Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ロック防止制御式の液圧式車両ブレーキ装置の液圧ブロックに設けられた収 容孔に組み込むための電磁弁であって、 (イ)貫西孔(12)を有する弁支持体(14)が設けられており、該弁支持 体(14)が、液圧ブロック(20)に設けられた収容孔(18)に組み込み可 能であって、 (ロ)前記貫通孔(12)に対して同軸的に弁支持体(14)に取り付けられ た弁ドーム(26)が設けられており、該弁ドーム(26)内には可動子(24 )が軸方向摺動可能に収容されており、前記弁ドーム(26)がコイル(32) によって取り囲まれていて、、 (ハ)軸方向可動の弁閉鎖体(30)を操作するための弁プランジャ(28) が設けられており、該弁プランジャ(28)が、前記可動子(24)に配置され ていて、かつ弁支持体(14)の貫通孔(12)内に突入していて、 (ニ)弁座部分(36,96)が設けられており、該弁座部分(36,96) が、前記可動子(24)とは反対側の端面で弁支持体(14)の貫通孔(12) 内に挿入されており、前記弁座部分(36,96)が、可動子(24)とは反対 側の端面から、弁 座部分(36,96)の弁座(40)にまで通じている孔(38)を有している 形式のものにおいて、 弁支持体(14)の、可動子(24)とは反対の側の端面に、プラスチック製 の端部部材(46)が取り付けられていて、該端部部材(46)が、可動子(2 4)とは反対側の端面から、弁座部分(36)の孔(38)に通じる貫通孔(5 6)と、 (ホ)液圧ブロック(20)に設けられた収容孔(18)の基部で弁支持体( 14)をシールするための、前記端部部材(46)に一体に成形された第1のシ ール部材(50)と、 (へ)密に弁座部分(36)に当接している、前記端部部材(46)に一体に 成形された第2のシール部材(54)とを有していることを特徴とする、ロック 防止制御式の液圧式車両ブレーキ装置の液圧ブロックに設けられた収容孔に組み 込むための電磁弁。 2. 第1のシール部材(50)が、端部部材(46)の外周面に沿って環状に形 成されている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 3. 端部部材(46)が、一体に成形されたピン状の付加部(48)を有してい て、該付加部(48)が弁座部分(36)に設けられた孔(38)に係合してお り、前記付加部(48)を端部部材(46)の貫通孔(56)が貫通しており、 前記付加部(48 )の外周面に第2のシール部材(54)が形成されており、該シール部材(54 )が弁座部分(36)の孔(38)に密に当接している、請求項1又は2記載の 電磁弁。 4. 端部部材(46)が弁支持体(14)を取り囲んでいて、端部部材(46) に一体に成形された第3のシール部材(52)を有しており、該シール部材(5 2)が、液圧ブロック(20)に設けられた収容孔(18)の開口部の領域で弁 支持体(14)をシールしており、第3のシール部材(52)は第1のシール部 材(50)から軸方向の間隔をおいて、端部部材(46)の外周に沿って環状に 形成されている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 5. 端部部材(46)が逆止弁(74,76)を有している、請求項1記載の電 磁弁。 6. 弁座部分(96)が薄板・深絞り成形部分である、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 7. 弁座部分(36)がプラスチックから成っている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 8. 端部部材(46)の貫通孔(56)が絞り(58)を有している、請求項1 記載の電磁弁。 9. 弁支持体(14)が押し出し成形部分である、請求項1記載の電磁弁。
