Abstract
Description
の区域及び移送コンテナの区域に対して備えられ得る、そこから純エアが両区域を通って流れる。この純エア装置は、純エア流れが、エアガイド手段によって両区域を通って継続的に流れるように、特に構成され得る。この代替として、純エアの二つの流れ成分が作り出され得、各々たった一つの区域に帰され得る。本発明に関連して、「純エア」は、少なくとも周辺空気に概ね相当するガスを意味しているだけではないと理解されるべきである。「エア」という用語は、本発明と関連して、保存装置内部をクリーンに又はウルトラクリーン状態に作り出す且つ維持するためのガス流れとして適したいかなるガス又はガス組成物を意味すると考えられるべきである。エアという用語は、特に高い窒素分率を有する純窒素又は純ガスもカバーすべきである。

Claims (17)
- 基板、特に電子部品用基板の製造における対象物用保存装置であって、
対象物を保存するための少なくとも一つの閉鎖された区域を形成する一つのハウジングを備え、
上記ハウジングの少なくとも一部分内に純エア雰囲気を作り出すことのできる純エア装置を有し、
上記ハウジングの内部に対象物を入れる又は出すことのできる少なくとも一つの投入/排出装置を備え、
上記ハウジングの内部で対象物を取り扱うことのできる少なくとも一つのハンドリング装置を有し、及び
対象物を一時的に移送コンテナの外側で保存することのできる対象物保存装置を上記ハウジングの内側に有している保存装置において、
少なくとも部分的に上下に配置された二つの区域が保存装置の上記ハウジング内に形成され、第一区域は対象物保存装置用に用いられ、第二区域は移送コンテナ保存装置用に用いられることを特徴とする、装置。 - 対象物保存装置用区域と移送コンテナ保存用第二区域とが、少なくとも概ね垂直に上下に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保存装置。
- 対象物保存装置の区域が、移送コンテナ保存装置の区域の上に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の保存装置。
- 上下に配置された対象物用及び移送コンテナ用の二つの保存装置から成る回転式コンベア様装置によって特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 一方で上記二つの保存装置と他方で上記ハンドリング装置との間の相対運動を作り出すための手段によって特徴付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 対象物保存装置と移送コンテナ保存装置とには、概ね垂直な回転軸の周りの回転運動を実現するための手段が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の保存装置。
- 二つの保存装置が回転軸の周りを共同して回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の保存装置。
- 上記二つの区域は一つの分割壁によって互いに分離され、両区域内に異なるクリーンルーム条件を作り出すことが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 対象物保存装置の区域と移送コンテナ保存装置の区域のために、特に純エア流が両区域を通って連続して流れるように、一つの共通の純エア供給装置が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 少なくとも純エア流の部分が、回転式コンベア様に構成された対象物保存装置の外側から内部の方向へ一つの成分を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の保存装置。
- 移送コンテナ開放装置がハウジング内に備えられ、移送コンテナハンドリング装置が好ましくはその片側に備えられ、保存されるべき対象物を取り扱うための対象物ハンドリング装置がそのもう片側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 対象物ハンドリング装置と移送コンテナハンドリング装置であって、各々に少なくとも概ね垂直方向への移動を実現するための一つの駆動装置が備えられ、対象物ハンドリング装置の駆動装置は対象物ハンドリング装置のグリッパの下方に常に位置し、且つ移送コンテナハンドリング装置の駆動装置は移送コンテナハンドリング装置のグリッパの上方に常に位置している、対象物ハンドリング装置と移送コンテナハンドリング装置とによって特徴付けられる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 対象物保存装置は多数の保存要素が各々備えられた多数の保存モジュールから成り、各々一つの対象物、特に一つの基板キャリヤ又は一つの基板を受け入れるために設けられた上記保存要素は上下に積み重ねることができ、且つ互いに可動であり、特に互いに分離可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の保存装置。
- 保存モジュールは、特に保存モジュールの側面の垂直な溝内に窒素を供給し、そこから窒素が個々の保存要素を少なくとも概ね水平に流れて通ることによって、窒素で満たされることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の保存装置。
- 保存モジュールには、垂直方向に上下に積み重ねることが可能で且つ互いに可動、特に互いに分離可能である多数の保存要素が備えられ、各保存要素はたった一つの対象物を受け入れるための受け入れ区域と、積み重ね方向に次の保存用を配置するための保存区域とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の対象物保存モジュール。
- 囲むことによって閉鎖された一つの区域が、特に保存モジュールの下側に配置された底要素と、保存モジュールの内部の上側に配置されたカバー要素とによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の対象物保存モジュール。
- 対象物を保存し且つ倉庫に入れるための保存装置の外側で、及び、対象物保存モジュールの内部のものと比べてより低いクラスのクリーンルーム雰囲気になっている周囲条件の領域での基板の製造で作用される又は用いられる対象物を移送するための、請求項16に記載の対象物保存モジュールの使用。
