Abstract

 本発明は、各表示パネルに共通のアライメントマークを設けた場合であっても、各表示パネルの重ね合わせ位置を容易に位置合わせすることのできる表示パネル、積層型表示素子及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。  表示材料層11B、11G、11Rを挟んで対向配置された一対の基板1、3と、基板1、3の基板面とほぼ平行な面内に設けられた複数の画素2と、積層する際に位置合わせするために、一対の基板1、3の少なくとも一方に所定の間隔で直線状に配列され、異なる形状に形成された複数のアライメントマーク21B、21G、21R、23B、23G、23R、25B、25G、25Rとを有するように構成する。
