【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、殺菌剤として有用であ
る新規なアクリレート系化合物及びその製法に関するも
のである。
【０００２】
【従来技術の説明】殺菌効果を有するアクリレート系化
合物としては、特開昭６１−１０６５３８号公報、特開
平２−２８８８０６号公報が知られている。しかしなが
ら、これらに記載された化合物は、満足できる程の殺菌
効果を示さず、また、農作物にたいして薬害を引き起こ
すという問題を有していた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決すべき課題】本発明の目的は、新規なアク
リレート系化合物、その製法及びそれを有効成分とする
殺菌剤を提供することである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明者らは、前記の課
題を解決するために鋭意研究した結果、新規なアクリレ
ート系化合物が従来のアクリレート系化合物よりも農作
物に対する殺菌効果及び薬害において非常に優れている
ことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。即ち、本発
明は次の通りである。第１の発明は、次式の化合物
（Ｉ）：

ルコキシ基、ハロゲン原子、炭素原子数１〜６個のアル
キル基、ニトロ基、炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキルアミ
ノ基、炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキルチオ基、炭素原子
数１〜６個のハロアルキル基、ピロール基、炭素原子数
１〜６個のアルキルスルホニル基、シアノ基、炭素原子
数１〜６個のモノ又はジアルキルアミノスルホニル基、
フェノキシ基、ベンジルオキシ基、炭素原子数１〜６個
のハロアルコキシ基、炭素原子数３〜６個のアルケニル
オキシ基、水酸基、炭素原子数２〜７個のシアノアルコ
キシ基、炭素原子数３〜６個のアルキニルオキシ基、炭
素原子数３〜６個のシクロアルキル基を有する炭素原子
数１〜６個のアルコキシ基、炭素原子数１〜６個のアル
コキシ基を有する炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコキシ基、
炭素原子数２〜７個のアルコキシカルボニル基又は炭素
原子数２〜７個のアシル基を表し；Ｒ2 は炭素原子数１
〜６個のアルキル基を有してもよい炭素原子数３〜８個
のシクロアルキル基を表し；ｎは０〜５の整数を表し；
ｎが２の時には、（Ｒ1 ）ｎは環を形成しないか又はそ
れらが結合している炭素原子と共にベンゼン環に縮合す
ることによって飽和の４〜８員環もしくはメチレンジオ
キシ基を形成することができる。）で示されるアクリレ
ート系化合物に関するものである。第２の発明は、次式
の化合物（II）：

【００１０】（式中、Ｘは脱離基である。）で示される
化合物とを塩基存在下で反応させることを特徴とする前
記の化合物（Ｉ）の製法に関するものである。
【００１１】第３の発明は、前記の化合物（Ｉ）を有効
成分とする殺菌剤に関するものである。
【００１２】以下、本発明について詳細に説明する。前
記の目的化合物である新規なアクリレート系化合物〔化
合物（Ｉ）〕、その製造原料〔化合物（II）及び化合物
(III) 〕におけるＲ1 、Ｒ2 、Ｘ及び（Ｒ1)ｎの置換位
置は次の通りである。
【００１３】Ｒ1 としては、炭素原子数１〜１０個のア
ルコキシ基，ハロゲン原子，炭素原子数１〜６個のアル
キル基，ニトロ基，炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキルアミ
ノ基，炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキルチオ基，炭素原子
数１〜６個のハロアルキル基，ピロール基，炭素原子数
１〜６個のアルキルスルホニル基，シアノ基，炭素原子
数１〜６個のモノ又はジアルキルアミノスルホニル基，
炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキル基を有してもよいフェノ
キシ基，ベンジルオキシ基，炭素原子数１〜６個のハロ
アルコキシ基，炭素原子数３〜６個のアルケニルオキシ
基，水酸基，炭素原子数２〜７個のシアノアルコキシ
基，炭素原子数３〜６個のアルキニルオキシ基，炭素原
子数３〜６個のシクロアルキル基を有する炭素原子数１
〜６個のアルコキシ基，炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコキ
シ基を有する炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコキシ基，炭素
原子数２〜７個のアルコキシカルボニル基，炭素原子数
２〜７個のアシル基などを挙げることができる。
【００１４】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜１０個のアル
コキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルコキシ基を
挙げることがきるが；好ましくは炭素原子数が１〜８
個、さらに好ましくは１〜６個のもの（例えば、メトキ
シ，エトキシ，プロポキシ，ブトキシ，ペンチルオキ
シ，ヘキシルオキシなど）がよい。そして、これらの置
換基の位置は特に限定されないが；メトキシ基では３−
位，４−位，３及び５−位，又は３，４及び５−位が好
ましく；エトキシ基，ブトキシ基，ペンチルオキシ基及
びヘキシルオキシ基では４−位が好ましく；プロポキシ
基では３及び／又は４−位が好ましい。
【００１５】Ｒ1 におけるニトロ基の位置は特に限定さ
れないが、好ましくは２，３及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００１６】Ｒ1 におけるハロゲン原子としては、塩素
原子，ヨウ素原子，臭素原子，フッ素原子などを挙げる
ことができるが；好ましくは塩素原子，フッ素原子など
がよい。そして、これらの置換基の位置は特に限定され
ないが、３及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００１７】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキ
ル基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を挙げる
ことができるが；好ましくは炭素原子数が１〜４個のも
の（例えば、メチル，エチル，プロピル，ブチルなど）
がよい。そして、これらの置換基の位置は特に限定され
ないが、メチル基では２，３及び／又は４−位がよく、
エチル基では３及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００１８】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキ
ルアミノ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を
有するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭素原
子数が１〜４個のアルキル基（前記に記載したものと同
じ物）を有するものがよい。そして、最も好ましいアル
キルアミノ基としては、ジメチルアミノ基を挙げること
ができ；その置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、好ま
しくは４−位がよい。
【００１９】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキ
ルチオ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を有
するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭素原子
数が１〜４個のアルキル基（前記に記載したものと同じ
物）、さらに好ましくはメチル基を有するものがよい。
そして、これらの置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、
好ましくは３−位がよい。
【００２０】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のハロア
ルキル基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を有
するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭素原子
数が１〜４個のアルキル基（前記に記載したものと同じ
物）を有するものがよい。一方、ハロゲン原子としては
塩素原子，ヨウ素原子，臭素原子，フッ素原子などを挙
げることができるが；好ましくはフッ素原子などがよ
い。そして、最も好ましいハロアルキル基としては、ト
リフルオロメチル基などを挙げることができ；その置換
基の位置は特に限定されないが、好ましくは３−位がよ
い。
【００２１】Ｒ1 におけるピロール基の位置は特に限定
されないが、好ましくは３−位がよい。
【００２２】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキ
ルスルホニル基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル
基を有するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭
素原子数が１〜４個のアルキル基（前記に記載したもの
と同じ物）を有するものがよい。そして、最も好ましい
アルキルスルホニル基としては、メチルスルホニル基な
どを挙げることができ；その置換基の位置は特に限定さ
れないが、好ましくは３−位がよい。
【００２３】Ｒ1 におけるシアノ基の位置は特に限定さ
れないが、好ましくは３及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００２４】Ｒ1 におけるモノ又はジアルキルアミノス
ルホニル基としては、総炭素原子数１〜６個の直鎖状又
は分岐状のアルキル基を有するものを挙げることができ
るが；好ましくは総炭素原子数が１〜４個のアルキル基
（前記に記載したものと同じ物）を有するものがよい。
そして、最も好ましいアルキルアミノスルホニル基とし
ては、ジメチルアミノスルホニル基などを挙げることが
でき；その置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、好まし
くは３−位がよい。
【００２５】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコ
キシ基を有してもよいフェノキシ基で、アルコキシ基と
しては直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を有するものを挙
げることができるが；アルキル基の炭素原子数は、好ま
しくは１〜４個（前記に記載したものと同じ物）がよ
い。そして、最も好ましいアルキル基を有してもよいフ
ェノキシ基としては、フェノキシ基，メトキシフェノキ
シ基などを挙げることができる。
【００２６】Ｒ1 におけるベンジルオキシ基の位置は特
に限定されないが、好ましくは３及び／又は４−位がよ
い。
【００２７】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のハロア
ルコキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルキル基を
有するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭素原
子数が１〜４個のアルキル基（前記に記載したものと同
じ物）を有するものがよい。一方、ハロゲン原子として
は塩素原子，ヨウ素原子，臭素原子，フッ素原子などを
挙げることができるが；好ましくはフッ素原子などがよ
い。そして、最も好ましいハロアルコキシ基としては、
トリフルオロメトキシ基などを挙げることができ；その
置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、好ましくは３及び
／又は４−位がよい。
【００２８】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数３〜６個のアルケ
ニルオキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のものを挙げ
ることができるが；好ましくはアリルオキシ基がよい。
そして、その置換位置は特に限定されないが、好ましく
は３−位及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００２９】Ｒ1 における水酸基の位置は特に限定され
ないが、好ましくは３及び／又は４−位がよい。
【００３０】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数２〜７個のシアノ
アルコキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のアルコキシ
基を有するものを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭
素原子数が２〜５個のシアノアルコキシ基（前記に記載
したものと同じ物）を有するものがよく；さらに好まし
くはシアノメトキシ基がよい。そして、その置換基の位
置は特に限定されないが、好ましくは３及び／又は４−
位がよい。
【００３１】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数３〜６個のアルキ
ニルオキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のものを挙げ
ることができるが；好ましくプロパルギルオキシ基がよ
い。そして、その置換位置は特に限定されないが、好ま
しくは４−位がよい。
【００３２】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数３〜６個のシクロ
アルキル基を有する炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコキシ基
としては、シクロアルキル基の炭素原子数は好ましくは
３〜４個がよく；アルコキシ基の炭素原子数は好ましく
は１〜４個のもの（前記に記載したものと同じ物）、さ
らに好ましくはメトキシ基がよい。そして、最も好まし
いシクロアルキル基を有するアルコキシ基としては、シ
クロプロピルメトキシ基などを挙げることができ；その
置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、好ましくは４−位
がよい。
【００３３】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコ
キシ基を有する炭素原子数１〜６個のアルコキシ基とし
ては、いずれのアルコキシ基とも直鎖状又は分岐状のも
のを挙げることができるが；好ましくは炭素原子数が１
〜４個のアルコキシ基（前記に記載したものと同じ物）
がよく；さらに好ましくはメトキシエトキシ基がよい。
そして、その置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、好ま
しくは４−位がよい。
【００３４】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数２〜７個のアルコ
キシカルボニル基としては、カルボニル基に置換してい
る炭素原子数１〜６個の直鎖状又は分岐状のアルコキシ
基を有するものを挙げることができるが；アルコキシ基
の炭素原子数は、好ましくは１〜４個、さらに好ましく
はメトキシカルボニル基又はエトキシカルボニル基がよ
い。そして、その置換基の位置は特に限定されないが、
好ましくは４−位がよい。
【００３５】Ｒ1 における炭素原子数２〜７個のアシル
基としては、炭素原子数１〜６個の直鎖状又は分岐状の
アルキル基を有するものを挙げることができるが；アル
キル基の炭素原子数は、好ましくは１〜４個、さらに好
ましくはアセチル基がよい。そして、その置換基の位置
は特に限定されないが、好ましくは４−位がよい。
【００３６】Ｒ2 における炭素原子数１〜６個のアルキ
ル基を有してもよい炭素原子数３〜８個のシクロアルキ
ル基としては、シクロアルキル基の炭素原子数は好まし
くは３〜６個、さらに好ましくは３〜４個がよく；アル
キル基の炭素原子数は好ましくは１〜４個のもの（前記
に記載したものと同じ物）、さらに好ましくはメチル基
がよい。そして、最も好ましいアルキル基を有してもよ
いシクロアルキル基としては、シクロプロピル，１−メ
チルシクロプロピル，２−メチルシクロプロピル，シク
ロブチルなどを挙げることができる。
【００３７】脱離基Ｘとしては、特に限定されず、例え
ば、ハロゲン原子（例えば、塩素，臭素又はヨウ素な
ど）、ハロゲンで置換されていてもよいアルカンスルホ
ニルオキシ基（例えば、メタンスルホニルオキシ，エタ
ンスルホニルオキシ，トリフルオロメタンスルホニルオ
キシなど）、アリールスルホニルオキシ基（例えば、ベ
ンゼンスルホニルオキシ，ｐ−トルエンスルホニルオキ
シなど）などを挙げることができる。
【００３８】ｎは、０〜５の整数を表すが；好ましくは
０〜３の整数がよく；ｎが２の時には、（Ｒ1 ）ｎは環
を形成しないか又はそれらが結合している炭素原子と共
にベンゼン環に縮合することによって飽和の４〜８員環
もしくはメチレンジオキシ基を形成することができ；飽
和の４〜８員環では、好ましくは６員環がよく（例え
ば、表１の化合物６で示したようなもの）；メチレンジ
オキシ基では、例えば、表７の化合物６２で示したよう
なものを挙げることができる。
【００３９】本発明の化合物（Ｉ）の合成は、通常、原
料の化合物（II）と化合物(III) とを、溶媒中、塩基存
在下で反応させることによって行うことができる。
【００４０】溶媒としては、本反応に直接関与しないも
のであれば特に限定されず、例えば、ベンゼン，トルエ
ン，キシレン，メチルナフタリン，石油エーテル，リグ
ロイン，ヘキサン，クロルベンゼン，ジクロルベンゼ
ン，塩化メチレン，シクロヘキサンのような塩素化され
た又はされていない芳香族，脂肪族，脂環式の炭化水素
類；ジエチルエーテル，テトラヒドロフラン，ジオキサ
ンなどのようなエーテル類；アセトン，メチルエチルケ
トンなどのようなケトン類；Ｎ，Ｎ−ジメチルホルムア
ミド，Ｎ，Ｎ−ジメチルアセトアミドなどのようなアミ
ド類；トリエチルアミン，ピリジン，Ｎ，Ｎ−ジメチル
アニリンなどのような有機塩基；１，３−ジメチル−２
−イミダゾリジノン；ジメチルスルホキシド；メタノー
ル，ｔ−ブタノールのようなアルコール類；前記溶媒の
混合物などを挙げることができる。
【００４１】そして、その溶媒の使用量は、化合物（I
I）の濃度が０．１〜８０重量％の濃度範囲になるよう
にして使用することができるが、好ましくは化合物（I
I）の濃度が０．１〜４０重量％になるようにして使用
するのがよい。
【００４２】塩基としては、例えば、カリウムtert−ブ
トキシド、水素化カリウム、水素化ナトリウム、水酸化
カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸ナト
リウムなどを挙げることができるが；好ましくはカリウ
ムtert−ブトキシドがよい。そして、その使用量は、化
合物（II）に対して１〜３倍モルで使用することができ
る。
【００４３】反応温度は、−１０〜１３０℃であるが；
好ましくは１０〜８０℃である。反応時間は、前記の濃
度，温度によって変化するが、通常０．５〜８時間で行
うことができる。
【００４４】原料化合物の使用量は、化合物（II）に対
して化合物(III) が０．１〜４倍モルであるが、好まし
くは０．５〜１．５倍モルであるのがよい。
【００４５】本発明で用いる化合物（II）は、例えば、
新実験化学講座，１４巻，III,１８２９頁（丸善）に記
載の方法に準じて、アミドと五硫化リンとをベンゼン、
トルエン、キシレンなどの溶媒中で、必要に応じて加熱
反応させることによって容易に製造することができる。
また、アミドとローソン試薬（Reagents for organicsy
nthesis, 13 ,38 ）溶媒中で加熱反応させることによ
っても容易に製造することができる。
【００４６】化合物（II) としては、例えば、表１〜７
中に示した化合物１〜６９に対応した各置換基の種類か
らなる各化合物（II) 〔化合物（II)1〜（II)69 と称す
る。そして、化合物（II)1とは化合物（II) で示される
式におけるｎが１であり、Ｒ 1 が３−位でＯＣＨ3 、Ｒ
2 がシクロプロピルであることを意味する。〕を挙げる
ことができる。
【００４７】本発明で用いる化合物(III) は、例えば、
特開昭６１−２８０４５２号公報に記載の方法に準じ
て、メチル−２−メトキシ−１−（２−メチルフェニ
ル）−アクリレートをＮ−ブロムスクシンイミドのよう
なハロゲン化剤で処理することによって容易に製造する
ことができる。
【００４８】以上のようにして製造された目的の化合物
（Ｉ）は、反応終了後、抽出，濃縮，濾過などの通常の
後処理を行い、必要に応じて再結晶，各種クロマトグラ
フィーなどの公知の手段で適宜精製することができる。
【００４９】化合物（Ｉ）としては、例えば、表１〜７
中に示した化合物１〜６９を挙げることができる〔例え
ば、化合物１とは化合物（Ｉ) で示される式におけるｎ
が１であり、Ｒ1 が３−位でＯＣＨ3 、Ｒ2 がシクロプ
ロピルであることを意味する。〕。
【００５０】本発明の化合物（Ｉ）は、蔬菜のべと病、
疫病、葡萄べと病、いもち病、コムギ赤さび病、黒星
病、褐斑病、などの植物の病害の予防・治療に使用する
ことができるが、特に、キュウリべと病、イネいもち
病、オオムギうどんこ病及びコムギ赤さび病の予防・治
療に顕著な殺菌効果を有する。
【００５１】本発明の殺菌剤は、化合物（Ｉ）の１種以
上を有効成分として含有するものである。化合物（Ｉ）
は、単独で使用することもできるが、通常は常法によっ
て、担体，界面活性剤，分散剤，補助剤などを配合（例
えば、粉剤，乳剤，微粒剤，粒剤，水和剤，油性の懸濁
液，エアゾールなどの組成物として調製する）して使用
することが好ましい。
【００５２】担体としては、例えば、タルク，ベントナ
イト，クレー，カオリン，ケイソウ土，ホワイトカーボ
ン，バーミキュライト，消石灰，ケイ砂，硫安，尿素な
どの固体担体；炭化水素（ケロシン，鉱油など）、芳香
族炭化水素（ベンゼン，トルエン，キシレンなど）、塩
素化炭化水素（クロロホルム，四塩化炭素など）、エー
テル類（ジオキサン，テトラヒドロフランなど）、ケト
ン類（アセトン，シクロヘキサノン，イソホロンな
ど）、エステル類（酢酸エチル，エチレングリコールア
セテート，マレイン酸ジブチルなど）、アルコール類
（メタノール，ｎ−ヘキサノール，エチレングリコール
など）、極性溶媒（ジメチルホルムアミド，ジメチルス
ルホキシドなど）、水などの液体担体；空気，窒素，炭
酸ガス，フレオンなどの気体担体（この場合には、混合
噴射することができる）などを挙げることがでる。
【００５３】本剤の動植物への付着，吸収の向上，薬剤
の分散，乳化，展着などの性能を向上させるために使用
できる界面活性剤や分散剤としては、例えば、アルコー
ル硫酸エステル類，アルキルスルホン酸塩，リグニンス
ルホン酸塩，ポリオキシエチレングリコールエーテルな
どを挙げることができる。そして、その製剤の性状を改
善するためには、例えば、カルボキシメチルセルロー
ス，ポリエチレングリコール，アラビアゴムなどを補助
剤として用いることができる。
【００５４】本剤の製造では、前記の担体，界面活性
剤，分散剤及び補助剤をそれぞれの目的に応じて、各々
単独で又は適当に組み合わせて使用することができる。
本発明の化合物（Ｉ）を製剤化した場合の有効成分濃度
は、乳剤では通常１〜５０重量％，粉剤では通常０．３
〜２５重量％，水和剤では通常１〜９０重量％，粒剤で
は通常０．５〜５重量％，油剤では通常０．５〜５重量
％，エアゾールでは通常０．１〜５重量％である。
【００５５】これらの製剤を適当な濃度に希釈して、そ
れぞれの目的に応じて、植物茎葉，土壌，水田の水面に
散布するか、又は直接施用することによって各種の用途
に供することができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明を参考例及び実施例によって具
体的に説明する。なお、これらの実施例は、本発明の範
囲を限定するものではない。 参考例１〔化合物（II）及び(III) の合成〕 (1) 〔化合物（II）の合成〕 ［チオシクロプロパンカルボン酸（ｍ−メトキシ）アニ
リドの合成］シクロプロパンカルボン酸（ｍ−メトキ
シ）アニリド（５．７ｇ、３０ｍｍｏｌ）をトルエン
（３０ｍｌ）に溶解し、これに五硫化リン（３ｇ）を加
え、８０℃で１時間攪拌した。上澄み液を濾別し、残渣
をトルエンで３回抽出して上澄み液と合わせ、シリカゲ
ルカラムで処理し、溶媒を減圧留去することによって、
黄色結晶の目的物を３．９ｇ（収率６２％）得た。
【００５７】(2) 〔化合物（III)の合成〕 ［α−（２−ブロモメチルフェニル）−β−メトキシア
クリレートの合成］メチル−１−（２−メチルフェニ
ル）−２−メトキシアクリレート（８．８３ｇ）とＮ−
ブロムスクシンイミド（７．６ｇ）とを四塩化炭素（６
０ｍｌ）に溶解し、ベンゾイルパーオキシド（０．３
ｇ）を加えて４時間加熱還流した。これを室温に冷却し
て濾過し、濃縮してｎ−ヘキサンで結晶化することによ
って、無色結晶の目的物を１１．６ｇ（収率９５％）得
た。
【００５８】実施例１〔化合物（Ｉ）の合成〕 (1) メチル−３−メトキシ−２−［シクロプロピル（３
−メトキシフェニルイミノ）メチル］チオメチルフェニ
ルアクリレート（化合物１）の合成 チオシクロプロパンカルボン酸（ｍ−メトキシ）アニリ
ド（０．４８ｇ、２５ｍｍｏｌ）とα−（２−ブロモメ
チルフェニル）−β−メトキシアクリレート（０．７１
ｇ、２５ｍｍｏｌ）とをテトラヒドロフラン（１５ｍ
ｌ）に溶解し、これにカリウムtert−ブトキシド（３０
ｍｍｏｌ）を加え、６０℃で２時間攪拌した。反応終了
後、室温まで冷却し、水を加え、エーテルで抽出し、こ
れを飽和食塩水で洗浄して乾燥した後に、減圧下で溶媒
を留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマト
グラフィー〔ワコーゲルＣ−２００、トルエン：酢酸エ
チル＝（１：０）〜（１０：１） 溶出〕によって単離
し、無色の油状物である目的物を０．８２ｇ（収率８０
％）得た。
【００５９】(2) 表１〜８中のその他の化合物の合成 目的化合物（Ｉ）の合成原料に対応した化合物（II）及
び化合物（III)を用いて、実施例１に準じて、表１〜８
中のその他の化合物を合成した。なお、それらのＮＭＲ
データを表９及び１０に示す。

【００７０】実施例２〔製剤の調製〕 (1) 粒剤の調製 化合物１を５重量部、ベントナイト３５重量部、タルク
５７重量部、ネオペレックスパウダー（商品名；花王株
式会社製）１重量部及びリグニンスルホン酸ソーダ２重
量部を均一に混合し、次いで少量の水を添加して混練し
た後、造粒、乾燥して粒剤を得た。
【００７１】(2) 水和剤の調製 化合物１を１０重量部，カオリン６９．７５重量部，ホ
ワイトカーボン１８重量部，ネオペレックスパウダー
（商品名；花王株式会社製）１．８重量部及びデモール
（商品名；花王株式会社製）０．４５重量部とを均一に
混合し、次いで粉砕して水和剤を得た。
【００７２】(3) 乳剤の調製 化合物２を５０重量部、キシレン３０重量部に、アグリ
ゾールＰ−３００（商品名；花王株式会社製）１０重量
部、エマルゲンＡ−９０（商品名；花王株式会社製）５
重量部及びレオドール４６０（商品名；花王株式会社
製）５重量部を加えて均一に混合し、溶解して乳剤を得
た。
【００７３】(4) 粉剤の調製 化合物２を５重量部、タルク５０重量部及びカオリン４
５重量部を均一に混合して粉剤を得た。
【００７４】実施例３〔効力試験〕 (1) キュウリべと病に対する防除効力試験 直径６ｃｍのプラスチック植木鉢に１鉢あたり１本のキ
ュウリ（品種；相模半白）を育成し、１．５葉期の幼植
物体に、表１〜８に示した目的化合物（Ｉ）から実施例
２に準じて調製した水和剤を、界面活性剤（０．０１
％）を含む水で４０ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり２０
ｍｌで散布した。散布後、２日間ガラス温室で栽培し、
次いで、キュウリべと病菌（Pseudoperonospora cubens
is）の遊走子嚢を罹病葉から調製し、これを植物葉の裏
面にまんべんなく噴霧接種した。接種後、２日間２０℃
で暗黒下に保った後、５日間ガラス温室内で育成し、第
一葉に現れたキュウリべと病病斑の程度を調査した。薬
剤効果の評価は、無処理区の病斑の程度と比較して、６
段階（０：全体が罹病、１：病斑面積が６０％程度、
２：病斑面積が４０％程度、３：病斑面積が２０％程
度、４：病斑面積が１０％以下、５：病斑無し）で示し
た。その結果を表１１に示す。

イネ（品種；日本晴）を育成し、１．５葉期の幼植物体
に、表１〜８に示した目的化合物（Ｉ）から実施例２に
準じて調製した水和剤を、界面活性剤（０．０１％）を
含む水で４０ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり２０ｍｌで
散布した。散布後、２日間ガラス温室で栽培し、次い
で、イネいもち病菌（Pyriculariaoryzae）の分生胞子
懸濁液（７×１０4 胞子／ｍｌ）を植物葉に均一に噴霧
接種した。接種後、５日間２８℃湿室内で育成し、葉に
現れたイネいもち病病斑の程度を調査した。その薬剤効
果の判定結果を、(1) と同様にして表１２に示す。

試験 直径６ｃｍのプラスチック植木鉢に１鉢あたり１０本づ
つオオムギ（品種；黒ムギ）を育成し、１．５葉期の幼
植物体に、表１〜８に示した目的化合物（Ｉ）から実施
例２に準じて調製した水和剤を、界面活性剤（０．０１
％）を含む水で２００ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり２
０ｍｌで散布した。散布後、２日間ガラス温室で栽培
し、次いで、罹病葉から集めたオオムギうどんこ病菌(E
rysiphe graminis) の分生胞子懸濁液（７×１０4 胞子
／ｍｌ）を植物体に均一に振り掛けて接種した。接種
後、１週間ガラス温室内で育成し、第一葉に現れたオオ
ムギうどんこ病病斑の程度を調査した。その薬剤効果の
判定結果を、(1) と同様にして表１３に示す。

【００８３】(4) コムギ赤さび病に対する防除効力試験 直径６ｃｍのプラスチック植木鉢に１鉢あたり１０本づ
つコムギ（品種；コブシコムギ）を育成し、１．５葉期
の幼植物体に、実施例２に準じて調製した表１〜８に示
した目的化合物（Ｉ）の水和剤を、界面活性剤（０．０
１％）を含む水で２００ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり
２０ｍｌで散布した。散布後、２日間ガラス温室で栽培
し、次いで、コムギ赤さび病菌(Puccinia dispersa) の
胞子懸濁液（７×１０4 胞子／ｍｌ）を植物体に均一に
噴霧接種した。接種後、１週間ガラス温室内で育成し、
第一葉に現れたコムギ赤さび病病斑の程度を調査した。
その薬剤効果の判定結果を、(1) と同様にして表１４に
示す。

【００８５】(5) キュウリに対する薬害試験 直径６ｃｍのプラスチック植木鉢に１鉢あたり１本のキ
ュウリ（品種；相模半白）を育成し、１．５葉期の幼植

２に準じて調製した水和剤を、界面活性剤（０．０１
％）を含む水で５００ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり２
０ｍｌで散布した。散布後、５日間ガラス温室で育成
し、薬害の程度を評価した。薬害の評価は、４段階（＋
＋：薬害の程度がひどい、＋：薬害の程度が軽い、±：
薬害の程度が極めて軽い、−：薬害が認められない）で
示した。その結果を表１５及び１６に示す。なお、対照
化合物としては、(1) に示した化合物（Ｂ）（特開平２
−２８８８０６号公報記載の化合物）を使用した。

イネ（品種；日本晴）を育成し、１．５葉期の幼植物体

含む水で５００ｐｐｍに希釈して、１鉢あたり２０ｍｌ

の程度を評価した。その薬害の評価の結果を、(5) と同
様にして表１５及び１６に示す。
