Claims (29)
- 材料を乾燥する方法であって、
筺体(2)に過熱蒸気を含む気体雰囲気を提供し、
前記筺体(2)内に材料を輸送し、
前記気体雰囲気で前記材料を乾燥し、
前記筺体(2)の外部に前記乾燥材料を輸送し、
前記材料から前記気体雰囲気内に逃げる揮発性物質を、前記気体雰囲気から抽出する、
各工程を有してなる方法。 - 前記材料が、50重量%、40重量%、30重量%、または20重量%未満の水分含量に至るまで乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記材料が、0.6、0.5、または0.4未満のAW値に達するまで乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの水平部分の層において、前記気体雰囲気が100℃、120℃、140℃、160℃、または180℃を超える温度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記気体雰囲気が、周囲圧力、高圧、または減圧におけるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記気体雰囲気が、空気、および/または、別の気体からなる第1の成分と、第2の成分としての水蒸気との混合物であり、少なくとも1つの水平部分の層において、少なくとも50重量%、60重量%、70重量%、80重量%、90重量%、95重量%、98重量%、または99重量%の蒸気含量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記気体雰囲気が、少なくとも1つの水平部分の層において、15重量%、10重量%、8重量%、5重量%、2重量%または1重量%未満の酸素含量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の方法。

- 前記第1および/または前記第2の輸送手段(30)が有孔のコンベヤベルトを有することを特徴とする請求項15〜20いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 高圧または低圧に晒される導管(102)が、前記筺体(2)と連通する前記第1の輸送手段(30)の一部の区域に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項15〜21いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記気体雰囲気が通過する前記輸送手段またはその周囲に強い流れが存在することを確実にするため、フローガイドまたは封止手段が、前記導管(102)と前記第1の輸送手段の一部の区域(30)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項22記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥材料を包装するための包装ステーション(60)が提供されることを特徴とする請求項15〜23いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第2の輸送手段(30)が前記包装ステーション(60)まで達することを特徴とする請求項24記載の装置。
- 前記抽出ユニット(80)が、前記気体雰囲気に由来する凝縮物から揮発性物質を抽出するためのスピニング・コーン・カラムの形態をとることを特徴とする請求項15〜25いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 循環ファン(160)が前記筺体(2)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項15〜26いずれか1項記載の装置。
- ファン(164)を備えた、前記気体雰囲気を精製するサイクロン分離機(162)が、前記筺体に配置されることを特徴とする請求項15〜27いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記サイクロン分離機(162)が、フローガイドまたは蒸気ガイド手段(170a、b、c)、および、随意的に1つ以上のファン(168a、b、c)と、直列に配置されることを特徴とする請求項28記載の装置。
