メチル−1−ブチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミド
0.1モル(8.2g)のメチル−1−イミダゾールを反応槽中でトリクロロエタン200mlに溶解し、そこにトリクロロエタン100mlと臭化ブチル0.12モル(16.44g)との溶液を周囲温度下で激しく撹拌しながら少量ずつ添加した。その混合液を還流しながら2時間加熱し、その後デカントした。メチル−1−ブチル−3−臭化イミダゾリウムが液状で分離する。その臭化物を50℃のトリクロロエタン100mlを用いて二度洗浄し150℃、0.1mバールの低圧の条件下でロータベーパ(Rotavapor)中で一時間乾燥して、15.3g(収率 70%)のメチル−1−ブチル−3−臭化イミダゾリウムを得た。
メチル−1−エチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミド
第1段階で0.12モルの臭化ブチルの代わりに0.25モル(27.75g)の臭化エチルを使用する点を除き実施形態1と同様に2段階方式を用いて生成を行うと、下記の物理化学的特性を有する無色で液状の本発明の生成物が54g(収率78%)得られた。

nD=1.4231 σ=8.84ms・cm-1
エチル−1−ブチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミド
0.1モル(9.6g)のエチル−1−イミダゾールから出発する点を除き実施形態1と同様の手順を実施すると、下記の物理化学的特性を有する無色で液状の本発明の化合物が13g(収率60%)得られた。
凝固点 < −25℃
水含有量(カール・フィシャー): 1.3%
d20=1.52g・cm-3 η=47.6cp
nD=1.4285 σ=4.12ms・cm-1
下記のカチオンのトリフリルアミドは、置換基の異なるイミダゾールから出発する点以外は実施形態1〜3と同様にして生成された。 メチル−1−メチル−3−イミダゾリウム、メチル−1−メトキシエチチル−3−イミダゾリウム、メチル−1−1,2,2,2−トリフルオロエチル−3−イミダゾリウム、エチル−1−エチル−3−イミダゾリウム、メチル−1−メチル−2−エチル−3−イミダゾリウム、エチル−1−メチル−2−エチル−3−イミダゾリウム、メチル−1−エチル−3−メチル−5−イミダゾリウム、エチル−1−エチル−3−メチル−5−イミダゾリウム、エチル−1−イソブチル−3−イミダゾリウム、メチル−1−オクチル−3−イミダゾリウム。
電解質溶媒として疎水性液状塩を有する電気化学式光電池
国際特許出願WO第94/04497号が記述している型の電気化学式光電池であって、20μm離して設置した二つの電極集合体から成り、片方の電極は0.3μm厚さのTiO2 ナノ微粒子層で覆われ、さらにその表面に増感剤としてシスジチオシアネート−ビス(2,2’−ビピリジル−4,4’−ジカルボキシラートルテニウムII)を可視光線の吸収が波長520nmでわずか5%になる量だけ吸収させた、電気化学式光電池を製造した。電極間の自由空間は、溶媒として実施形態1の液状塩、10重量%のメチルヘキシルイミダゾリウムヨウ化物、および10mモルのヨウ素から成る電解質で満たした。
Claims (7)
- R1またはR3がメチル、エチル、ブチル、イソブチル、オクチル、メトキシエチル、または2,2,2−トリフルオロエチルラジカルを表し、R2、R4およびR5が水素またはメチルあるいはエチルラジカルを表すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学光電池用電解質組成物。
- メチル−1−ブチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミドに相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学光電池用電解質組成物。
- メチル−1−エチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミドに相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学光電池用電解質組成物。
- エチル−1−ブチル−3−イミダゾリウム−ビス−トリフリルアミドに相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学光電池用電解質組成物。
- R1、R2、R3、R4およびR5で置換したイミダゾリウムハロゲン化物を水性媒体中でアルカリ金属−ビス−トリフリルアミドと反応させること、これより得た生成物をデカンテーションによって分離することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学光電池用電解質組成物の生成方法。
- ハロゲン化物が臭化物またはヨウ化物であり、アルカリ金属がリチウムであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の生成方法。
