bis 100 Teilen zirkonsalzhaltigen Paraffinemulision oder aus 2 bis 10 Teilen einer Polysiloxanemulsion sowie 98 bis 0 Teilen Wasser und 1 bis 3 Teilen eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels mit einer Viskosität von mPa.s 2000 bis 15000 besteht.
- Auftragmittel gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophob wirkende Paste (11) aus 2 bis 100 Teilen einer Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Fluorverbindungen oder Fluorpolymeren, 98 bis 0 Teilen Wasser sowie 1 bis 10 Teilen eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittel mit einer Viskosität von mPa.s 2000 bis 15000 besteht.
- Auftragmittel gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die hydrophob wirkende Paste (11) aus einem modifizierten Fluorkarbon mit einem Feststoffgehalt von 2.4% besteht und eine Viskosität von 5000 bis 10000 mPa.s aufweist.
- Auftragmittel gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophil wirkende Paste (12) aus 2 bis 100 Teilen einer Dispersion aus hydrophilen Polymeren, 98 bis 100 Teilen Wasser sowie 0.5 bis 4 Teilen eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels mit einer Viskosität von mPa.s 2000 bis 15000 besteht.
- Auftragmittel gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydrophil wirkende Flotte (22) aus 1 bis 100 Teilen einer Dispersion aus hydrophilen Polymeren und 99 bis 0 Teilen Wasser besteht.
- Textile Fläche (1) die auf der einen Seite (1') hydrophobe und auf der anderen Seite (1") hydrophile Eigenschaften aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die textile Fläche (1) über einen Teilbereich des Gesamtquerschnitts hydrophob ausgebildet ist und über einen restlichen Teilbereich des Gesamtquerschnitts hydrophil ausgebildet ist, wobei auf einer Seite (1') der textilen Fläche (1) eine Paste (11) kontinuierlich aufgetragen ist, die aus einer dickflüssigen Emulsion oder Dispersion aus Paraffin, Polysiloxan und/oder Fluorverbindungen besteht und 1 bis 10% eines synthetischen oder natürlichen Verdickungsmittels umfasst, so dass sie nur über einen Teilbereich des Querschnittes in die textile Fläche (1) eingedrungen ist, zur Schaffung der Seite (1') der textilen Fläche (1) mit der hydrophoben Eigenschaft beiträgt.
