Abstract
【解決手段】カメラを、電子機器内のディスプレイの下に取り付けることができる。ディスプレイは偏光板層、カラーフィルタ層、および薄膜トランジスタ層を含んでよい。ガラスはめ込み層のような物質層を、ディスプレイの縁に取り付けることができる。ディスプレイの複数の層に開口を形成することができ、はめ込み層はカメラを収容する。開口内にスリーブ構造体を取り付けることができる。カメラはレンズ素子の積み重ねによって形成されるレンズ構造体を含んでよい。ディスプレイの一つ以上の層が、レンズ構造体の中に挿入されてよい。ガラスはめ込み層はカラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層における切り欠き内に取り付けられてもよいし、カラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層の直線状の縁に沿って取り付けられてもよい。

Description
ウィンドウとして機能するように、スリーブ構造体内に物質の透明層が挿入されてもよい。レンズ構造体は、スリーブ内に取り付けられたレンズ要素を含んでもよい。
例えば、ロゴ26は、ディスプレイ14内の透明ウィンドウ下部の、上部筐体12Aの無効表示領域28Iに形成されてよい。
配線162は例えば、無効の周辺ディスプレイ領域28I内の、層52の裏側に形成されてよい。配線162は、カメラ22への、およびカメラ22からの信号を導くための相互接続構造体を形成するために用いることができる。撮像素子回路118のようなカメラ部品とおよび配線162とを相互接続するために、フレックス回路または他の経路を用いることができる。
カメラ22のレンズ構造体126はスリーブ146内部に取り付けられてよい。はめ込み層180は、カラーフィルタ層60に隣接する薄膜トランジスタ層52の出っ張り184に取り付けられてよい。
Claims (21)
- 電子機器であって、
複数の層を有するディスプレイと、
レンズ構造体および前記レンズ構造体を通して光を受ける撮像素子を含んだカメラとを有し、前記レンズ構造体は第1の部分と第2の部分とを含み、前記ディスプレイの前記複数の層の少なくとも1つが前記レンズ構造体の前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に挿入されたことを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記第1の部分が複数のレンズ素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の部分が複数のレンズ素子を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層がカラーフィルタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が薄膜トランジスタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層がカラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層がカラーフィルタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層がカラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が薄膜トランジスタ層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記電子機器がさらに、前記カメラに電気的に接続され、前記薄膜トランジスタ層の複数の縁部に沿って走行する、前記薄膜トランジスタ層上の配線を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の電子機器。
- 電子機器であって、
カラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層を有するディスプレイであって、前記カラーフィルタ層および薄膜トランジスタ層が開口を有するディスプレイと、
前記開口上に取り付けられ、カメラウィンドウを有するはめ込み層と、
前記カメラウィンドウと位置合わせされたレンズ構造体を有するカメラと、を有することを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記はめ込み層はガラス層を有し、前記カメラウィンドウが前記ガラス層における開口を有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の電子機器。
- 前記カラーフィルタ層および前記薄膜トランジスタ層が各々の縁を有し、前記はめ込み層が取り付けられる出っ張りを形成するため、前記カラーフィルタ層の縁が、前記薄膜トランジスタ層の縁に対して引っ込んでいることを特徴とする請求項12記載の電子機器。
- 前記ディスプレイは前記カラーフィルタ層に取り付けられた偏光板をさらに有し、前記偏光板の一部が前記レンズ構造体を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の電子機器。
- 前記電子機器は、前記偏光板上に設けられた不透明マスク層をさらに有し、前記不透明マスク層が前記カメラレンズ構造体と位置合わせされた不透明マスク層開口を有することを特徴とする請求項14記載の電子機器。
- 前記偏光板が、前記不透明マスク層開口および前記レンズ構造体と位置合わせされた偏光解消ウィンドウ領域を有することを特徴とする請求項15記載の電子機器。
- 電子機器であって、
開口を有する偏光板を有するディスプレイと、
前記開口を貫通するスリーブと、
少なくとも一部が前記スリーブ内に格納されるレンズ構造体を有するカメラと、を有することを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記ディスプレイが薄膜トランジスタ層およびカラーフィルタ層を有し、前記電子機器がさらに、前記ディスプレイに取り付けられたガラス層を有し、前記ガラス層が、前記レンズ構造体および前記スリーブが貫通する開口を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の電子機器。
- 前記カラーフィルタ層および前記薄膜トランジスタ層が各々の縁を有し、前記ガラス層が取り付けられる出っ張りを形成するため、前記カラーフィルタ層の縁が、前記薄膜トランジスタ層の縁に対して引っ込んでいることを特徴とする請求項18記載の電子機器。
- 前記ガラス層が細長い帯状の形状を有し、前記出っ張りが直線状であることを特徴とする請求項19記載の電子機器。
- 前記カラーフィルタ層および前記薄膜トランジスタ層が切り欠きを有し、前記出っ張りが前記切り欠きに沿って形成され、前記ガラス層が、前記カラーフィルタ層および前記薄膜トランジスタ層の前記切り欠き内に取り付けられるはめ込み層を形成することを特徴とする請求項19記載の電子機器。
